Well, you can fly, so as long as you've got the hang of that it shouldn't be too big of a problematic fight. What are your stats at? What point in the battle are you usually dying? A good strategy here is to try and stay behind it's head. You just have to watch for when it creates all of those flames, becuase unless you have Second Chance equipped you'll die before you can heal. If he blows you away, just fly back and start wacking again. If you really need help, it is possible to land on it's shoulder in just the right way and summon Tinkerbell.

Cast aeroga
Lock on to Chernabog's head

Just keep attacking his head.

 

all you need to no is keyblad+head=damage

 

I always thought this was an extremely easy battle, but oh well.

First, cast aeroga for obvious reasons (your protection). Lock on, fly behind his head and attack like crazy. If he pushes you away quickly go behind his head again and attack. Recast aeroga every time it runs ouit.
