I was accused including Heartless_Vice and then death for demon boy and I believe that's it.

 

I know he's been accused before, but Xephos.

He is still alive, even after accusing someone who turned out innocent.

He should have been killed by Kira.

I find it amusing that the no one is looking into the ones who joined after the game started....and why is pika still alive....curious.

Alright, who's accusing who? Xephos just was already accused as was Heartless_Vice. If you want to accuse someone please post after this with the accusation and reason why. Happy hunting people!

Accusations:

Haseo is accused and thus wrapped up in a wire and bounced to the station slinky style. After he is put in a giant truck tire and rolled down a few hills until he can't see straight, tied to a tree with a bunch of unhappy bees in their nests... and well he still just isn't claiming to be kira. An investigation of his house turns up that he writes his homework in text talk and is in trouble with his parents but there is no Death Note. He is released due to lack of evidence.

Deaths

サキ アマミヤ - Death 8:30 Pacific. Wandering down the street, サキ アマミヤ finds this bum and has this sudden urge to drink from the bottle he's carrying. The guy gives it to him and he downs the liquor, discovering it to be saki. The saki however is laced with arsenic and thus サキ アマミヤ dies and the bum steals his money and wanders off.

Xephos - Death at 8:30 Pacific. Riding down the road on his bicycle at this late hour, Xephos knows he needs to get home or he's going to really be grounded. He cuts across the road and stops as he sees the dead body of サキ アマミヤ in an alley and some bum walking off. Before he can do anything, however, a honking sound is heard but Xephos turns and the last thing he sees is two giant head beams. Xephos is smashed and all that is seen after is a bicycle wheel rolling over to the curb and falling to its side.

Envy - Death 8:30 Pacific. While working out a tedious business transaction over a meeting, Envy stands up preparing to leave. The man he was negotiating with finally says he agrees with the terms and the two men shake hands. However, Envy falls over dying of a heart attack. His last words were "This will be the rebirth of Yatsuba".
