Accusation
Jojoj13 is hanging around playing baseball with the neighborhood kids when a black van pulls up and people in swat gear step out and tackle him into the vehicle. He's kicked out the back of the van as it drives down a back road and dragged along and the swat team practices some shooting meanwhile, hitting not too critical of areas. After all, you have two hands, legs and such so one of each won't matter. Not admitting to the heinous deed of being the kira, the cops are determined and run the swat truck through the window of his house and raid his belongings, scouring around. They invade the freezer, stealing all the ice cream for evidence but jojoj13 is released due to lack of evidence.

Death

Time: 5:00 PM Pacific. TK 421 is kidnapped by a group of terrorists and taken out to the desert. There, he's kicked out onto the white sands and tossed a canteen of whiskey. Well, drinking whiskey isn't wise as it dehydrates you more, Shades soon discovers and he's awfully thirsty. Seeing a mirage of a tropical escape and a pond of fresh water, he roams over the next dunes and comes to stop by the water. It is here he finds out he has gotten his shoe laces stuck on a cactus and he falls over, wrestling vs the mean old cactus. Collapsing after a valorous bout and exhausted, it spells his end.

I've known you aren't on the list as well but eh, lazy detectives obviously don't consider you a kira at all. You are so innocent you are not included.

 

The game's probably gonna be nearing the end. I accuse TKM because he's been really quiet in this round and hasn't contributed much.

Accusation
TrueKeybladeMaster is sitting in an alley talking to the cats when the lights dim and he is abducted and hanged there. Batman tortures and grills him as he hangs upside down, and gets a good boxing session in as TKM is a great bag. However, TKM fails to release any information to the Batman. So, the Joker invades his house and spray paints but finds no evidence and blows it up instead. TKM is released from..custody having no evidence to keep him in there.

Death

Time: 5:45 Pacific. Graxe is lifting his computer and moving it to go plug it into his new room. A little kid runs by and screams at the top of her lungs, and he drops the computer on his foot, causing himself to lose balance and fall down the stairs. The computer topples down after him and lands on his head.

Oh, and what color of spray paint?

 

Accusation: Cocohints is accused by TKM.
Cocohints is tied on top of a horse and taken out to the savanna of Africa where she is rolled in the carcasses of some buffalo and then dragged by the water where some crocodiles eye her tastily. Tied to the back of a water buffalo as it goes through the water and the crocs go after it doesn't break her. She is helped out of the water with some scrapes and bruises and lacerations and uh...she gets some stitches, like 500 of them, but hey, she's fine, right? They go to her house and toss stuff around aimlessly as they search for the Death Note. They also give her dolls and plushies away to starving kids in Zimbabwe as part of a charity service but they find nothing. She is released due to a lack of evidence.
