"Don't worry Amanda, the other Pegasus were always that way." Brietta smiled at her. The Queen and King then awaken from the stone.

"Wenlock!" The King shouted. "What happened?"

"Wenlock can't hurt our people anymore, father." The King raised his eyebrow. "Guards! Take him away!" The King commanded.

"No! No! Your majesty... BROTHER! DON'T DO THIS TO ME PLEASE."

"Oh Annika! You're home! Not a scar? A bump?" The Queen asked her, hugging her daughter. The Queen and King both gasped. "Brietta! Is that really you?!" The Queen's eyes were wide in disbelief.

"Mother... father."

The King's eyes lit up, and they hugged her. "Impossible!"

"What happened Annika?"

"It was Annika, and the Wizards. They never gave up hope."

"Yes, I'd like to know too." Johanna told them. Annika went through the whole story, not missing a single detail, and her father wiped a tear from his eye. "I'm so proud of you!" Johanna exclaimed. "Oh and Lucia you look beautiful."

"We owe so much-"

"No, I owe you... an apology. For saying such horrible things, and then sneaking out."

"We should have told you the truth long ago. And without the Wizards we never would have been able to have both our daughters, and our Kingdom safe."

"It wasn't just them. The Cloud Queen Ralya, and Aidan helped us too." That's when a voice shouted from the crowd. An old man came up to the group, and bowed before the King and Queen.

"Aidan!" The Old man started. "Aidan!" He ran up to his son and hugged him. "Forgive me your majesty's, but this is my son. I haven't seen him in years."

"I'm sorry father. I was so foolish, I lost all the money and I couldn't face you."

"Aidan... we will always love you." They both smiled.

"I lost hope... until." He smiled at Annika. "Please to met you." Annika did a curtsy. The Queen and King looked touched, and then the King cleared his throat.

"I think a celebration is in order. But first, why don't we take care of a few things. Sapphire Eclipse, you are welcome back here any time, and I will be doubling your pay. And for you, Aidan, surely we can erase the debt. I bet we can find jobs for both you and your father as Royal Blacksmiths, hm?" The King chuckled. "We can never thank you enough. Please come back to visit soon."

"Well guys, I guess that's all." Johanna shrugged. She hugged Annika. "Thank you for taking care of my team."

"It was an honor." Annika bowed.

 

And as it had turned out, all's well had ended well. Wenlock had been locked away for all eternity, Aidan had met with his father whom they had been separated from due to extenuating circumstances, the two of them had been given a job as royal blacksmiths, Annika and Aidan were totally into each other now, Brietta and Scarlett were no longer horses, Annika and her parents were on better terms now, the kingdom was no longer stone, and Lucia was in a bitchingly awesome outfit. Things probably couldn't have ended any better if they had actively tried to make them that way. Which they kind have been, but that was besides the point.

After reciprocating Hasu's high five, Lucia then bowed to the royal family and said, "it was a pleasure working with your daughter. Be happy to take on any sort of work from you guys in the future." She then turned back to Annika and said, "and you, make sure to visit Ollie sometime. We kind of left him high and dry and I feel pretty bad about it. Unfortunately we've got a mission to report back, so, can't do it at this time." She then patted Johanna on the back as she said, "well, boy do we got a lot to catch you up on. There giant trolls, and flying horses, Annika's sister turned out to be one of them, and Scarlett turned into one at one point. It was pretty awesome." With that, Lucia was all set and ready to go back to the guild hall.

Clara had tuned out most of the hurtful words of the group, for she was mourning over her dear Nutcracker. Major Mint and Captain Candy though, did not.

"Silva, Thea, please it's alright. If it weren't for you, our Kingdom wouldn't have been saved." Captain Candy told them. "You're all heros. Prince Eric, he would have wanted this."

“Stop your Jabbering!" Major Mint shouted. "I think it's time for you all to go back to your own world. It's been a long few days for all of you."

“This locket was supposed to take me home, but in my heart, I feel like I’m already there. Plus, you heard the Prince. I'm the rightful ruler of this Kingdom. These people need me.” She gave it to Alessia.

“Here, if this Locket works as it should, this should take you home.”

 

Alessia watched with sadness and horror as the Nutcracker, now turned Prince Eric died in Clara's arms. She had a blank, vacant stare in her eyes just looking at the body. She walked over, short, shuffling steps and fell down to her knees. And then she looked. Looked into his dead eyes, looked at his face. Looked at him in human form, how the arm she broke off when he was wooden was just fine. At least she didn't do any lasting damage. Then she started to cry. It started slowly at first, a pair of caught breaths before she broke. What kind of world is this? What kind of world was this, where people, good people die, just like that? Why did it have to be that way? What was the purpose of it all? Why did the Mouse King have to do that? Burn him... He must have been in so much pain! Why? Why would anybody do this to someone? She covered her eyes and rubbed them and tried to control her breathing, control the tears. I thought the Guild was a happy place. I didn't realise that it would be this way... That people died. I always thought we'd come through in the end, that it would be just fine that everything could just be fine, could be okay. It would be alright. We'd just fight through and get to the end, beat the Mouse King and then Clara and Eric could have been happy or something. No... Not at all... That's not how it worked at all. Instead he- He died.

She ignored everyone else for the most part. She was barely aware of what Mizuki said or what anyone had said about it. There was nothing that she could really do about it. Not like that. Alessia didn't calm down for a little while, but when she did it was all over anyway. She got up as Clara came over and handed her the locket. She sniffled a little and looked at Clara, her eyes still red.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry we couldn't, I couldn't, save him. I tried..." She said quietly. She clasped the amulet and beckoned everyone over. "Goodbye Clara. Good luck. Give him a good funeral... Okay? Come on everyone... Let's go home." She opened the locket. Magic swept out of the locket and swirled around them and suddenly, they were no longer in Parthenia. Instead, it was the Guild Hall before them. She immediately walked inside, keeping her head bowed. She felt like having time alone.

 

Guild hall:

Amanda's pov: Back at the guild the other group came back. They seemed beaten, what happened? She really have anything to do or anyone to talk to, maybe someone would talk to her. (I probably decide what to do with her later)

Guild hall:

Jack's pov: So Alessia ingnored him. She probably need time a lone. He felt horrible and the other group that was there seemed happy. (Caliborn was busy again so i can't talk to him) He desided to send another book to Silvia, he tokd her he would. He sent it and it arived right to her. (Magical postal idk how this part would work but lets just say she received another book) He saw Ren. He wanted to talk to the guy for a while he seemed nice. He walked over to him. "Looks like your mission went nicely, how was where ever you went?" He seemed sad not because of what he was saying but because of what happened on the mission he was on.

 

After heading back home, Johanna decided to change back into her Guild Hall clothes, and she was at the Bar in place of Mikasa. She wondered where Dale might be, but he was probably on a mission of some kind. "I hope he's alright."


Evanora looked gravely at the group who had returned. Cassandra was beside her, with a ball of crystal.

"I'm sorry, Guild Master."

She whispered something to the girl, and Cassandra went back to her 'table' in the Guild Hall, which had another Crystal Ball on it.

 

Taylor walked up to the front of the guild hall, with her guitar case in one hand and her staff in the other, and looked up. Geez, it's huge. It's almost as if they're bragging. Taylor giggled to herself. Still smiling, she walked up to the large double doors and pulled one of them open. There were quite a few people inside, and not to her suprise, she only knew one of them; Evanora. And that was because she's the one that Taylor had talked to about joining to guild. Some people walked in the door behind her, and she stepped aside and allowed them to pass. They looked worn out, as if they had just returned from a mission. One of them left for a few minutes, then came back changed and looking a little more fresh. Taylor looked up at Evanora, who nodded at her, acknowledging her arrival. She grinned, and then went to a corner of the hall. She'd make friends soon enough. I mean this was a guild. No need to rush it. She took her guitar out of her case and started to tune it. G sharp? Hell nah. That was supposed to be an A natural. Ugh, it was so out of tune. Taylor blamed the humidity.​

Clara said nothing to her. She was hoping for something. Welp she was not sure what to do now other then continue to eat her popcorn. Clara was now going to be queen or something. Clara would make a good leader. She seemed like the type that would always be there for her people. "Good luck Clara." Clara did not really need luck, she knew what she was doing. She was somewhat sad that they might be leaving soon. Then the popcorn she been eating fell to the ground. What had just happened? Mizuki just walked away from Jack what madness was this? Was Mizuki feeling alright. She must need to get her temperature taken. Mizuki was sick, because other wise Jack would not be standing. She was just standing there with popcorn hanging out of her month in total shock. She could not believe that Mizuki did not Cut Jack in half. Jack was one lucky person. Wow. Then Jack went off on her again. Now there would be a fight. She was so hoping she would not have to deal with Jack's dumbness anymore. Jack would be no more and stuff. Unfortunately she would not get to see the fight. Jack would continue to be a dumb person always standing in her way. Shorty after Jack went off on Mizuki Clara gave Alessia a locket. Clara then said that it would take them home. Clara seemed happy like she was at home. Then they were whisked away from Parthenia by the locket and she found herself in the guild hall.

Sara's pov:
She walked in the guild hall. Standing at the front of the guild Hall was Evanora. Well that was a shocker. Of course Evanora was back at the guild hall doing nothing. Why would she be doing anything useful? She then spotted Cassandra. Now was her chance to get something done. She was a bit nervous. The stories of Cassandra was on her mind. Did she really Know the past, present and future? Did she know what she wanted? Would Cassandra help her? There was only one way to find out and that was to talk to the woman. She slowly made her way up to Cassandra dreading every moment. The fear of being jugged by her. She stood by her not saying anything for a few moments. "Can I talk to you when you have a moment? I mean if you are not to busy." She walked a little bit away from Cassandra. She would talk to her hopefully when she had time. Near by someone that she never seen before was stand in the guild. Fresh blood hopefully this girl was smart.

Charlotte used Blitz. She attacked three times dealing 5 damage. With strength and weapon, it dealt 27 damage.

Therity tried to use Blitz, but she already used it so it failed! However, she did try to use Aero, but then she changed her mind so it failed! Finally, she decided upon a base attack. Using Strength and Weapon, it dealt 28 (With your sword damage I missed from last round ARE YOU HAPPY NOW LAR? ARE YOU HAPPY? YOU BETTER BE HAPPY! XD jk it's fine lol)
Ander used Fire. He dealt 5 damage. With a bonus it dealt 7 damage. With Magic and Weapon it dealt 16 damage.
Veilen used Fire. He dealt 4 damage. With a bonus it dealt 6. With Magic and Weapon it dealt 11.

Boreal summoned a Drake.

Well, this going well. They had ice suits of armor, but people were getting wrecked anyways. Including Charlotte, who was now stuck in a chain. Oh. And also a dragon appeared. Therity looked from Boreal, to the dragon, to Charlotte. Someone would get Charlotte for sure, and the dragon had to be destroyed so they wouldn't have to constantly be attacked by more than one person. But since Ra apparently has to attack it and Therity can see the future, she decided to attack Boreal. Because things will happen and the dragon will most likely be dead by the end of the round. Good.

Ander's pov:
He began to think about the fight. Wait they were on a island. Why not just throw Boral in to the mouth of the volcano and be done with it. He was reminded of Charlotte throwing Veilen. With that he walked up to Boreal picked him up a threw him with all his might into the mouth of the volcano. Boreal soon turned to ash and the battle was over.

Aoki had this really strange feeling. One minute, she felt as though she and Zephyr were in some sort of god awful situation where there was no way they could possibly get out of it. Or at least they'd have to be stupid lucky to do that. However, now they were totally fine, and everything was most certainly going to work out. Probably. Let's be real there was still a chance for things to get totally out of hand. But less so now! And so, Aoki thought of what to do, what move she could use to quickly dispatch of these maids. Generating a burst of wind behind a book case, Aoki used Aero on a book case so that it would fall on the maid and deal a good deal of damage to her. And hopefully not kill her. I mean, she was still pretty pissed at the maids, but murder was not something she wanted to be charged with.

Rho looked around as the fight had apparently gone back to square one and shrugged. He then proceeded to use Blitz on the maid and hopefully have an easy time with this fight. Hopefully.

Before following behind everyone back to the castle, Zwei noticed the cat that was Wenlock's griffin just chilling (pun not intended) in the snow. Now Zwei had no problems with leaving Wenlock behind in the snow, they didn't but if they were two, then he wouldn't have a single problem with it. The cat however was a different matter. So doing the one thing that he could think to do, he picked up the cat and placed it in his jacket where it would hopefully warm up. Zwei had basically done what was the equivalent of Al hiding a bunch of cats in his armor, cept minus the soul of a boy bonded to armor part.

Wenlock had been sent to a jail cell, Aidan and Annika apparently had a thing going on and everything else seemed to end well for them.

By this point the cat that Zwei had liberated from Wenlock had warmed up and was sleeping. Upon getting back to the guild, he saw that a fair amount of people were back save for Team King and company. That probably meant that they were still out on their job. He took another couple of steps into the building and noticed that someone new was here. specifically speaking she was in the corner of the hall playing a guitar. Well that certainly was new, but as per Lar's request for interaction Zwei headed towards the girl and spoke upon getting there. "Nice guitar."

At this point Veilen was pretty much and immovable fire turret spitting hot flames, actual flames not sick beats yo, at Boreal. Alone it wouldn't have been all that much, with the others in this fight it was actually doing something of use. Huzzah. After his recent round of flame slinging, Boreal had launched a counter attack, summoning a drake to attack Ra and attempting to bind Dale, which instead caught Charlotte due to her blocking the brotherly angst. So he had tow options, continued flame throwing or assist Charlotte. Drawing his sword, he went to attack the chains and free Charlotte. It was a fairly easy choice to make.

Veilen used blitz on the chains? I guess that's what I would attack in this instance.

REBORN!!!

While there was no orange flame on his forehead, Zephyr's eyes shot open as he looked around. He could've sworn that he'd gotten KO'd by a dishcloth of all thing and was being polish to well, he was being polished. While he cloths were clean, there were no indications of being smacked in the face by a cloth. However there was a maid in front of him holding a dishcloth. Was fate trying to tell him something? Possibly. Did he know what it was? No. He did know that he was in a fight and thus attacked the maid before him.

Zephyr used Quick Blitz on the maid.

 

Taylor grinned at the newcomer. See? Patience payed off. And she didn't seem desperate for friends, which was an added bonus. She plucked at the strings again, in recognition of his comment. "Thanks man. I love this thing. I'm Taylor."​

 

After Charlotte had struck Boreal, she went to defending Dale. As such, she had interfered with Boreal once more as he let loose these chains to try and bind the man. Taking the blow for him, Charlotte was stuck, and would have been in a lot of trouble had it not been for Dale's shield of ice. Thankfully, other than the feeling of restraint and the breaking down of said ice shield, she still felt alright. It was then that Veilen had come to assist her and broke the chains that had bound her. Nodding a thanks to her comrade, she then ran at Boreal, using barrier surge. Afterwards, she went to go block for Dale once more.

As Lucia had made it back to the guild, she had noticed that the group was the first one back from the rest of the guildmates, who were presumably also on missions. She wondered how it was going for them, however, as others had come in they seemed to be a bit disheartened. She didn't really feel like going to ask if them if were alright or not, since it would probably be a pretty depressing time talking with them. Instead, she was about to go sit down at a table when she realized something. She was still in her pretty odd attire, that hadn't really changed back on the way home. She was wondering what she was supposed to do about it, as it just sort of magically appeared on her and replaced her old clothes, however, perhaps changing out of them and into new ones would solve the problem! Walking to her dorm room, she soon went to find her clothes, and saw her wardrobe of strangely completely identical clothing. After all, it was important to stick with a look once you found it. However, as soon as she picked it up, it changed into the outfit she was currently wearing. Lucia just sort of stared at it with an unamused face and wondered what her next plan of attack was. She then realized that this was done by the magic of the wand of light, which seemed to be some sort of ultimate dispelling tool. Pulling it out, she said, "alright wand of light, please turn my clothes back to normal." With that, the wand dispelled its own magic over her wardrobe and she was back to looking normal.

Letting out a sigh of relief, she then realized something. She still had the wand of light. Well, that was something. Worrying about it for a bit, she then realized no one had really cared that it was still on her person, at all, and between the two people who wielded it, she was actually able to use it. Not to mention that it was made from the metal of her daggers, so that probably made it hers anyway. Trying to wrap her around it, she just sort of shrugged it off and decided that it was a good souvenir from her adventure, and since no one really wanted it or anything, a parting gift from Annika. That worked. Probably. Putting it away, Lucia walked back outside to see that everyone was just sort of doing their own thing. She was currently waiting to get her drink from Thomas, but he probably had some sort of things to take care of or other girls that needed to talk to. So, she had some time to kill first and saw that there was a new face amongst them. Well, a lot of the faces here, bar the Astedia group ones, were pretty unfamiliar to her, however this was someone she had zero recollection of ever seeing before. Walking over to Zwei and the newcomers area, she gave a short wave and said, "hey there newbie, name's Lucia. And this here," she pointed to the blond guy next to her, "is Zwei. Which you probably knew if he already introduced himself, in which case I am repeating things you already know. Whoops."

 

"Nah, he hadn't introduced himself yet. Nice to meet you guys." This new girl, Lucia, was kind of cute, but not really her type. And Zwei would be too, if she was into that kind of stuff. Mentally shrugging, she started plucking the chords to I See Fire. "Do you guys know this song? It's one of my favorites."​

Malkira was getting a bit PO'd. Firstly he was assaulted by overpowered maids, then time itself didn't want to behave. At least the maid was a bit weaker now. If he was a less rational man he'd be raging, he had to confront Baron Everlue, but first he had to incapacitate this maid, by violently swinging his axe in her face.

Ra was tackled by the drake made from ice that Boreal had summoned. He didn't have much choice but to fight it off. "Return to whence you came!" He yelled, thrusting his hand into the icy chest of the beast. From within, fire lit in his palm, causing the drake to radiate with a bright yellow glow. Finally firing off the spell, Ra hopefully shattered the drake completely. If nothing else, getting it off of him. ​

 

"Let's see how you fair against The Rhythm of the Tambourine!" Zéphryine shouted at the maids, before using Blitz.
