KH Class RP (Re-Made)

The creature lost Axel's voice and spoke in a grating sound that somehow turned into a voice, "HOW SHOULD I KNOW! EVERYTHING WENT DARK! NO MORE HEARTS, NO MORE ORGANIZATION! THE SUPERIOR WAS GONE AND WE WERE ALONE! WHAT COULD WE DO BUT WANDER THE DARKNESS! TURNING INTO SOMETHING EVERYONE'S AFRAID OF!" Akii whimpered.

The Keyblade shined again, Mage!

 

Mage winced, hearing such a tortured voice was almost murder. She stepped forward, looking at Axel and the Keyblade. "Axel... I'm going to free you." Yes this might be a bad idea, but he's a good friend of mine... And I don't want him to suffer anymore...

 

The Keyblade calmed it's voice and sighed, That's...not what I was going to say. Listen to Akii. She is a child of your friend Xenree and the dark side of Kingdom Hearts. She said it wasn't Lea, I've no idea who Lea is, but I'm guessing that thing isn't human or your friend.

Akii frightfully shivered and inched away from the thing, "Not Lea, not Lea, not Lea..."

 

Mage nodded, casting a Dias against whatever this faker was trying to be. Her eyes glinted with the light, her new weapon channeling it a lot better with more precision. "No more fakes!" she growled with now a reasonable malice.

 

The Keyblade agreed, letting Dias shine through and pierce the creature. It shrieked and tried again to mimic Axel, the swallowing motion back as it tried to speak but Dias speared it before a sound could come through. Shriveling up like a prune, it died away and Akii shakily wrapped her arms around Mage.

Well done young Keyblade wielder. In your experience with Adrien in the limbo state, I could not speak to you through Adrien, I was not aware of the state of being he existed in. Forgive my rudness during the battle, but you must not let your emotions get the better of you. Death is not freedom but neither is life. We must always choose battle instincts over emotion, lest it get the best of us.

 

Mage pondered this, but almost nodded. One thing cut her short, however. "If the next threat hurts my friends, then I hurt them. Be it an old friend turned bad, then I'm going to give them an equal chance." She moved along the corridor with Akii under her arm in a comforting hug grip. "I never asked you, sorry for being rude but... What's your name? I heard another Keyblade weilder calling out the name of their Keyblade."
Ooc: I am done for tonight, scary horror game watching(ironically horror is too much for me ;-; *wimp*), and rping*didn't do homework fail* so night!

 

The Keyblade seemed stunned, M-my name? Ah...you...you're not going to like it. I was given my name after Adrien and I turned dark and I just prefer the name to what it was before. So....My name is Nightmare. If you prefer to give me a new name it'd be nice though I will always have my true name only shared with other Keyblades and the Kyeblade...but Nightmare is my name.

 

Mage almost seemed like laughing. "Well it's your name. And fitting. I anyone out there tries to harm my friends, we'll give them one heck of a Nightmare!" she chuckled, leveling the Keyblade on her shoulder, not knowing how to dismiss it, nor wanting to. A name was a name, and she had the one she made up.

 

The Keyblade remained silent after that, it agreed with Mage on her choice of words. Those that were responsible for the Keyblade War would die by this Keyblade. Nightmare had a lot more on it's mind than it let Mage know.

Vexen tapped his fiingers impatiently on the wall, the experiment was late. Where in the darkness could it have gone? He wondered if someone had come across it in the dark corridors. His latest creation, a combination of the Dusks and bits of Organization genetic code. He called them Fakes because they were fake, fake in every possible way. They had no memories, no voice and yet they mimiced Organization members perfectly in most ways except for form.

 

Mage watched the scorched remains of the odd creature, something about it smelled familiar... "Vexen." The name seemed to be sticking out in her memory, though she was sure she never met him. "Let's see if I can find where it's from." She looked down the corrido, her hand outstretching to form a portal. "Akii, Nightmare, let's go. My birthplace."

 

Nightmare already knew it would follow her anywhere, as was Keyblade and partner requirment.

Akii shivered and followed her, "Where's that? Who's Vexen? Do you mean Even? Is he....still alive?"

Nightmare, if it were a human would've had a surprised look on it's face, The little one knows many from a time yet still far after the Keyblade War. Akira, daughter of Xenree, host of the dark side of Kingdom Hearts...I will never understand children.

 

"Nightmare, I..." Mage bit her lip, she would say soon enough. She pulled Akii gently into the portal, herself following. She found herself in front of a door, she could barely detect sounds. She could hear a man, old... She knocked on the door, hard. She would attack, noticing an air of familiarity. She was at the right location.

 

ooc: wait, I'm confused, who are we visiting?

 

Ooc: Mage used the remains of the fake to track down Vexen, the Chilly Academic. They are at his door.

 

Vexen jerked at the sound of someone knocking on his door. Fakes couldn't knock and he was expecting it through the dark corridor.

Akii anxiously hopped up and down as the door was thrown open and she recognized Even, the scientist who'd given up his heart in pursut of the dark Kingdom Hearts. "Even!" she latched onto him and Vexen gave a surprised look down at the little girl and at Mage. "So you've come back, have you? Sorry, we don't take back failed experiments." he tried to shake off Akii and close the door but Akii's grip was tight around his waist. "Akii found you, Even. Akii couldn't believe you were alive!"

Mage...this man radiates a power unlike I've seen in a long time. Who is this ma-- it stopped and pulled the knowledge from her head, Vexen...a member of Organization XIII. Mage, you shouldn't have come here!

 

Mage smirked. "Nothing to fear, Nightmare, nothing to fear. I'm just paying a visit to "Daddy"." She stepped in, eyes full of malice. "Now you're going to tell me what I am and how I was made. And what this thumping in my chest is." She pointed Nightmare at Vexen, almost growling with the same ferocity she had not shown since her Beginning.

 

Vexen almost could've smiled at Mage's word for him. Such hatred in her eyes would've made him proud if she and Xenree had stayed on their side. "Such trivial questions. You were made to accompany Xenree, to keep the pure hearts within you and as for how I made you...well, I took the design of a Dusk and a human girl and combined their genetics. Surprisingly you were the only one to come out of the process unharmed and exactly as we wanted you. With the slight side effect of your hunger for only hearts, pure or otherwise." He sighed and sat down on a chair in his room, scooping Akii into his lap and stroking her hair, I know nothing of any 'thumping' in you. You were made without a heart. Thus there is nothing in you that can beat. Now...that Keyblade of yours."

Nightmare didn't like the way he was looking at it. Keep that creep away from me, or I swear I'll cut a chunk out of him.

"Allow me to examine it and I'll examine you to find what 'thumping' you speak of."

 

Mage shook her head. "I will not let you touch her." She held Nightmare close, not willing to allow this freaky creeper to touch the memory of Adrien. "I will tell you that she accepted me, and will chop off your head if you touch her." She thought a moment, what allowed Keyblades to have weilders? Why did you choose me again? She questioned.

 

"Ridiculous, a being with no heart cannot have a Keyblade accept it. You must have been given the power to use it." Vexen laughed. He pet Akii more and she cuddled closer to him.

Your heart, it reminded me of Adrien's. You are so kind to everyone and you value your friends. Violence is not in your nature. You are nearly exactly like Adrien, which made up my mind that I should go with you.

 

My heart...? But I don't have a heart of my own... Mage shifted with discomfort, how would a Keyblade choose a being with no true heart? "There's Ashir's heart too. He didn't leave, the Keyblade could have chose him instead of me."
