Kingdom Hearts kh1:final mix

can someone get me a list of everything thats new in final mix?

 

The first final mix didn't have nearly as much as Final Mix+, but essentially:

- New Keyblades
- New synthesis items
- New items
- Extra silent-subbed cutscenes
- New Skip-Cutscene option
- Extra boss battle: Engimatic Man (later revealed as Xemnas in KH2)

That's about all I can think of. Anyone who knows something I've missed can add on.

 

There are also recolored Heartless, as well as new ones. Oh yes, and the secret ending - Deep Dive. Like Soushirei said, not as much as KH2:FM+.

Also, not nearly as important, but there's a new mini-boss named Chimera who lingers at the bottom of Oogie Boogie's tower. It's the place where that walking bathtub usually lingers about. lol.

 

Actually the Skip Cutscene function was in the English version as well, just not the Japanese one...

Also, the Gummi Ship was expanded big-time... almost as much to do as in KHII lol

 

No, I'm pretty sure the English KH1 didn't have it. Try starting a new game and try skipping cutscenes to see for yourself.

 

Maybe in the NA one (I live in Australia, so I don't bother with American titles), but in PAL, yes you can...

 

Ah, I didn't realize you were referring to the PAL version. I didn't realize they fixed that in PAL (didn't play it, naturally). Thanks for the clarification.

 

The American version you could not skip cutscenes.

 

I remember asking bout the Chimera. It lead me to make and upload renders of all the new Heartless that appear in FM. You can download them here. There's a total of 11 new Heartless.
