u do need the 100 rep and hes been derepped a lot and once u have a lot a negative rep its really hard to rise so dats y hes leavin

If that's the reason, I'm disappointed. Rep was made so people can tell if you're a nice person to being with or not. Most members view it that way anyway. Just because people de-rep you, it shouldn't be a problem. Why? Because It's the internet. Ignore it, just go on with your life. Plus if it's for the premium thing, get 1000 post first, then complain about rep.
