—Round 7—​

1a. I AM SHINIGAMI THIS ROUND. I, ME, Pyro, the one with the funky "O". No one else.
1b. I am NOT Kira and will NOT be Kira for any given reason or time. I do not want to see people claiming that the Sinigami is Kira if the Kira seems overly smart and sly. That is against the rules and also considered CHEATING. If Kira is smart, then find a way to counter his/her master plan and find him, just don't suddenly make ME Kira out of the blue when I'm obviously the Sinigami.

2. There are THREE ways in which Kira can kill his/her victims::

- Falsely accusing someone of being Kira
- Finding the REAL first name of the victim
- Death by Shinigami eyes**​

** A lot of you do not understand the "Death by Shinigami eyes", so I'll explain it here. For every 24 hours an accusation NOT made in the thread will result in a "Freebie" for Kira. Meaning he/she will not need a reason to kill said person whereas a first name and false accusation was compulsory to kill. The first 24 hours equals to ONE Freebie, the second time this happens, TWO Freebies and will continue to increase in this pattern.**

3. KEEP EVERYTHING ORGANIZED. I want to see organization people. I DO NOT want a repeat of ROUND 5, I really don't. Organization is a good thing, and you all should try it. It's FUN, and not to mention hell of a lot easier to keep track of everything; not just for me, but for EVERYONE else as well.

4. ONE FREE ACCUSATION PER PERSON. You all are welcome to accuse people at any given time, but only once and for the first time. Any latter accusations made after MUST be presented with proper evidence [if you can find any], or a good reason for accusing said person. I DO NOT want random accusations flying around again.

5. Dead people, please refrain from helping the living. We aren't using an Ouija board in the game so I don't want to see dead people giving clues to the current living detectives/suspects. You are welcome to talk, laugh spam [to a minimal level], and urge other's to work & "avenge" you, but NO HELPING, NO CLUES or ANYTHING for that matter.

6. Please, everyone is to be given an equal chance to play the game, so I request that those who are considered an "Easy Kill" be given a chance at playing the game before termination. Since they are in fact an easy kill, they can be terminated at any given time so keeping them alive for a few minutes is not such a complicated task. Thank you.

7. Don't be an ASS guys. Play nicely with other members. I will not tolerate this AT ALL. If I see THIS rule being broken, I'll not even give a second thought to KILLING you. SO PLAY NICE.

8. As a Sinigami, I also have a DeathNote at hand, so I can, and WILL kill those who break these rules. The game was meant to be FUN, and still IS. These are nothing but very simple rules and following them will not kill you. So straighten up and do some work yourself, and for goodness sake do not just depend on Repliku to gather clues. You all are part of the game and working too, so WORK, WORK, WORK! Mooching off others is not coo'.



Well, there you are, as promised... the rules WILL continue to be posted like this until everyone is back on task and line.<33 I'm very proud of you guys I really am. The round was starting to lag around late last night [or super early morning... I forget], but that was nothing, since most of the members were only off line or something. O.o Anyway, seeing all of on being on task has made me VERY HAPPY. Well, same standards apply here as round 6. I'll give EVERYONE time to catch up on everything, and if necessary PM those who still/might wish to play the game, letting them know that ROUND 7 has begun. I'll be back later to pick a new Kira.

A NEW KIRA WILL BE CHOSEN BY 9:00 PM PACIFIC TIME AND/OR 12:00 AM EASTERN TIME.​

Be patient my children. I do this so a lot of people can be on the list and so lot of people can take part in this game from the beginning. Not to mention this gives me a LARGER number of people for me to choose a Kira from, and this also increases the chances of new people being Kira and give you all a more CHALLENGING round. The game is meant to be a CHALLENGE, not a BREEZE. So patience is a virtue.

Also, you all know the drill. I want to see a list of people playing this round when I come back. So get crackin' people. LIST TIME!

Nice job guys. Man, I so missed the day. lol. By the way, Pyro, you can go ahead and remove me from protection. If someone wants to kill me off, that's fine. I think they got the point to work more together now and I don't want any special treatment.

6a. No killing Repliku immediately at the start of game. I was FORCED to make this rule thanks to ROUND 5, seeing the panic and distress of all the living suspects/detectives. IT. WAS. PITIFUL. I'm temporarily making him immune for the first few kills of the game. He cannot be killed until there have been FIVE, I repeat, FIVE deaths in a round, or in ANY round. I will remove this immunity from him when I see everyone working properly. [However, he may be killed if he falsely accuses someone of being Kira.]

Has been removed. Let's see if this works now. =/ IT FREAKING BETTER. D<

I was so suspecting you Amber but what threw me off too was the fact that sadly Pyro said you were immune to easy kills which pretty much meant that you weren't the kira, earlier in the thread. This is one of the reasons I'm asking for the -easy kill- thing to be removed. The Shinigami shouldn't be helping the kira by diverting us like that, but I doubt it was intentional.

I do ponder though that we may have to make some other resolution instead of using first names of people after a time because really, it's kind of unfair that some of us have our first names known and others don't and there's no way to figure them out. Also, since the first names of quite a few people were known since the beginning of this game, it kind of sucks too. We all did a lot of research early on. We need something else to let the kira use sooner or later because any now kiras barely have to work to find out what others took time to do earlier.

 

It was not intemtional. Everyone needs a chance to play the game, otherwise, some just die way too early. Anyway...

The thing is, the only people whose names I knew were you, TCO, and kittykat88. I couldn't kill you, and I wanted to use kittykat88 later on.

Also, Amber, that's particularly why I was saying you should not have been chosen. The rule was put up before you were made Kira. So really, you shouldn't have been able to be kira without removing the protection issue over anyone because it was a way unintentionally that would make people not assume you could be the kira.

Note early on how both Shades and me put it that you couldn't be kira because you were protected and someone else said it too. That's why I'm saying the protection issue to be fair shouldn't be said to be on anyone. If I was kira, I would anticipate I'd be protected and people wouldn't assume it was me either because being protected...naturally anyone will assume you are a detective.

 

Wait, did she specifically mention me or did everyone just assume that by "easy kill", she meant me? >_>​
