Karina smirked. "got it." She had a feeling her hit would finish Shan-yu off. "By,the way next round, the bird, it's mine." She knew that she could one hit the bird. Karina was becoming more confident in her abilities. This was new for her, but something she needed. Karina turned her attention back to Shan-yu, but didn't say anything to him. Instead she ran and stabbed him in the chest. Her smirk grew into a smile having a feeling he was done.

With the combined efforts of Kel and Karina, Shan-Yu had fallen on one knee, with his pet falcon knocked out far behind him. Not going down for the count, he srpung forward and charged at Mulan, who held Shang's sword as her means of defense. The hun's jagged sword, knocked it out of her hand and as he continued to assault her, she ran and ducked his every blow. In a quick panic, Mushu jumped away from her and looked around until he spotted the roof. "Don't worry girl, I got an idea!"

The dragon slithered up one of the palace's columns to the roof of the emperor's abode while Mulan dodged for dear life. Backing away, she quickly searched her person for anything she could use to counter his attacks. She paused as she reached her fan. An item given to her when she was meant to be a wife and bring honor to her family. Instead she chose this path in order to fight in her father's place.

"Look's like your all out of ideas..." Shan-Yu smirked.
Shan-Yu lunged with his sword, cuaisng Mulan to dodge to her right, whip out her fan, and let the sword go right through the it. She closed the fan back up on the sword and twisted the fan with both hands so that Shan-Yu lost his grip. The sword flies toward Mulan and she catches it by the handle slipping off the fan with her sword movement.
"Not quite," Mulan replied. She looked up confused as a tiny Mushu was giving a big thumbs up fromt he roof. "Mushu?" Mushu planted a large rocket firework at the edge of the palace roof and had it aimed at the hun leader.
"I am ready, baby." He blew fire onto a stick and lit the fuse. Shan-Yu approaches Mulan, but using the sword as a lever, lunges at Shan-Yu kicking him in the face, then sweep kicking him to the ground. Mulan picked the sword back up and stabbed it into Shan-Yu's cape, anchoring him to the ground. The rocket on Mushu ignited and hurled toward Shan-Yu. Mulan ran back and gently pushed the party back so they would not get int the crossfire. Shan-Yu saw the approaching rocket and tried to run, but the sword has him pinned to the spot. The rocket hit Shan-Yu square in the belly propelling him toward the sky. The rocket rides Shan-Yu into the fireworks tower on the opposite side of the palace, causing masses of explosions and fireworks to fly everywhere.
Shan-Yu's sword, burned and smoking, landed in the center of the palace square a yard away from the group.

Mushu slithered back down the pillar and jumped around joyously. "Now that's what I call burning some hunny-bun! Aw, yeah! Mulan's the best! Mulan's the best! No, wait a minute---I'm the best! Mushu's the best! Mushu's the best!"

The palace doors began to slowly open, giving Mushu enough time to zip his cheering and make himself scarce back behind Mulan's neck.
The emperor had ordered a few guards to open the gate as Shang's plees could be hear. Please your majesty, let me make sure it's safe first..." Shang was silenced at the smoke and fireworks displayed overhead. "What... what happened?!"

Kross was fighting valiantly, but Clavis' mind seem preoccupied. Almost like he wasn't there. Luckily, Kross didn't have to fight for much longer as all the heartless had dispersed, having retreated along with the magical barriers to both doors.​

That threat was gone, but Clay remained in an unphased trans-like state. The door in front of them was opened from the opposing side, revealing a cautious Yen Sid. "I thought it seemed a little louder than usual." The wizard walked outside, opening the door fully from what looked to be, his study. "You'll have to forgive my alarm system. I enchanted this room, along with my entire tower with traps that could be set off at a moment's notice. As you can see, most rooms are enchanted with barriers to ward off the heartless. You two were thankfully unharmed by the illusionary heartless created to guard the door. For that I am thankful enough." He stopped to look at a drawn away Clay. "Your new ally seems to have been victim to another trap in this room. While the heartless are the main course of defense, a second effect is triggered, that may cause the weak to reflect on their own past. He must be quite the novice wielder." Yen Sid stroked his beard as he contemplated what to do with him and Kross. "Well, it seems he will be a like this for a few moments longer. I imagine you have questions on what's been happening since your last visit. Feel free to enter and question away." He guided Kross into his study to answer anything he might wish to ask.​

After defeating Shan-Yu Karina glared at him on the ground. It surprised get when he went to get back up. Karina but her lip as she watched Mulan attempt to finish him off. She so desperately wanted to jump in and help but it wasn't her place. She got her fight, now it was Mulans turn to prove to China what she was made of. Create a place in the world for herself. Show she was more then people thought her,to be. Something Karina herself was trying to prove, though it was hard when she was so far away from the people she was trying to prove a point to.

Karina then turned to Glen as he awoke. "Get up. The battle is done, no thanks to you." She said in an irritated voice. Glen had helped with the battle but Karina wasn't in a good mood and didn't feel like being nice. Karina rolled her eyes at Glens explanation on what was going on. He wasn't even awake for half of it.

Karina was getting ready to go when something occurred to her. "How did the falcon faint again. I didn't touch him once he was back up, no one did." Karina turned and looked at the falcon on the ground. "it's not like my father is here with his gun shooting birds for the fun of it and not even doing anything with them, just leaving the bodies where they fell because he found it fun to just shoot things but when I tried to defend,myself I for in trouble because girls shouldn't fight, yet he could kill innocent creatures." Karina rambled under her breath thinking back to her fathers favorite pass tine.

Beuce had struck down the enemy with a gigantic icy blow, smashing down the once monstrous beast into a dazed mess of a creature. The jabberowcky shook it's head and looked at the party with it's blurred vision. Multiple illusionary doubles were cast, causing it to see twelve people instead of the four. It staggered it's claws and roared at the party before turning around and limply flying off.

The cheshire Cat grinned in all the excitement as he watched from above. He took a bottle from under his tail and poured a few drops on Beuce's head, shrinking him down to size. "Don't feel too bad about finishing him off. "Tis not your role. Nor the Queen's." Krowley rolled back his shoulders after a hardy battle. He looked onto the cat with a new sense. Sure he was mad, but there was some logic in that insane brain of his.

"So what is our role?" he asked curiously. The cat kept his grin. "And why would I know a thing like that?"
Though it was unseen, he smiled right back. "I suppose that is silly to ask... I thought it was to stop the darkness from conquering the worlds. Saving anyone we can against an unknown fate. Now that I say that outloud, it sounds kind of a big job..." When he first left for the past, he went to find a friend, and found out he might have to end up fighting him to preserve what he hoped to protect; the world order. In only a short time, he took in the magnitude of a responsibility like that.

"And only just a few of you to do it. Tsk, tsk, tsk. That is a mad though indeed." He let out a sall chuckle beneath his paw. "Then I hope you find the right path to take." He looked at the many roads leading across Wonderland. "There are many paths for one person to take. Seems such a shame some only take one..."
Krowley listened to each word intensely. "You really do know more than you let on, don't you?"
"You might say I do and you might say I don't. What do you say?"
Taking a short pause, Krowley answered; "I say it's time we moved on."
"Already? You found the way in, but can you find the way out?"
Straight through the doorknob again, right? Of course there was still the matter of the keyhole...

"She saved China!"
Flora's words caught the emperor's attention as he looked at the young woman with his wise elderly eyes. He looked upon the other three as well, but had taken a certain interest in the young Chinese girl. And Shang had explained everything to his majesty about Mulan's ode to preserve her family honor. As the emperor planned to approach Mulan, Shang attempted to stop him, but was held back by a wave of the hand. The emperor insisted Shang allowed him to continue and as a soldier of the Chinese army, he stood down.

"I've heard a great deal about you, Faa Mulan." Prepared for the worst, Mulan took a step forward and quickly bowed.
"You stole your father's armor, ran away from home, and impersonated an imperial soldier." Sad as it was to hear it was all true. "You deceived your commanding officer, shamed the entire Chinese army and dishonored your family name," he continued. "You're a young woman, and in the end..." Mulan held her breath under her bow, with her heart fastly pounding. "You have saved us all," the emperor finished as he returned the gracious bow.

Confused at his words, Mulan looked up and was shocked to find their country's leader bowing to HER! She didn't know what to say. What could she say? She was even more amazed to find a roar of cheers coming from behind them in the imperial square. Turning around, she found soldiers and civilians alike, having gathered and saw everything they had accomplished. Mulan even let out a smile as she watched her people cheer for her, a young woman of China. She smiled to the the party who had helped her as well before returning to face the emperor and Shang. She started off by first returning Shang's sword to him. "Y-you dropped this," she timidly said.
Shang accepted the sword with gratitude and bowed to her as well. "This sword was my father's... He would have been proud knowing a true warrior defeating Shang-yu with it," he replied.

"Well, I had a lot of help," Mulan looked back towards Kel, Flora, Karina and Glen, who had sealed victory.
"Nevertheless, I think you should have it." Shang presented the sword with both hands.
"Thank you. But I wield my father's sword, and he-" She reached for her sword sheath and gasped at the empty lack of a handle. "My father's sword! It's gone!" Mulan fell to her knees and was torn that she had so carelessly lost it. "My family's honor..." she lamented.
The emperor patted Mulan on the shoulder. "Captain Li," he beckoned. "Bring my Shan-Yu's sword." With quick haste, Shang went back and picked up the now cooled down, blade and presented it to his majesty. He then presented it to Mulan. "Take this. So the world will know what it is you have done for China."
Mulan picked up the blade and held it with both hands. It was light, and would at least show her risk was not for nothing. "Thank you."
Shang stepped forward and held his fist to his palm in respect. "I think it's I who should be thanking you. All of you."
"Thank you?" the emperor scoffed. "Is that all there is to say, Captain? If you wish to win the heart of Faa Mulan, China's bravest woman, you'll have to be a bit more eloquent than that!
Shang looked away in embarrassment.

"The young man will be fine. Hopefully he will come back even a little wiser, at best. As for your questions... I'm afraid I only know so much of our dire situation. The wizard stepped into his study and offered Kross a seat as he sat down opposite him. "You see until only recently, I assumed there were not that many wielders left in the worlds... The keyblade war sought to that. Pitting warriors against each other for an ultimate power over all worlds has torn apart the very foundation of the way of the keyblade. Such a shame really." Yen Sid had dove deep into his memories and recalled a lot that may have been connected to the matter at hand.

"With worlds out of their original alignment, the world order has taken it's toll. What's more these three new threat pose quite the mystery. Last I heard, the smaller boy, Vanitas was aligned with Xehanort; a former colleague of mine in our days of tutelage. He had walked the road of darkness, and my initial impression was that he was the ringleader in all this. But alas, my suspicions were proven false when I recieved word from him. Yen Sid held out a letter and placed it in front of him. It was just a blank envelope with an engraved X in the center. It's contents revealed that he was just as concerned as I was. As dark a man as he is, this does not seem to be his doing. Xehanort works in the shadows, not in the light for all to see. But that still does not explain the betrayal of Vanitas against him. So many questions unanswered..." Yen sid felt bad that he didn't give Kross the answers he was searching for.

"As for Terra, Ventus and Aqua, I'm afraid I haven't been able to locate them. And do know that I have searched anywhere the light has guided me. The mirrors you saw on the base floor are my portals to different worlds. Along my travels, I placed magical mirrors as my connection to any world that needed assistance. As a retired master, I feel it's far better traveling then all the gliding the younger generation does. But even with all these mirrors, I have yet to find any word of them. This new master moves around to often. I can never fully track him and what's more, I feel Eraqus' prolonged absence might have had him captured as well."

He stroked his beard as he usually did when deep in thought. "For a master to lose his pupils... it can't be put into words the amount of suffering one goes through in worry alone." He stared at his bookcase suspiciously as he went on. "To know that what you taught them can never truly prepare them for the worst. I myself had two pupils once. Both ending in ways I wish had been for the better. After them, I chose to retire as master and never take on another pupil. Until recently, I had never even looked over wielders aside from Eraqus' students.
