KH gets lost... in NYC?!?

Namine looked over, looking worried. "What is going on?" There was a siren in the distance, and you hear someone talking on the phone, saying "Yes, Officer? There are cosplay characters roaming Time's Square, cuasing a ruckus, including shocking people..." Namine looked around at the buildings, and noticed, the HUGE TV in the middle of the road was showing them, saying something about how they should be in the new movie or something. "Let's get out of here."

 

"Help me!" Sora yelled, falling on his knees and grabbing Riku's leg. He looked up at Riku's slightly mad face, then got up and rubbed the back of his head.

 

After the gang made it to safer, more private place, Cid settled them down and told them a deep, dark secret. "I guess you guys are wondering what the heck is wrong with this world. Well, this isn't just any normal world out there. This Earth is not normally of our access. It was completely walled off. Lemme tell you kids a story that the King told me. Long ago, when Mickey was still being taught by Yen-Sid, he learned of all worlds. Earth was the one he learned the least about, because it was actually connected to Kingdom Hearts in a special way - even though it had no heart and could only be accessed when speeding at unimaginable levels! One earthling long ago learned the story of the adventures of a certain Keyblade-weilder, and decided to turn it into a video game. His name in the dialect of hearts means "the knowing one." Though his name in the dialect spoken in his region of earth was Tetsuya Nomura. He at first came to knowledge of specific friends of the keybearer, but eventually he knew the whole story. Anyways, many, many earthlings enjoyed the video games and started to play them all the time and made several fansites, such as one Mickey enjoys, KH-Vids.net. Oops, I'm getting off-topic. Anyways many, many denizens of Earth know about our affair, but there's more: Since this world does not have a heart, It has light and darkness all over it in random places, usually overlapping. So when you make a dark portal it'll randomly summon a regular portal user. Same with light portals. And if hearttless were to appear, this entire world be immediately swallow the entire world in darkness . . . Well, then, i guess that had a few things you didn't about, Jim?" Cid gave a chuckle.

 

"So wait..." Namine was confused. "These people know about us...From a video game?!" Namine was looking at the streets. She notices a game store. Named 'GameStop' She gets up, and walks towards the shop.

 

Jim watched the portal close. He listened to Cid talk. "No wonder you guys looked kinda familiar." His cell phone rang. "Hold on." This better be important. He checked the caller ID . It was Nick. "Bro, whaddya want? Oh I'm in Times Square helping some people out...Who're ya lookin' for?...Sora?...Um, yeah he's here. Why?...Some people in black coats want him?...Nick, this better not be one of those jobs you do...It better not...Alright, see ya later. Bye." He puts his phone away. "Hey, any of you guys know who these guys in black coats are? They're looking for Sora."

Nick pust his phone back in his pocket. "Xemnas, is it? Anyway, I found Sora. He should be in Times Square." he informs. Sorry, bro.

 

Namine walks inside the store. There was a dorky looking kid behind the counter. He said something like "Hot looking Namine look, chick." She looks over & says while leaning over the desk "Where is the video game with me on it?" She glares at him as he looks for the game through hundreds of cases of games. "Here it is: Kingdom Hearts 2. The best of all of 'em in my opinion." Namine take the case in her hand. & Looks at it. Her picture was on it. She looked surprised. She turned for a second. "Roxas! Look at this!"

 

Namine looked at the kid. "And you are?" She looked like she was happy to see Roxas confused. Namine looked over at the dude at the counter, he was checking her out. She gave him a side glance as if she was out of his league. He looked away quickly. You blew you cover, dork. She giggled at the thought.

 

Jim looked around. Then he eyed the nearby GameStop. "I'll be back." he said to them. When he went inside, there were a few people looking at Roxas and Namine. He walked over to them. "Looks like you two are quite the attraction. You should know, Roxas, that there's gonna be another game coming out for the game system 'Nintendo DS'. It's all based on your time when you in that one group."

 

Namine looked over at Jim. "Really? Am I in it?" She laughed at what she just said. I'm actually interested...

Namine looked at Roxas. "I took care of it, dont worry!" Namine looked at him, trying not to break her smile. She looked at Jim after Roxas calmed down a little, and said "You were saying?"

 

Jim continued to explain. "The game's called 'Kingdom Hearts: 385/2 Days'. I have no idea why it's called that, but anyway. Roxas is the main character but you can play as any of the 13 members like that guy with red hair, the guy with the eyepatch, etc. But that's all I really know. You gotta go online for better detail and more stuff." He looked outside. "Um...I think they're waiting for us. We should go."

 

"Ohh yeah." Namine walked outside with the game still in her hand, and some siren kept going off. The 'jerk' behind the counter started yelling "YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT, CHICK!" Namine turned around, startled. "Ohh this?" She looked at it one more time, she looked like she was trying to memorise what it looked like. About a minute after the siren was going off, Namine threw the game back, and the loud noises stopped.

 

Cid on the other hand was browsing some other games. Particularly the Final Fantsy VII games. "O_O. That's Cloud . . . and Yuffie . . . and Aerith! How many of these are there?" He started counting them one by one . . . FFVII, FFVII Dirge of Cerberus, FFVII Before Crisis, FFVII Crisis Core, FFVII SNOWBOARDING?!?!?! HECK, THERE'S EVEN A MOVIE!!! Then he heard the commotion and rushed outside to tell them about how many games he's starred in!

 

Namine looked at Cid running towards the rest of the group, and noticed how many games there was of him and his friends. "Oh my gosh..." She trailed off.

 

Jim just looked at Cid. "Oh, right. Cid's originally from FFVII. I forgot. And FFVII's huge."

 

"I see that," Namine said as she grabbed one of the game cases. "Who is this?" She point to the man on the cover of FFVII Crisis Core "Do you know?" She shoves the game in Jim's face.

 

"I feel like . . . I know him . . . I think CLoud knows who he is for some reason . . ." Cid felt a chill go up his spine.
