"Well one, is not killing me obviously," Xero said in a did-you-really-just-ask-me-that sort of tone, "And I don't know, I've been hiding these keyblades from the Forgotten Sorrow for as long as I can remember."

 

"So you joined an organization dedicated to killing the keyblade wielders,when you yourself have keyblades?" Gexln asked out of confusion.

 

"Let's just say I'm a rebel of the keyblade, and I prefer not having these things. But no matter how hard I try to get rid of them they keep coming back." Xero said, she then turned back to Gexln, "Now how about I ask the same question you asked me? What would you do if you were in my position?"

 

"I'd fight" was all Gexln said.

 

Xero looked at the ground, "Fine I see how it is..." She summoned her keyblades once again. Loathing every second she had them she looked at Gexln ready for any attack.

 

The Keyblade's Awakening... Never Let It Rest... Never...

Kasumi was. She hadn't been, but now she was. Coming out of black, she saw the red glow coming from the setting sun. Where was she? When was she? Who was she? She was Kasumi. That was all she knew. She heard something. She heard fighting. "Well," She thought, for the first time. "I don't know why I am here, or what my purpose is. I might as well see what is happening over there." The words from her sleep echoed in her mind as she walked towards the group of people fighting.

 

Gexln pointed his blade at Xero. "One chance. That's all you get. One more chance to kill these keyblade wielders. Make one single slip-up, and it's lights out for you" Gexln stated.

 

Xero narrowed her eyes as she waited for Gexln's move.
"You're not the only one of darkness though, you're basicly fighting fire with fire."

 

Gexln almost laughed. "So i decide to give you one chance, to spare your life, and you challenge me? Are you insane?" he insulted. He contemplated the idea of destroying Xero in his head. Rule #1: Destroy all keybearers. Does that include a fellow Forgotten Sorrow member? he pondered.

 

Alex took a deep breath, I know I'm insane.. he thought to himself, looking straight at Gexln. I mean..once Gexln got through with Xero he would come for him. Alex sighed, holding up his keyblade, "Shes one of you..but she's also one of us.." he said very quietly, but still loud enough for Gexln to hear. Greg honestly wanted to slap Alex in the face, but he contained himself, refusing to raise his keyblade. Go on, end it, more trouble than she's worth. Greg thought to himself, looking at Gexln. Greg shot Alex a quick dirty look, then just continued to stare at Gexln.

 

"You could say that." Xero said with a mischieviuse smile at Gexln. She noticed Alex as he said that.

 

"Hmph. I should just kill all three of you now and be done with it" Gexln said, noticing Greg staring.

 

Greg saw Gexln noticed him, and his brother was so focused that Greg mouthed the words End it, making sure Alex didn't notice him. Alex continued to hold his keyblade up, but made sure to stay silent.

 

"Oh, so the wielder thinks he's tough just because he has an oversized key does he? Tell me, have you had your heart ripped out. Have you ever felt death? Would you like me to show you what it's like?" Gexln asked, his voice becoming cruel and almost emotionless as he noticed Alex holding the keyblade up.

 

Xero looked over at Alex.
"What the hell are you doing? You'll have no chance in winning, stand down."

 

Alex felt his anger rising, his ears ringing, but he was never good at this stuff. He always got himself in trouble, he took a deep breath, his keyblade almost lowering, but then he made sure it stayed raised, he looked into Gexln's eyes, and Alex became more angry again. He made his grip around the keyblade tighter until his knuckles were as white as paper, and he stared at Gexln, "I'd like to see you try." he said, clenching his teeth, his voice a lot louder than it was before.

 

Gexln chuckled. "No,you wouldn't. You have no IDEA of the strength that having darkness as an element gives me. Why, i bet i could even turn you inside out in mere seconds if i wished it" Gexln said, baiting Alex into a response.

Alex could barely stand staying where he was anymore. He tried controlling his breathing, distracting himself, but all he could think of, or feel, is pure hatred. "You..freaking..Nobodies..think your so special.." he said through clenched teeth, he bit down on his tongue, Your asking for death! he thought to himself.

Greg watched Alex, trying not to laugh out loud, You were always the stupid one he thought to himself.

 

"Special? No,we're not special. We're unique" Gexln said. He could see the anger welling up inside of Alex,and decided to give him one more small push in the hopes he would attack. "More special than you pathetic wielders anyway" he added.

 

Alex wanted to laugh, What a stupid comeback. he thought to himself, almost smiling. Not going to give him satisfaction he thought, taking a deep breath. Who was he even fighting for? Once defending a girl who tried to kill him..now..himself? He moved his foot the slightest bit, than stopped himself, standing still, his whole body shaking.
