Japan.

I can't really deal with looking at pictures of the destruction.
Though I'm happy things are being rebuilt in areas, the nuclear situation is like ten steps backwards for the country.

 

At least Japan is likely the best equipped country in the world to deal with this disaster. Just think how bad it might have been for a different country. Don't get me wrong, I am worried about Japan, but Japan has the technology and overall mentality to deal with it.
