Video Game: Kingdom Hearts SOS: The Road To Light

Flora cracked her knuckles. "All three of us will." She wasn't gonna stand for this crap when they all had a mission to do. Flora would normally be intimidated by confrontation like this, but come on, one was skinny and stupid, and the other was short and stupid. Plus the third one looked like he wasn't a bad guy. "Now back off or we WILL do something." Flora said, walking over to the short one and glaring down at him. If it came down to a fight, she'd get the first hit on this little twerp and single-handedly teach him a lesson.

 

"Am I the only one that realizes how pointless this is?" Raisor sighed, knowing the three of them probably wouldn't listen to him. He knew these kinds of things would get huge if any of the other soldiers were dragged in, and it would only get bigger from there. He didn't want to be part of a useless brawl that wouldn't get him any sort of entertainment. He also knew that the four of them could probably beat these guys with no problem, but he wasn't sure about their skills without their keyblades. Even Raisor could admit to himself he wasn't great with his fists; he usually just fought with instinct and threw punches in the right spots.
"Why don't you guys just leave them be, wait till the line shortens again, and just continue with the day? I'd rather the entire camp not come at us." He walked a little ways from the group, just to make sure he was far enough back so he wouldn't be dragged into anything, and took a seat on the ground. At least he would get a nice view. Now all he needed was popcorn, which he found ironic, since he didn't really enjoy popcorn that much. Actually, he wasn't much of a fan of sweets for the most part. The most he ever ate was usually a bit of chocolate and that was it. He tried to keep his body in shape as much as possible.

 

Steel zoomed up to two more guards and sent them across the room with a slash of his keyblade. "Try harder!" He taunted. He once more began to run and saw that Eon had just killed a guard. "Well that seems a bit morbid for this story." He said. Then he realized that he was also in this story. He then kicked a guard that was giving Ananta trouble and and sent a few rapid jabs at one behind him.

 

Luna heard the scream for help. After hearing Krowley's comment, Luna ran past him and said to him, "What do you think?" She smirked as she ran off in the direction of the screaming cry for help. She remembered a cry just like that, she wondered if the other heart, the heart of darkness would partially possed her once more like in the Dwarf Woodlands. I won't let that happen again. I can't!! Luna continued to run off toward the scream for help.

 

Raisor grew irritable when one of the soldiers called him a girl. He felt his face go red in anger, and was about ready to smack that guy a few hundred yards away with a home-run bat he knew all too well. But then he managed to hold it back, albeit with a bit of biting on his lip, causing it to bleed a bit. He wasn't going to get into a pointless struggle with these people, no matter what. He was going to make sure he saved his strength for any enemy that would show up in this world.
As he thought, the small soldier extended his hand out and quickly threw a punch at him. Raisor turned his head quickly with the flow of the punch and jumped back just in time to soften the blow. Even so, he had to admit, that punch had some kick to it, since it left a slight numbness on his cheek. Just as that happened, a bunch of the other soldiers jumped in a started a group-wide brawl.
Raisor was just about to go in there and punch the one called Yao, making them even, but he gritted his teeth backed off. But just as he did, he noticed his keyblade was in his hand. He must have unconsciously called it when he was punch. The annoyed thing with his fighting nature, he was ready to throw a blow back right away. But during his time with the rest of his allies, he'd learned a little self-restraint. Something these men could learn a bit of. Now, he wasn't going to lie to himself about not having fun fighting, since it certainly helped pass the time; but he wasn't going to go into fights with men that just wanted to fight for the sake of fighting; all out of boredom.
"What a bunch of morons. Having a fight with themselves when they're gathered to fight off enemies of their country. Remind me how I got dragged into this again?" He looked over to the rest of the group, hoping they weren't dragged into the fight as well.

 

Eon threw the guard he just attacked to his side. His eyes looked into Ananta when she yelled at him. His lifeless eyes just stared at her, emotionless. He vanished once more appearing near some more guards. His arms smashed into their faces taking them to the ground. A guard was coming towards him. Eon tripped him and smacked his keyblade into his head knocking him out. Eon turned his head towards another. The guard saw him and began to run. Eon appeared in front of him with his keyblade smacking into his stomach. Once the guard fell over. Eon's gaze returned to normal. He slowly fell to the ground unconscious.

 

Looking onward, she watched Eon defeat more guards. 'So that's 28 now?' she thought to herself. Keeping a mental tally, she saw their numbers were dwindling, leaving around 22 guards left at this point. Her attention was grabbed by a guard who was so bold as to lift her and toss her towards Eon's unconscious body. A thud rang in the room, as she hit the ground hard and slid a bit next to Eon. The impact hurt and she could feel weakness grasping at her. Lifting her keyblade, she cast cure on herself, breathing in the relaxing, healing energy.

Ananta managed to move her eyes up, seeing five guards loom over her and Eon. Standing, she looked at each of them. The tip of her keyblade emanated a faint light. Raising the keyblade, she yelled "Stop!" and watched as the five guards around her froze in place. Taking this as a chance to get them, as well as give her a chance to examine Eon, she ran behind each one and smacked their heads in an attempt to knock them out. She managed to hit the last head just in time for the magic to wear off and for them to fall over, unconscious. '33 now, it seems. I hope the others are doing alright...' she sighed, leaning next to Eon and lifting him.

Checking his body, she made sure there was nothing wrong with him. As far as physical appearances went, he was fine. His mental state, however, is up in the air for now. Ananta couldn't help but feel that he had tapped into some sort of dark energy. It felt nearly the same, almost exactly similar, to Steel's when she pulled his scarf down. Frowning, she brought Eon closer and hugged him. "Eon, wake up. I know you just used some strange powers, but we need you right now." she whispered into his ear.

 

As soon as the fight broke out, Flora knew she and Ping and Glen had to get out of there. Karina would be fine. She looked for her comrades and grabbed their wrists, signaling that they had to go. Flora wanted to at least tell Karina what was up, but she was nowhere to be found. "Oh..." She said a bit irritated. Karina would hold her own, sure, but she wouldn't ever forgive Flora for ditching her, which Karina would assume happened. "Ping, Glen, you guys go with Raisor, I'll get Karina." She declared, going back into the fray.

"Eric, come on!" She said, tapping Karina on the shoulder. She turned at the sound of someone behind her, immediately countering with a punch of her own. "We have to get out of here before the captain or whatever shows up, Eric!"

 

Glen neither escaped with Raisor, nor was dragged into the fight. In fact, he threw himself into it. "What a dog!" he shouted as he leaped into the fray, throwing punches left and right. Although, he was unaccustomed to fighting without a weapon, so he did receive several punches back to him. It didn't stop him, however, and he continued fighting on just as fiercely as the other men were, using the adrenaline flowing throughout his body to empower his punches whilst also keeping in mind that he shouldn't use the keyblade unless it was absolutely necessary.

 

Cat bashed another guard who came at her from the front, throwing him down and knocking him out, before seeing Eon fall unconscious and Ananta fall right beside him. She wanted to run towards them and make sure they were alright, but another two guards were coming at her from either side. Reacting as fast as she could, she jumped up above them and allowed both guards to crash into each other before she landed on their backs, rendering them immobile. She quickly rushed in her comrades' direction and, seeing Ananta knock out five frozen guards, slid towards Eon. "Come on, Eon. You're alright." Ananta ended up beside him as well, and Cat decided that she should focus on clearing the room before anyone else on their team got hurt. She was breathing a bit heavy, but she was still ready to fight.

Another guard came at her and she ran head first towards him, sliding and tripping him up at the last second. "Hey," she said, looking back at Ananta. "Take care of him. Steel and I can handle the last of these clowns."

 

Once again Kel's silence proved to be his best ally. Since he was pretty much forgotten, he didn't need to say a single world about the dwarf and his friends cutting in front of everyone. Unfortunately things still turned bad when Raiser got punched in the face. Normally he wold think twice about seeing someone get slugged like that, but there were some exceptions to that rule. One being seeing his friends being the one harm. So with a deep breath, he cut his eye towards a soldier bout to punch him. In response, he ducked before hitting him hard in the gut.

 

Luna ran toward the house. She saw no heartless in sight, all she saw was a giant girl stuck in a house and a white rabbit screaming for help. Luna heard the rabbit screaming about the girl stuck in his house. She walked up to the girl and shouted up to her, "Are you okay!? How did you get like this!?!?"

 

Eon awoke in Ananta's arms. His eyes returned to normal. He appeared tired and winded. He couldn't remember what happened. Last thing in his memory was Ananta falling on top of him, after that things just began to fade. He looked up to see the bodies on the ground. 14 guards remained. Now wasn't the time to be laying down. He shook his head and headed back for combat.

Eon stumbled back up trying to regain his balance. "I need to protect them. I cant let them get hurt." Eon charged at some guards smacking them in the stomach. "Another two down." He saw three come at him. He jumped in the air and spun to hit all of them and knock them out. they had taken out 41 targets. They were close to defeating them all.

 

As Eon awoke, she had let him go. He didn't even question why she was holding him. He just ran back to combat immediately. Confused and wondering how he was able to be back into combat so quickly, Ananta stood up. Looking around, the guards were growing smaller and smaller. Only 9 remained, now, and they seemed quite scared of the group. "It's not like we don't like you guys, we're just knocking you out, but we can't get captured just yet!" she called out to some of the guards as she ran for a small group of three. Jumping high into the air, she fell down on top of one, knocking him out. She dodged attacks from another before she swung her keyblade to smack him in the head. The last of one stood, frightened, and was muttering something about getting mercy. Shaking her head, she walked forward to him. "I'm sorry." she sighed, kicking him in the gut. He slid back and toppled over, knocked out, just like his comrades are.

 

Steel jumped over two of the last guards and sent a fire spell down on them. "Some major burns, but you'll wake up fine later." he said as he flew through the air. He reached another guard and kicked him toward another as he landed. He then turned around and ran toward one last guard. He slashed through the guards stomach: Not a killing stroke, but a powerful one just the same. "We're done here." He said out loud.

 

She heard another few guards crash onto the ground and took a quick headcount: there were only five left. Cat was pretty tired at this point, but she couldn't stop when they were so close. The red and blue painted behemoths in front of them seemed pretty frightened, but it wasn't anything against them per se. It was all about Kuzco -- and just saying it that way made her want to cringe -- and once he was taken care of, this would all be smooth sailing. She was about to charge towards them, but Steel took care of them before she'd gotten a chance. He said aloud that they were done and she sighed in relief, letting her Keyblade disappear and walking over to the rest of the group. She had to push on no matter how tired she was. After all, what kind of warrior lets a bit of fatigue get to them? As she approached Eon and Ananta, she smiled. "You two alright?" She tried to focus her attention on both of them, but she was more concerned about Eon. Whatever had happened to him wasn't normal, and if there was any chance it might happen again, it would be better to know about it now.

 

Looking around, she was trying to find the last guard. Ananta swore she saw him just moments ago. To her left, a curtain was shaking and two feet were at the bottom of it. Shaking her head, she stepped towards it and uncovered the final guard. He swung his spear at her, causing a wound to her side, to which to replied with a heavy swing to his head. He fell down with a thud. Staggering backwards, Ananta grabbed her wound, trying to stop any blood from showing on her jacket or anywhere else. Attempting to keep things cool, she crossed her arms and headed towards the others. "Look, I'd love to make chit chat, but we might want to go now. Perhaps to that small village...?" she suggested. Heading towards the exit, she winced at the stinging pain. "Come on, we should really go!" she called out to her comrades.
