Is Sora a geek?

Actually, nerd is used more commonly to describe someone who is abnormally intelligent in school. Nerd is associable with geek, but not always.

A geek is someone who is obsesed with something (ex. Computer geek, videogame geek, ect.) Geeks are good.

A nerd is basically what Alice said:

A dork is a disliked person because of their beliefs. Sometimes called special in a bad way.

I think that you meant to call Sora a dork to be correct. If you don't then don't be mad at me. Remember their are differences to nerd, geek, and dork. So be careful which you call people.

 

I... uh... I think that because sora is just a cartoon sort of character
(he's hott tho) he couldn't have been a geek because he's animated.
but, the guy who played him might be a geek... but usually singing
doesn't effect that. Anyone agree?

Under the Sea = obnoxious after about 53850969 playthroughs but eh it's not that bad on the whole. it's super-catchy in Japanese, actually. XP

so basically, Sora is not a geek for singing that song. he's the coolest ever and puts Riku to shame with his awesomeness. >_<

He was voted geek of the year in a videogame magazine (forgot which one) but he's pretty awesome.

 

Dang, I didn't know that it was gonna get so many freaken votes. Oh well, the forum has spoken. Now it is official that Sora is not a geek. This thread proves the magazine wrong, and in that case, you have all been of great help (prepares law suit for some random reason). Oh well, now to do my final fantasy 8 crushes
