"She's still at the castle, why?"

 

"That's something that only she needs to know." Zephyr said before changing into her wolf form and headed to the castle.

 

Aerith sighed and placed her hands on her stomach. 'Can I really go through with this?'

 

Zephyr changed back to her human form before approaching Aerith. She handed her the potion.

 

"What's this?" Aerith asked as she held the potion.

 

"Something that will help you achieve your dream. Have Cyrus drink that before...well, I won't go into details on that particular act, but you know what I mean. Once he finishes, though, the children you are carrying will be his children and won't have any connection to the fiend who violated you."

 

"But what about the other genes Arisa talked about?"

 

"They'll be overwritten by Cyrus' genes. I made this potion myself, and nothing can block the power of a goddess."

 

Aerith gripped the potion, unsure. Arisa walked up behind Zephyr. "You seem pretty confident, goddess."

 

"I am. This potion is foolproof as it contains my essence." Zephyr said before looking at the sky.

"There's something you should know about Cyrus, though."

 

"What?" Aerith was worried.

 

Zephyr sighed.

"This potion would only work for Cyrus as he is my son. When your parents were sent to different worlds, I was living among the people of this kingdom for a time. I fell in love with a man and found myself pregnant. Shortly before I gave birth, though, he died. I wanted to raise Cyrus here, but my waning power wouldn't allow me to stay here with him, so I left him with a couple that was unable to have children and returned to the heavens."

Zephyr looked at Aerith with a serious look on her face.

"I want you to promise you won't tell Cyrus about this, both of you. I'll tell him when it comes time for his soul to enter the heavens."

 

"I promise......." Aerith looked at the potion and sighed. "I just want to forget what happened on that world........."

 

"I know you do. I poured most of my essence into that potion to help you."

 

"Look, goddess, let Aerith carry your grandchildren after she marries Cyrus. If she wants to give birth to half-gemones, fine." Arisa walked past them.

 

"I only gave her the potion. Whether she wants to use it is up to her. Besides, I won't be here to see the children. I have to return to the heavens soon."

 

"As soon as they're born, if you have the power, Arisa, erase my memory of Kuja." Aerith said, Arisa nodded.

 

Zephyr changed into her wolf form and ran into the forest.

 

Harry and Lucario walked back to the castle.

 

Cyrus entered the garden again.

"Who was that?"
