Jube was arrested under suspition of being Kira. However, he was later released due to lack of evidence.

Still no kills? Kira phails!

 

Okay, that clears up some things. I still accuse Pyro.

 

At 8:30 pacific time Pyro was arrested under suspition of being Kira.

At her home, a blank notebook was found. As she was being questioned, she mysteriously died of a heart attack.

A half eaten peach was found nearby.
