Yeah but thats not enough. Im sure people did that in round 5. Didnt seem like it worked so well to me. Just can you consider my rule? After all, thats how it was in the actual anime...the police team L was on didnt get killed off immediately. Light killed random criminals around him as well.

I believe that Repliku is either using the active stealth method to cover up what he's doing or he's viewing our profiles.

 

The rules remain the same unless a NEW problem emerges... which I hope WON'T happen. Shades is right, there are plenty of other ways to investigate than just looking at the dead. Stalking people is an easy task, however, it is also a VERY difficult task noetheless as anyone can catch you in the act. You'd be surprised as to how many clues there are in certain and given areas that aren't visible to the naked eye. You just have to know how to look at it properly. If you do your investigation correctly, then it shouldn't be a problem.

We'll see. Round 5 was kind of bad imo, so I was just thinking of ways that would have made it better...restricting deaths will only make it one sided. =/

Deaths aren't restricted. Kira is welcome to kill whoever he/she wants in the list aside from accusations and Shinigami eyes, and even if I were to add the names of the inactive members, wouldn't it be the same in a way? You'd still be using the dead to investigate which will only get you thus far. It's still same if you use the inactive members or not. Round 5 was bad because everyone felt they could not do anything since their main source of information and clue was gone [Repliku]. I mean they freaking dragged him onto a MSN group conversation in hopes that he could spill something, AFTER he was dead. Sad... so, so sad. That proved NOTHING more than the fact that everyone was obviously freeloading off of him in the previous rounds. Round five was filled with laziness and lack of concentration, organization and unity... in other words EPIC PHAIL.

 

I wonder if ICSP knows the new round started... I'm gonna hit him up.

*sigh* Ay, sweetie... having a role as a Shinigami won't do you much. I'm only Shinigami because I freaking know the names of all the people here [seriously]. What you are asking for is really baseless. I'm sorry, but it's true. Increasing the number of people available for dying is not going to help at all. Like I said, all it'll do is increase the number of people to kill for Kira which he/she will do happily. I can understand why you are wanting it, but this is also another form of NOT wanting to do the extra research that's required.
