I highly recommend everyone settle themselves down and clean up the ruffled feathers.

If there have been insults and derogatory comments thrown around then I certainly recommend the sides simply apologize instead of continuing this into the abyss, and get away from the argument! If anything, continuing to go on over petty subjects in such an argument over defense of one's own pride can at times be indicative of selfishness. Otherwise one must keep it civil when discussing these things.

It was an obvious insult. I do not have to feel insulted to see that a negative comment with no intent of helping is an insult.

It is not likely to get locked. You sound more certain of your victory than I in mine. You imply I think myself victorious while implying that I am not. That is another insult.
