TCO is wandering along merrily down the street when these 3 rottweilers round the corner and seem very angry. They are coming right towards him and he turns tail and flees, going to climb over a barbed wire fence as that's his only option. The dogs grab onto him and he fails to get over. Death by impaling. What a bummer.

hmm.. deaths are speeding up more compared to the start of the round. Half have been eliminated through death. There's a high chance that the original kira has handed it to anyone who arrived after he/she was chosen, but then again... it could have changed owner again for more confusion.
