"Karina it is then." He made a slight bow. "I am Eon." He rose again to see she seemed irritated by his presence. He hadn't even noticed that he stumbled in a room that was just dedicated for her. That was a sour thing to do on his part. "I apologize. I thought all the rooms were free to investigate. If you'd rather not have my company, I guess I can leave you be." Eon started to head out of the room in respect for Karina's wish.

Steel just stood there for a moment. The silver crosses on his belt still dangling like wind chimes, and his cape only now fluttering down. He fully turned to see this "Stratos". He stood quietly for a moment more, then began to walk down the path. He silently motioned with a gauntlet covered hand for Stratos to follow. "I'm Steel." He said quietly. He continued into an explanation of the letter. "The Letters were sent out by Master Yen Sid; in our current situation he is in charge. He is most likely at the castle." He said the last part as they rounded a bend and the Castle came into view. "Many people have gotten the letters." He continued. "To be honest, you're unlucky it was me up there; plenty of the others are much more friendly." He shook his head. "But I suppose it can't be helped. You can learn about the situation from Master Yen Sid and the other members." Steel reverted to silence. He supposed he was being rude, but at the moment, he didn't particularly care: He was marching right back to the opposite of where he wanted to be. It's not like he hated the others; he just didn't want to talk to them right now. He wanted peace and quiet, to think.

Beuce watched as Ananta ate her food, waiting patiently. She ate ravenously, devouring the food. Honestly, he found it kind of hot. "No prob."

Finishing off the last of the stew in her fifth bowl, she sat back and looked at Beuce. "So, why did you want to help me? I'd expect it from Eon, but from you?" that was a surprise to her. She twiddled the flower in her fingers and sat it in her glass of water. She was finished with it anyway. "Unless you have some kinda ulterior motive to all this..." she frowned at him.

Glen was beginning to dislike the land of departure. Despite the place being seemingly straightforward, he found himself getting lost. No matter which path he took, he kept finding himself in places that weren't the one he wanted. He ran his fingers through his short hair and then kicked at a rock on the ground in frustration. He had never been good with directions, but this was ridiculous! Looking around, he saw one of the other wielders that he recognized. He didn't know the person's name (it was Steel), but he remembered seeing the boy before. The person he was near though, now that was a new face.

Glen hurried over to the two and stopped nearby them. He wasn't next to them, but he wasn't particularly far away. "You're new, who the heck are you?" he asked Stratos. He made the decision quickly that it wasn't important. So long as he was neither a hun, a bird, or someone trying to stab him with a keyblade, he was probably not an enemy. Satisfied slightly, he turned to look at Steel. "Remember where that Blaze guy was before? Any chance you can show me where it was?" he questioned.

Steel was slightly confused; suddenly he was the go to guy for problems. He hoped Karina didn't trudge up any time soon. "I believe you are speaking of the throne room... which is inside. This is Stratos, and I was just taking him in to see Master Yen Sid." He paused, thinking he might regret his next sentence. "You are welcome to come along." He said as he turned to walk inside.

Etrius had decided to stick with Steel since he hadn't seen Luna. Stratos's little frog stunt wasn't pleasant, and Etrius disregarded it. He just gave Stratos a bored look and blew out his a strand of his messed up hair. Glen's sudden new appearance didn't really help and decided to stalk off quietly. He wasn't one for attention. As he walked through the Guild Hall, he walked into Eon. Etrius stopped for a second, gave a questioning at Eon, then continued walking. Whatever hostilities Etrius had for Eon in The Kingdom of the Sun had evaporated completely.

After walking aimlessly for about 5 minutes, Etrius walked out of the Guild Hall and to the middle of the Courtyard. He couldn't understand why his Keyblade Armor still could never activate, as it hasn't activated once during the trip back to the Land of Departure. Before the Abraxas Purge, it worked perfectly. Now, it just made an error noise, like it was broken.
His thoughts suddenly drifted to different events. All the anger he experienced, his newfound powers.....
"Ow!" Etrius looked at his hand. He had unconciously summoned his Keyblade, and it somehow..burned him, causing him to drop it with a soft clink. He then looked carefully at his Keyblade. It had a dark purplish tint, the very same tint that appeared when Etrius preformed a Poison Edge. The tint disappeared, and Etrius carefully picked it up. Nothing strange happened.

Etrius decided to test the reason behind the tinting. He concentrated, but he didn't attack. At once, the Keyblade tinted, and Etrius felt a searing pain, causing him to drop the Keyblade again.
"What the hell is this?? This never happened before." Etrius said in disbelief. He picked up his Keyblade as soon as his Keyblade returned to normal. He looked at his weapon in worry. Was his own power turning on him, rejecting him? No. Otherwise, the power of the Keyblade would have left. It must have something to do with his darkness. He wondered whatever it could mean.

Kross had gotten down with his shower and he had headed out, ruffling his hair with the towel to dry it out and wrapped it around his waist. He went into his closet and picked out the clothes, dropping the towel as he put on his sleeveless top followed by his hakama and sandals. He last tied the flowing haori around his waist and put his gauntlets on. With his sanitation taken care of and his clothing handled, he made his way out of the bathroom and went down the hall to the outside world. He couldn't talk with Karina now, there was just no way.. She would just send him away. He hurried outside to the courtyard and decided to practice for now. Summoning his keyblade, he started going for one handed swings, vertical, then horizontal. then rising back up in an 'uppercut slash'. He breathed out, not bad, he didn't rust a bit. His mind was on Yen Sid's advice to him too, on those three dark beings too, he couldn't let his allies get hurt though. "I wonder what our next mission will be."He said.

On the Summit, gazing up at the stars that were ever present at the altitude atop the mountain, Base contemplated many things. Shoes, ships, ceiling wax, cabbages and kings... and wondered if the next world he went to would be arrived to by means of falling into it again; that seemed to be happening a lot lately, and at varying velocities. He had a rather recent bout with cognitive filtering when it came to stars though; whenever he saw stars, he thought of the old man who rescued him and helped train him to be a sorcerer. Or a wizard, or a mage, or whatever he was. Base shook his head and rubbed his eyes before giving a great big yawn. Sitting on a bench by a turn-around target-practice post, Base was all too surprised to find his hand make contact with what felt like a shoulder. Stunned, but coming to his senses from the alert, Base looked to his side and noticed a boy not much younger nor older than he. This boy too was staring up at the stars. Base’s new company was a little bit taller than him, but not so much different in build; both were lean young men. How long had this boy been sitting there? “Uh, pardon me. I thought I knew everyone, but you must have been gone to Kingdom of the Sun or Land of Dragons, because I’ve never seen you before.” He offered his hand for a shake. “My name’s Sebastian Noble, but, if we work together, most call me Base.”

The sky was filled with gleaming stars decorating the night on the desolate summit; the end of the mountain pass which if followed would lead to the main area of this Land. It was a perfect location for one to rest up, pass the time in thought, reveries, or simply fall into a energizing nap. D'daear sat on the bench, gazing at the many stars floating in the black sea that surrounded the lanes between. He let out a contemplate sigh, thinking about what every newcomer who came to this Land would possibly be thinking. "What does my future hold for me, now that I can wield this keyblade..." he thought. Having been leaning against the bench, he was ready to take a light nap. He felt a tap on his shoulder. He snapped into focus, sitting upright. To his side he noticed a young man no older than him seated next to him. Sebastian Noble was his name; or Base as most called him. Having been caught off-guard, D'daear struggled to find the right words. "Uh-D'daear. Nice to meet you." he replied, extending his own hand. Their hands shook, the usual formalities being taken cared of. Kingdom of Sun? Land of Dragons? D'daear had no clue what he was talking about. "Sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about. Heh... W-what do you mean by 'gone to the Kingdom of Sun or land of...dragons' was it?" he said. It was clear he was lost on anything relating to the events taking place here.

He couldn't believe it; this guy was clueless. Base didn't judge him for it, but it appeared that D'daear did not know any of the others. "Do the names Krowley, Beuce, Luna, Cat, Ananta, Etrius, Eon, Steel, Glen, Karina, Flora, Kel, or Raisor mean anything to you? Or at least, I'm sure that's some of their names. I really only know Beuce that well, and nobody really knows Krowley." Base just hoped he wasn't rambling. "If you're not one of the people who go to worlds to correct the balance of Light and Darkness, are you even a Keyblader at least?" As he spoke, he extended his right arm out in front of him; with startling abruptness and sparkling flashes, Unbound appeared in his hands. With a SHINK, he stood up and rested his weapon at his side. "Are you from here, or something?"

As Flora wandered around the LoD, she noticed Cat, the same girl from before. It was nice to see a friendly face finally.

She approached her quickly, "Hey there, Kitty Cat!" She said cheerily joking around. "I'm' just messing. You have fun in your world?"

Karina was slightly shocked at they boys reaction to her. He was almost flustered and unsure of himself but still spoke to her in a calm voice even after how harsh she was to him. "Well this isn't MY room persay, it is a place I found to rest. Long mission you know." She told him. Karina bit her lip as she thought about whether or not she dare ask the boy why he was being nice to her or not. His tone remained calm even when hers did not. But she didn't want to come off as dumb, or soft either so maybe it was best she just kept her mouth shut. She was unsure. "Eon...." She said in a voice that indicated her confusion. "I have done nothing but talk in harsh tones and be mean to you... well to everyone here... why do you still talk to me in such a nice tone?" She asked him genuinely curious. She had no friends and not many people liked her, but that was her own fault for pushing everyone away. She couldn't trust anyone enough to allow them to get close enough to her to make friends with them. She didn't particularly like being lonely but what else could she do when she had to leave the only one that she could bring herself to ever trust and let in her life?

Glen nodded his head in acknowledgement. He didn't know Steel very well, or Stratos for that matter, but so long as Steel was willing to help him he didn't have a problem with the boy. "Hey, Stratos, was it? My name's Glen. Good to meet you" Glen greeted, with a short flash of a grin before he turned to follow Steel. The throne room, so that was where Blaze had been. What lay in there, nobody knew, but one thing was certain; the young keyblade wielder most certainly wanted to find out.

As Cat stood there, Flora came up to her. "Hey there, Kitty Cat." She hadn't been called anything so cheery in a long time. Suddenly it seemed like melancholy was the only thing she could feel. "I'm just messing. You have fun in your world?" She looked back up at the girl and smiled, trying her best not to be a total downer. "I guess. It just... it made me think of home. I guess it's hard not to though, y'know?" She looked her over and noticed something strange: her hair was shorter than she had remembered. "Anything interesting happen in your world? Judging by your new do, something interesting must've gone down."

Etrius continued to test his dark abilities until someone came to the Courtyard to practice, causing Etrius to sheath his Keyblade and pull his hood over his head. It was the same boy that he came off as being rude when Luna had been injured, and Etrius had absolutely no thought as to what the boy thinks of him, not to mention the thought that Etrius's powers were gradually becoming unstable. He was about to walk away when Etrius suddenly realized....
"Probably the only possible way to truly see if I'm unfit...is to fight.." Etrius thought. He turned back to the boy. He would need to get to know him better first. From what he had witnessed from earlier training, both the boy and another companion were well matched. In this case, he would use at least 50% of his power.
"Pardon me." Etrius said to Kross, "Kross, isn't it? Weren't you with that girl before we left for missions? Where is she?"

D'daear just sat there listening to Base talk for a while, as he was making it clear he knew a lot of things that would definitely benefit him to hear. He shook his head at the list of names being spewed out. "None of them ring any bells as far as I know." he replied before quickly shutting up as Base continued. "Jeez, that sure is a LOT of people. I wonder if their nice like Base." he thought. Usually whenever he went into thought, his pupils would dilate just a bit. Anyone with good observation skills would easily take hint of this. He quickly snapped back into focus, "Correct the balance of Light and Darkness? Wh-aa..." his mutter being over powered by Base. He was confused, making it obvious through his expression. It was a lot of information for his oblivious mind to take in, and all this was just the basics from the way Base was putting it. "Keyblader?" he managed to question, before watching Base conjure a weapon from nothing. The blade had appeared in style. Light quickly faded as it revealed the weapon on Base's hand. D'daears eyes widened, not in amazement but in recognition of the weapon.

"Wh-wha aahh...no...I'm not from around here..." his eyes shifting back and forth between the weapon and its wielder. It was true that the boy wasn't from here. He came from another world, a world where although perfection did not truly exist, it was on the brink. It was practically a utopia; impossible by the way the universe was ruled, but somehow it was manageable. There were troubles between people then and there, but conflicts were always resolved by means. He leaned forward placing both elbows on his knees, wrists loose allowing his hands to sort of dangle. He averted his eyes for a moment gathering his thoughts.

"That weapon, I have one just like it. Uumm, Kīburēdo , right? Daah um, Key-bl-a-de." he was attempting to pronounce the word correctly. He got up and extended an open hand forward, focusing to summon his weapon. You could see the strain he had as he focused to manifest the very weapon that caused his exile. Finally, light began to collect in his palm rather slowly; the collection being concentrated in one spot as if attempting to open some kind of portal from another dimension. It was quite ridiculous really. The light spread out instantly forging the weapons structure and design before fading away like dust into nothing. D'daear was breathing somewhat heavily; not exhausted though. He let his arm drop, although making sure he had a tight grip on his weapon. He turned his head to Base. "How do you summon this without it practically wearing you out?"

This was Kross's fault that Karina seemed so broody, of course she was always like this for as long as he had known her(A couple of days, give or take, they had only been on one mission together) But he couldn't help but feel he was responsible. Was it because of his past? His inability to get along with his mother. These were the thoughts that plagued him as he practiced. It seemed he lapsed somewhat because he didn't pay any mind to his silent companion, who was currently watching him practice. It was only when he spoke up that he paused and turned his head to regard the addresser. He blinked his eyes, lowering his arm and unsummoning his keyblade, the weapon vanishing in a spear of light before he turned fully to him."Hey"He greeted, a tiny smile on his face, he remembered him, the man that had gotten angry at him over a hurt Luna. His smile faded."How is that girl? Did you manage to talk to her?"He asked, meaning Luna, but when Etrius asked about Karina, Kross looked momentarily startled. He went quiet for a moment and turned his head away, his expression blank."...I don't know where she is.."He answered in a monotone voice, she didn't want to see him anyway..

"Oh, yeah. I sorta cut most of it off to show I wanted to be more mature. We had to disguise as men, and my hair was too long. Normally, I would cry, but I mean... I needed to grow up. I also kinda realized Karina's a lost cause, at least for now. I'll still be nice, sure, but..." Flora said. "Anyway, we should pair up for the next set of worlds. It would be nice to go with a friend."

"...I don't know where she is.." Came Kross' response, sounding a little edgy.
"That's ok. Luna is fine, last time I checked. I hadn't seen her either though." Etrius responded, moving on. Etrius didn't want to push the subject if Kross was uncomfortable. "Anyway, the reason I brought it up is that you both looked pretty good. If anything that fight looked pretty even." Etrius spun his Keyblade around and held it in a battle stance. "I would like to try my luck, if you are able."

In reality, Etrius had a feeling that Kross was more of an able fighter than he was. Knowing this, Etrius figured that the only way to possible regain some control of his dark powers, he would need to spar someone, preferably someone with able strength.
"So, Kross," Etrius said, "Care to test my ability?"
