Actually, I believe the ability is in the game, it's just never actually used/accessible in-game without cheats.

 

Gultigargar is actually right. it is in the game, in case your wondering why, it's actually one of Anti-Form's abilities. but it works perfectly like a normal ability.

 

Have the codes for playing as Donald, Goofy, and the world characters (including Riku) ever been improved dramatically since I last posted here (which was a long, long time ago)?

Here's what I'm hoping on seeing.

- Original voices, not Sora's, when playing as Donald, Goofy, or world characters
- Items usable
- Abilities usable

As an example, let's use Jack Skellington.

One could either go to the "Magic" tab and select the abilities there or assign them to shortcuts.

X: Bolts of Sorrow

While this is hardly a perfect solution, and only works for a few abilities, a couple of allies can use their special abilities if you use an ability mod to give them either Aerial Spiral or Aerial Sweep.

Here's a list of who gets what:

Using "un-DMA" animation mods, you can also replace a character's "Use item" animation with an ability (Examples: Simba and Beast have Roar-type abilities, that deal damage with their effects, so they work well for that). I have only done this in KH2FM, though, dunno if it can be done in regular KH2...

Another fun fact is: If you give party members the Guard ability, they will use their alternate attack instead of their normal attack when you press square.

EDIT: As for being able to use items, you just need to use a pretty simple mod... Sub-status I think it's called?

Anyways, for those of you with PS2Dis, this is where Donald's sub-status is here: 01C9583F

The value there is normall "0B", which is what keeps him from using magic, items, summons, etc. If we change it to Sora's value, "00", he'll be able to use all of that. (Well, if he is to use drives/summons, you need a seperate code to make him have max drive...).

Anyways, it's in the same spot relative to the UCM digit for all other playable characters/party members.

 

What do you mean by alternate attack? Do you mean like when Jack's an ally and he spins his boney hands instead of lunging forward for an attack.

Anyway, could I get those codes for Action Replay Max? Oh, and before I forget, I believe I've tried that before with Mulan.

You know how when Mulan uses Flametongue, she zooms back and forth once? Well, when I used that code, Mulan, with Sora's voice, only moved about an inch forward.

3a) Go to a character's home world to give them their own voice.
3b) Can't really do much about that. And it's better than nothing, wouldn't you agree?

Hello, I'm new here, and I know what I'm requesting might be hard or even impossible, but I wanted to play as a female character, since all the other playable ones are all male. I was hoping for Kairi, truthfully, but since sh'e never in battle, Tifa or some other would do. Also, I only use Action Replay. Is this possible? Sorry if something similar has already been asked, but 451 pages is a lot to read.....
