You have to change only the hues that nanime's eyes are. There may be more than one.

 

I'm So Sorry if i'm annoying you but i'm still confused a little, the hues that are naimne's hair or eyes are either yellow and for the eyes are either light blue or dark blue?

 

Just use both.

You can use a free trial version of PSP XI:

There are other programs, like Photoshop.
But I don't know if your Photostudio will work, since I've never used it.
