No, you can only accuse someone and wait for the Shinigami's response. After that if you still somehow live (which I doubt you will if you are wrong) you can accuse another person with evidence to support why. Wait again for the response of the Shinigami, and you could keep doing that pattern of presenting evidence to accuse until you croak.
