    The picture's not clear enough for me to actually see it >_>
    But in which case if I'm right, it doesn't really have anything to do with the Koran.

    And you don't have to belong to the muslim religion speaking/understanding Arabic.

    It's just that the picture is not clear, so it could be either words.
    But perhaps it is a reference to Deus Ex Machina, who knows.
