What if Sora and Kairi left on the raft together and left Riku and, Sora and Kairi weren't there when there world was destroyed and Kairi was never captured and Sora never turned into a heartless? That would mean that Namine wouldn't be there and Roxas wouldn't be there. ( And if they ever met up with Riku, he would probably be mad at them for leaving him.)
