Bio:As a Tamaranean Koriand'r was born with her ability of flight. When she was a child her father gave her and her sister over to Citadel for peace. While she was enslaved she underwent torturous treatment, which in the end gave her the ability the use starbolts. She escaped from captivity and found her way to earth, where she joined the Teen Titans. She lived in the Tower with the others and built a relationship with Robin, but decided she needed to return home to Tamaran for an undecided amount of time.

Personality:Starfire is a happy girl, but a bit naïve which should not be mistaken as stupidity. She has a great sense of perception and can see through things that others normally can not. She is easily sociable, and wishes to be friends with everyone and everything that she meets.

Powers:Tamaranean Solar Absorption: Starfire's alien physiology constantly absorbs ultraviolet radiation and converts it to energy.
Flight - In space, this flight can achieve speeds faster than light
Energy Projection Starbolts from hands and beams from eyes

Bio: A man obsessed with puzzles, riddles, word games and the like ever since he was a child and craved the glory and satisfaction of winning a contest at school for solving a puzzle, his reward? a book of about riddles. From there he slowly but surely steeped himself into a world of crime starting with becoming a carnival employing and tricking and cheating people out of their money with his complex puzzles and mind games.

Personality: a smooth talking yet quirky man deemed insane by the courts for severe cases of Obsessive compulsion and neurosis. He loves forewarning heroes and law enforcement of his crimes before hand with complex clues. Unlike most of Batman's gallery of villains The Riddler is not a murdering psychopath but rather a malignant narcissist with an enormous ego. His method of commiting crimes is so ingrained in his personality that he is virtually powerless to stop himself from acting it out.

Powers: Genius level IQ, Highly creative and skilled at inductive and deductive reasoning, lateral thinking, and pattern recognition, Vast esoteric knowledge, mediocre fighter on a hand-to-hand level from engaging in them for years, also a skill technician/engineer known for setting elaborate deathtraps

Equipment: Question mark cane that houses all kinds of technological devices and some weaponry, exploding jigsaw pieces, question mark shaped pistols

Other: He cannot simply kill and opponent if he has the upperhand his "disease" wont let him he must put them through a a deathtrap to see if he can devise a life and death intellectual challenge that the hero cannot solve and escape.

Appearance: Dark purple hair in the same style as Robin's, A color swapped version of the Joker's suit (green is purple and purple is green) with a bow tie is what he normally wears when not committing crimes otherwise normal random street clothes. (Not really gonna attempt to find one of those, no luck so far.....might have someone photoshop a picture maybe)

Costume: A joker take on Robin's outfit a short purple and green cape attached to a latex bodysuit also of red and green with a yellow P and a black background embroidered on the left side of his chest, the line that would make it an R seemingly covered over in black paint. Green gloves just below his elbows with black straps securing them and purple green and black combat boots on his legs. a black mask in 2 diamond shapes covers his eyes. (picture pending)

Bio: Parker grew up just outside of the Suicide Slums in Gotham he's always been poor and stealing to keep himself sustained as his parents and older brother were killed in a random shooting when he was 9. Since that day he decided that he didnt just want revenge on the people who killed his family he wanted it on all of Gotham, maybe even the world. He started seeing a shrink free of charge to help him manage and get past the problems he was both causing and having, a shrink named Harleen Quinzel. Unfortunately for him she was enthralled with one of her patients from the Asylum, The Joker and so she spent their sessions regaling him with the stories he told her when she went to see him. His young impressionable mind was then molded into one of slight insanity, he believed the Joker to be his new father and he would do anything to help him out. When Dr. Harleen came up with the crazy idea of busting him out Parker agreed to help. Blah blah blah skip ahead sometime, Parker takes up the mantle of The Punchline to become the Joker's sidekick, his Robin (aside from Harley of course) and now he commits crime in the Joker's name.

Personality: Appears to be just nearly as deranged as the Joker himself he delights in pain and never shows any other emotion than joy and happiness he has his own crazy laugh to go with it and a smile plastered on his face.

Powers/Gadgets: Use's a staff much like robins and has a bunch of the same gadgets that the Joker himself uses.

Bio: At the age 13 when visiting his uncle Barry, history repeated itself and granted Wally the same super speed powers. He became Kid Flash.
Personality: Impulsive, competitive, goofy, science whizz
Powers:

• Superhuman Speed: Perhaps the most obvious power that Kid Flash has in his arsenal; it allows him many interesting abilities.
• Creating small tornadoes, which can lead to devastating effects.
• Creating high frictions hot enough to cause burns, which comes useful at times whenever somebody gets a hold of him.
• By running at high velocities, Kid Flash can also make himself into a human battering ram.
• Superhuman Endurance: Kid Flash can run at an undetermined amount of time and is very sturdy against punishment, as he has been shown crashing several times and recovers rather quickly from blows.
• Supercharged Brain Activity: Kid Flash's mental abilities are also hyper-accelerated, simple computations can be done at lightning speeds and he can devise strategies and solutions to problems when fighting villains in no time at all.

Equipment:

• Kid Flash costume - Wally wears a reverse-colored variation of Barry Allen's costume. The cowl has a hole on the top so Wally's hair is out and has distinct shoulder pads. The suit itself is highly-resistant to friction as it is capable of being worn and used by him without wearing out for a long period of time.
• Goggles - goggles to help protect Wally's eyes from incoming debris; they can also see certain levels of light spectrum.

Identity Known: The Justice League and Young Justice
Other: Kid Flash and Robin are best friends. Kid Flash will sometimes call him Rob for short. Robin, and some other people, call Kid Flash KF or Kid for short. (It is stated on Young Justice’s Wiki that Robin told Kid Flash his identity but did not tell Batman that he did.)
Weaknesses:

• Hyper-Accelerated Metabolism - Wally's metabolism functions several times faster than normal, in fact, he constantly needs a large quantity of food to stabilize himself, otherwise his body will fail because of the lack of adequate nourishment. He is also shown to have eaten Miss Martian's burnt cookies with no ill effects.
• Accident prone - Because of his inexperience, Wally sometimes gets into accidents when using his speed.
• Control - Unlike the Flash, Kid Flash needs to accelerate and decelerate when stopping and going.

 

Everyone just means the League and Young Justice, right? (for the identity known line)


Also, KF has the worst luck ever. There was a billion to one chance of him gaining his powers like Barry did and yet it happened. Which actually brings forth a very interesting question >>

Yes to the first question. (I shall fix it.)
Oh, and I'm not as big on info about Kid Flash as some of the other heroes (I just thought he needed to be taken [and I think he's cute!]) so feel free to correct me or fill me in on stuff as needed. I'll be watching him more carefully on YJ and getting some comics [from the library].

 

There's really not much to be known about Wally as Kid Flash. Once he grows up and becomes the Flash, he's legendary >> But until then, he's just Kid Flash.

His aunt Iris West was dating Barry Allen (The second Flash, but the first traditional one with the famous red costume). Barry was known to be "friends" with the Flash (in reality, he was the Flash). He became the Flash when he was working with the police forensic department and he had a set of chemicals lined up in a certain way. Lightning struck through the window, hit the chemicals, and bathed Barry in the charged chemicals, giving him super speed. Wally idolized the Flash so Barry set up a meeting to show his girlfriend's nephew the Flash. When Wally asked how he got his powers, he put the chemicals back up. Wally wished that would happen to him but the Flash said that was a 1 in a billion chance...Seconds later, lightning struck the chemicals and gave Wally the same powers. He became Kid Flash.
...so yeah. xD

 

That's hilarious! I wish I could get struck by lightening and get super powers! (Infamous anyone?) Anyway, that's an interesting tidbit for KF's character; kinda explains some stuff.
