Kingdom Hearts: A New Dawn

Dorian cracked open an eye and looked around. He was alone. He huffed indignantly. "His fellow prince dies before him, and he doesn't even give him a passing glance!" he cried, speaking in the third person for no obvious reason. He sat up, his fingers pressed against his mouth as he thought. "Now...just to find a heart. I do need to get one soon. I almost look nineteen..."

 

Dorian, let your age keep growing, what's better, being stronger than your enemy and letting your appearance change? Or taking more hearts to let you be young? Xegram sent the thought.

 

"Xegram, my dear fellow, youth is my power. I grow stronger by getting hearts and feeding my ego," Dorian said, standing up and dusting himself off. "Why do you think am I the Prince of Pride?"

 

Heartless have no pride in what they do...besides us. I remember what you can do, Dorian, so get only one heart and let this place be, understood? The thought continued.

 

"Yes, yes, oh great one, I understand," Dorian murmured, his sarcasm back in full swing. "The problem is...where do I get said heart? This place is an absolute ghost town!"

 

Go to Radiant Garden, take one heart, do you follow? He asked.

 

Dorian sighed. "Radiant Garden it is," he said listlessly. "Although I daresay you're doing this just to get rid of me. My brilliant sense of humor is simply to much for you, eh, Xegram?"

 

More of an annoyance, like your looks. He replied, making a smirk across his face.

 

Dorian gasped in exaggerated anguish. "Insulting my beautiful face?! That's it, Xegram, you've killed me!" He crumpled to the ground again, his eyes closed. "I'm dead now. It's your fault. The universe weeps over my corpse."

 

Get a grip... Xegram said in a annoyed tone.

 

"Grip? I know not of this 'grip' you speak of," Dorian answered. "My world is an empty void. I'm lost to reality due to the fact that I am now dead." He smirked. He hadn't had this much fun in ages.

 

Xegram sighed to himself, ending the chat with Dorian. He'd better hope I don't get angry when I return to the Abyss... He thought to himself.

 

Dorian chuckled as he sat up. "I do love annoying him," he murmured to himself as he stood up and opened a portal. "Now, off to Radiant Garden." He stepped into the portal and was on his way.

Bic: Xegram had a small quote in his head "A scattered dream is like a far off memory...a far off memory is like a scattered dream," he looked at the moon "I wanna line the pieces up...yours and mine." he shook his head "I remember, Sora..." he mumbled to himself.

 

OOC: Ahh...okay. I never played Crisis Core...

BIC: Dorian pulled his rapier out of his victim and watched him turn into a Shadow Heartless. He pulled a mirror out from under his shirt and took a glance at himself. He smiled, and the handsome boy in the glass smiled back. Tucking his mirror back under his shirt, he knelt down and patted the Shadow's head. "Thank you so very much, boy," he said with a smile. "You've no idea how much you've strengthened me." He opened a portal. "All right, into the Abyss you go. Oh, don't worry, I don't mean Hell." He sighed. "Though sometimes it does feel like it...It's so boring there..." He frowned. "I may be Heartless, like you, little fellow, but I don't think I could send you there just yet. Come, follow me. We'll go do something exciting." Dorian opened another portal and walked through it, the Heartless following him.

 

OOC: Neither have I, I just watched one of the clips of him fighting Sephiroth, and BOOM! It was epic.

Bic: Xegram snapped his fingers and a large heartless came behind him, his heartless, one he had created from the time he locked his emotions away "Hello...old friend." he said, turning towards him. "It's been, too long..." he looked away and sent him back to the shadows. "I won't bring you out yet...not yet...Dorian and the others will never know about you...not yet." he muttered, kneeling into the sand.

 

OOC: lol That sounds like me with Johnny the Homicidal Maniac.

BIC: "So..." Dorian said as he and his new Heartless friend walked down a corridor of darkness. "What's your name, chap?" The Heartless obviously didn't answer. Dorian sighed. "You know, you're not as fun as Xegram. I don't suppose I could annoy you very much." The Heartless looked up at him. Dorian shook his head. "No, I thought not. Shadows must be the most patient beings in existance..."

 

Hah! You're talking to a Heartless, I pity the fool who has a Shadow as his friend. He intruded.

 

Dorian smirked. "Why, hello there, Mr. I-find-you-annoying-leave-me-alone," he said. "You must be interested if you decided to join the conversation." He frowned. "I never said the Shadow was my friend. I simply felt bad for him. And, anyway, I think he likes me."

 

Like a dog? He asked, jokingly of course.
