The man simpily laughed. "Don't worry, I'm not hurting her intentionally... Once this is over, she'll be just fine..." He smirked and pulled harder. Abexecca let out another scream, worse than the last one. "P-Please... S-Stop...!" She pleaded, gasping for breath. The man shook his head. "Sorry, no can do... the stupid thing just won't come out..." He said and gave one last tug. Finally, a huge light emitted from Abexecca's chest as she let out a terrible scream. Soon, a small, silver orb came out of the light and landed near Abexecca on the ground, giving off a strange glow. The light on the man's hand and on Abexecca soon disappeared and she collappsed, unable to move.

 

*Fayte could feel tears start to flow down his face face as he watched Abexecca in pain*
"A-Abexxeca can you hear me?" He asked her worridley as he shook her lightly.

 

Abexecca was breathing heavily. "Y-Yeah..." She said, looking up at him. The man smirked and walked over to them. "You know you shouldn't get involved with people like me," He said. "You should've just given it to me like a good little girl..." He bent down to pick up the jewel, but a strange force field shocked his hand. He quickly pulled it back, puzzled. Abexecca closed her eyes halfway, having a hard time hearing what was going on around her. I... can't move... She thought.

 

"Y-You got what you wanted....now leave us alone" Fayte told him as he picked up Abexecca and draped her over his shoulder so her could move her back into the car.

 

The man looked at Fayte. "Fine... If you won't let me have it, then I'll find a way to get it from you..." He said darkly and the vanished. Abexecca saw him disappear and looked down at the silver orb that was still on the ground. "Grab... The crystal..." She said weakly and closed her eyes, completely out of energy.

 

*Fayte watched in confusement as he dissapeared*
"Y-Yeah, sure.." He muttered a moment later as he grabbed up the crystal andlightly placed it in Abexecca's hand

Abexecca lightly grasped the crystal in her hand. She closed her eyes, still unable to move.

 

"C-Common...lets go back to the hospital..." He told her as he carried her back to the car and lightly placed her in the passenger seat.
"Is this all my fault...maybe I should have just left her at the hospital..." He thought miserabley to himself as he got into the drivers seat and began to drive back to the hospital

 

Abexecca leaned her head back in the seat, a sharp pain filling her chest from what had happened. At least he didn't get the crystal... If someone like him were to get it, it could mean trouble... Despite that I don't know what it is, really... She looked over at Fayte as best she could and smiled. And he was there protecting me.. If he hadn't been there, I'd be a goner (sp?) right now..."

 

*Fayte watched the road intently completely oblivious to Abexecca's smile*
"Why must things be so complicated...?" He thought to himself with a sigh as he parked in the hospital parking lot.

 

Abexecca closed her eyes again once they got back to the hospital. I'm really sick of being in this place... She thought.

 

"Okay...now we need to find a way of getting you in there without being seen...you have any ideas?" He asked her as he glanced at the hospital.

 

"No idea..." Abexecca muttered, trying to think.

 

*Fayte let out a sigh as an idea came into his head*
"Stay here, i'll be back in a minute..." He told her as he got out of the car and quickly began to walk towards the door.

 

Abexecca was confused, but she couldn't exactly move, so she just nodded as best she could and closed her eyes, waiting for Fayte to return. Sneaking out was a stupid idea... She thought.

 

*As soon as Fayte walked into the hospital he quickly walked around the halls untill he found what he was looking for*
"Perfect!" He thought to himself as he snuck into the closet and changed into one of the doctor suits.
"Man, i'm good" He muttered to himself as he quickly his his own clothes and walked back out into the hall.

 

Abexecca turned her head as best she could to look at the crystal in her hand. It's beautiful... She thought and closed her hand. And I should protect it from people like that guy...

 

*As Faytw wandered through the halls he emotionlessly glanced down at the ground in hopes that no one would notice him*
"perfect..." He thought to himself with a sigh as he walked out of the parking lot and quitely ran back to her car.
"Okay, you ready to go?" He asked her quickly.

 

"Yeah..." Abexecca said and then noticed his disguise. She couldn't help but giggle. "Nice outfit," She said.

 

*Fayte couldn't help but to smile as he glanced down at his outfit*
"I do look pretty professionall, don't I?" He asked her grinning as he held his hand out to help her out of the car.
