"It's just a dark spell, I don't think I have the proper white magic to restore him." Aerith sighed.

 

"I hope you can figure out what spell it is soon, sis. I don't know how I'm gonna explain this to the kids...."

 

Versago smirked "now its the wife's turn" Versago said as he snapped his fingers and then the same spell started to work on Lucrecia

 

Aerith nodded and grabbed her staff. She scanned Ryo's young body, gathering information on the spell.

 

Lucrecia screamed in pain as the spell took effect.

 

"Sister!" Aerith watched in shock as the spell changed her sister.

 

Lucrecia soon fell asleep as the spell finished changing her body.

 

Aerith carefully grabbed her sister and Ryo, then ran to Miko. She explained Versago cast a spell on them.

 

Ryo soon awake and then looked around "huh where am I?" Ryo said

 

"In the castle of King Micheal." Aerith told him.

 

"king Micheal?" Ryo said confused

 

Aerith sighed and told him King Micheal was her father and she had found him outside. She knew she was lying, but she wanted to help.

 

Lucrecia slowly woke up.

"Who are you? What's this boy doing here, sis?"

 

Aerith sighed and told her sister that he was passed out outside the castle and she took him in. Miko cleared her throat, "To take our minds off things, what 'bout a story?"

 

"I guess. I need some clothes first."

 

Miko grabbed some clothes for her and Ryo, Aerith got Ryo dressed.

 

Ryo looked as his clothes "thanks miss" Ryo said

 

Aerith nodded and looked at Miko. "Tell the one your sister really likes."

 

Lucrecia sighed and sat back.

 

Miko began to tell the story, she told how the poor girl tried to hide her true feeling for the prince when he saw her. When he was captured, the girl revealed her true identity to the king and went to rescue the prince. The girl was killed during the rescue, but got to show her face to the prince and let him know how much he meant to her.

Aerith smiled and listened.
