I started reading the KH1 manga. It was pretty cool. I was wondering if it's worth it to read the KH mangas. Cause I don't want to read them if they sucked.

I think it got little more humor than the original game. Most of the happenings are funny and hilarous. But well, maybe some don't agree with me, but I found it as fun to read them. It doesn't go exactly like the game went, it skips some worlds, and you may found it odd first reading the volumes, but you'll get used to it.

It's got some humour and the flow is so-and-so. It hasn't got too many fighting scenes though except for a few major plot events. Hmmm, if you dont mind reading it instead of playing it on the TV, by all means, go get it.

It mainly included worlds that would be in KHII. but we would still be waiting for CoM if they included each world in the story. I'm looking forward for what people have been saying, "Kingdom Hearts novel."
There aren't as many fights probably so the author could include more important parts in the game instead.
I also enjoyed the humor, but Roxma, but forwarned that they the humor sometimes doesn't go with the character they used for it.
Enjoy reading them! In my opinion CoM is the best manga out of the series, but that's my opinion! Have fun!

Well maybe I'll continue when I don't have so much work. I started like on the first day of school and since then I haven't had a ton of time. But I'll see what I can do. But yeah I see what you mean by humor. I laughed a few times while playing the game. Can't wait to read the manga.

To tell you the truth, I read it for the lulz.

I love the jokes the put into it.
And how they break the 4th wall.

    "Whats with this long hallway?"
"It's the prelude to the final boss."

    xD

If you like random humour on the internet, you'll probably like the randomness in the mangas. :3

Well, if you like it so far - continue on! You'll probably enjoy it - I sure did! Well, the CoM ones anyway. xD

It's alright. It's mildly funny at some points, but it is, obviously, pretty much the same story as the game. I'd just try it out, but if you don't like it just don't finish, becuase it's not like you'd miss anything important or ridiculously funny.

The manga are okay but I can't say I liked them as overwhelmingly as some people here did. I thought they were extremely childish and though some of the humor in them was very slapstick and funny, other parts were so cheesy it made me wince.

There are some additions to the manga that aren't in the game, but most of it is just for extra humor or descriptions and the battles are pretty short in comparison. I don't really consider them to be so 'canon' to the actual games as sometimes they deviate in ways that make them appropriate for anyone to read or just for the sake of taking the story in a different direction. However, they are cheap books so I'd say even though I didn't think they were the greatest, they were worth the money and will give you some chuckles. I think the first KH Manga off the first game was the best as it stuck mostly with the story and it does show you some scenes that were just loosely described in the game a bit better. After that they kind of deviate more but if you like that sort of thing, it's cool.

Your local book or comic store. Try Barnes & Noble or Borders. They'll most likely have them.

And I actually liked the manga. Although some of the artwork was surreal, it was good for a cheap laugh. There was also the fact that Repliku DIDN'T die. Of course, it would have been nice to see the Riku vs. Repliku fight in comic form, though...

Oh, I thought there was some place everyone used to find them on the internet. But buying them works too.
