I've never seen Heartless_Vice do anything so far so he could be suspicious Master Pyro.

 

Wait, how is ICSP in the "Investigated" list if no one accused- Oh yeah, I forgot.

 

Less than 13 people on the list during when game began means that you MUST present evidence. Well, Xephos... since you already made an accusation, you cannot take it back, but remmeber that little rule next time, okey? Here's hoping you were right. ;)

Since anyone could have the DN at this time and there are more than 13 people that were on the list in the end, I will take the guess this time. Guys, try to come up with some evidence!

Accusation: Saki! サキ アマミ by Darkrequiem0

Saki is put in a catapult and flung to the police station, going through the window to the interrogation seat. There, he is made to dress up like the clown from It and say 'why so serious?' to music by Max Headroom. It is filmed to all the cops as he is also forced to walk on a ball alongside a ferocious Grizzly Bear that doesn't look too happy about his job and gets a few good lashings. However, this gets no confession other than "You guys are freaking insane!!!" from Saki. Checking his house out reveals nothing other than Saki's secret collection of Barbie Dolls and he is released due to lack of evidence.

Time: 3:15 Pacific, 6:13 EST.

Darkrequiem0 sits in front of his computer, having full confidence he made the right accusation of the Kira...however, after the immense torture of a friend and fellow detective for no good reason... DarkRequiem0 begins face palming and then finds that the urge just won't stop. He continues face palming and then bashing his head into the keyboard, to the window... and then falls out the window to his demise.

 

It's alright. Heh. It's nothing serious, so relax. As long as you remember it next time, all is well. But I'm rooting for ya! ;)
