Ryo smiled as food came out and started to eat fast

 

Saya ate at the same speed Ryo did.

"You two must have been really hungry."

 

Aerith sighed and walked to them, not noticing Penelo looking out the window. Kuja hid from sight, his now-like claw hands ready for an attack.

 

Ryo nodded as he ate

 

Cyrus followed Aerith into the room. He sensed a dark presence and kept one hand on his sword.

Saya finished eating and burped.

 

Ryo finished too and burped also

 

Saya giggled at him.

 

Miko had entered the room and sighed. Hikari smiled at her. "Miko, I've thinking about you becoming a knight for father."

"I couldn't, your highness."

 

"Not while she's pregnant, anyway."

 

Ryo laughed with Saya

 

"But still with your skills, you're as good as father's knights."

Kuja waited til she asked about Miko's unusual armor.

 

Saya yawned and rubbed her eyes.

"That's true, but we don't want to risk the health of the baby."

 

"getting tired" Ryo said

 

"True enough, but we have been wondering about your new armor."

 

"I've been wondering about that as well."

Lucrecia picked her up.

"I'll take her to Lucia's room so she can watch her for a while."

 

"Tell us all, Sir Miko." Kuja appeared behind Penelo and tore out her heart. Miko pulled her sword and protected Aerith. Penelo began to fade.

 

Marcus pulled out his scythe and and defended Miko.

 

"Careful, I might aim for King Micheal next." Kuja gently licked his claw hand. Miko remembered her promise to Hikari in the darkness and shook her head.

 

Michael pinned Kuja against the wall with wind and drew his sword.

 

"Maybe Queen Hikari can tell us." Kuja smiled at her and she closed her eyes. Miko turned to her, 'Don't say anything, your majesty.'
