Not true. The council is primarily for banishment and warnings only. This is just to clear up confusion with chain of command.. anyone can still help. Anyone. The council is formed only in the wake of the flame wars. "If you're not, then you can't" is just ridiculous.

Those who have sigs made by me can expect a re-vamped sig; those who don't have a KF sig by me, contact whoever made yours or ask me.

I'm thinking about doing a similar system every few months or so to make sure the right people are in position as times change; nothing as expansive as this go-around of voting, but to those who didn't make it: try again next time.

This is about the time you can claim your tasks as council member. Stopping flame wars and banishment are your main goals, but there are other mundane tasks that need to be completed as well. I'm going to be in charge of this list (seeing as it's my post on page 1 that has all the info) and keeping everyone up-to-date on the rules and such. I'll still be making sigs for anyone who asks, but that job can be handled by several people far more talented than myself. ^^"

So basically, PM me to let me know whenever changes need to be made to the list on the KF thread. (New members, banishment, warnings, etc.)
