Edit:Nvm since you deleted that part and flag 17 does not work!

 

What were doing here is calling on the label that loads all the objects/npcs from that part of the collesium.
By putting in the flag for sephiroth and loading into a new room you should trigger the match.

The only other you can fight with that value would be ice titan by changing the value to 5.

I have to go to the area and get the label/value for that place to get more fights.

okay i think i might have messed up somewhere so i had a save in the clock tower and i used the code and now i'm fighting the ice titan in the clock tower and i wanted him to be on destiny island.

Try other rooms if your getting problems. Not every room is perfect from memory.

Try putting 0E in Hollow Bastion after using 0A and you'll notice something fun. Doesn't work on all areas though. 19 should work on most areas, it actually does this.
