"Thanks." Karina said as she was lead to a far more familiar place. Ananta turned to leave and Karina stood there for a moment. She figured she would just hang out there is the main living hall until they set off to there next world. Doing what she didn't know but she would figure something out. Seconds after Ananta turned to leave two other girls came by, one tossing Karina a white rose. Karina held it in her hand and stared at its beauty. A simple rose although it had its thorns it was really quite beautiful. Karina walked over to the nearest wall and sat herself against it as she continued to examine the rose more. Her mind began to drift away from the rose and to the fact that yet again, despite her attitude towards people someone else was being nice to her. It seemed to be happening a lot this time around in The Land of Departure. Karina shook it off as she put in her music, something she hadn't done for most of the time here, closed her eyes and just lost herself in the music for a bit.

Ananta held the rose as she walked up the staircase towards her own room. Once inside, she shut the door and locked it behind her. Sitting the two flowers she had in a vase together, she walked to the bathroom and poured water into the vase before setting the vase on the windowsill. Sniffing herself, she kicked off her boots and began to strip the old, matted with dirt clothes off of her until she was nude. Stepping into the bathroom, she drew herself a bath and sat in the scolding waters. Sinking into the waters, she washed herself off and enjoyed herself. There was even a rubber ducky floating around in the water. Once she felt sufficiently clean, Ananta stepped out of the bath and continued to wash her clothes in a fresh bath of water. Hanging them from a string she had found, she cast Aero to dry them out. A funny thing to do, but it was the fastest way to clean her clothes. Slipping back into everything, she tightened the ribbon on her back a little tighter than before. Mostly to hold the bandages she was wearing from the last world and also for the ones from her injury from Karina.

Stepping out of the room, she grabbed one of the longer strands of her hair and began to braid it on itself. In her mouth, she held a nice ribbon made of silk. It was a pretty lavender with gold trim on the edges. The first braid was down as she was halfway down the stairs. Tying it off with the ribbon, she began the other and noticed Karina sitting against a wall with a flower and music blasting in her ears. Stepping over, Ananta slid down beside Karina and began fiddling with her hair and braiding the other longer strand together.

Kross looked at the three cards, listening to Etrius explain them. He looked particularly at the Emperor card, his eyes misted over as his memories swirled in his mind."Master Xahenort may not be above this but..according to the Master, he's not responsible..his wayward apprentice is."He momentarily tensed and looked up at Etrius."It doesn't make sense though..! Vanitas is much too turbulent to be a mastermind, and from my impression of him, so are his allies. There has to be some ulterior, more hidden authority giving these three orders."He said, breathing in as Etrius slammed his hand on the table, talking about killing those three. He tensed, feeling kind of sick to his stomach at the thought."..I'm against killing, but I think at this point it seems to be the only option..the problem is finding them though. I only met one of them and he was very elusive."He watched as Etrius left, again leaving Kross to his thoughts, what if he wasn't ready for killing? Granted, Kross was a mage, not a warrior, he was taught to kill but only by his mother. He never got the killer's instinct.

Etrius walked up the stairs with Ananta, Cat and Luna on the way to cleaning himself up. He particularly felt repulsed by Ananta for some reason. He immediately remembered that she was the same green-haired female who had made a "splitting performance", and the same girl who tried to stop Etrius from killing Luna. Etrius had insulted her after the latter situation. Normally, Etrius would have apologized for what actions he did wrong, but something had put Etrius off, causing him to stop on the stairs, watching the trio of ladies go. There was something off about the girl, as if some of her power was stripped clean.
"Questionable," Etrius thought, "But not top priority. Even though I still need to apologize for calling her a dog, I need to clean myself. My head is still throbbing from the extensive discussion with Kross, and I still can't figure out what happened that I nearly killed Luna, who's been nice to me since I arrived. I also need to apologize to Karina, regrettably." Etrius also thought, glancing at Karina, who was playing loud music. Not particularly bad tasting for the girl, but still, it IS Karina he was concerned about. He sighed, and continued up the steps, and entered an empty room to his right. He sat down on the clean set bed, and put one hand on his Armor Activator, detaching it from it's cloak. He pressed the button. Nothing happened.
Etrius sighed, annoyed. He set down the Activator on a nearby nightstand, and removed his his black shoes and cloak to reveal a white undershirt and black sweatpants. He set the cloak on the bed, grabbed a towel from a nearby rack and went to the bathroom. As he entered, he locked the door and undressed, turning on the shower, waiting for it to warm up. He walked into the spray of warm water, and cleaned every part. Whatever thoughts that bothered him one moment, disappeared the next moment as he gathered his thoughts.

-I nearly tried to kill Luna. When I "thought" that she would leave, something broke. I have yet to figure out why. All I know is that my own darkness might be developing it's own consciousness.

-Karina tends to be unstable. I have little to know about her. But that doesn't give an excuse to not apologize. No matter what she says, I'm going to apologize whether she accepts it or not. If anything, she could've suffered more in the past than I have.

-Kross and Steel are both excellent guys to talk to. Steel seems a bit...cold, but is otherwise trustworthy, and Kross is a decent planner and opinionist. Better hang out with them more often.

-I have yet to see Vanitas or Master Xehanort. Currently, I'm more worried of the Master rather than Vanitas himself. What motive does the Master have, and moreover, where is he?

Etrius stepped out, and found some spare clothing under the sink. He dressed himself in white, clean clothing, but never put any socks. He slung his now-damp towel over his shoulder, and walked out of the bathroom. Etrius' skinny frame shown straight out of his shirt, making him look a little small, and maybe a little underweight, but he was well-muscled. The Guild Hall's floor felt cool under Etrius's feet, as he silently made his way back to his room. He walked in, closed the door, tossed his towel over the doorknob, and lay in his bed, looking to the nightstand. He had removed his glasses before going to the bathroom, so everything except items at close distance looked blurry and distorted. He decided to get some rest. His mind had overworked all day..............
Not 2 seconds later, Etrius's eyes were firmly closed, as he breathed quietly.

Karina slightly glanced over at Ananta but didn't say anything. There wasn't much to say right now. Karina ran her finger around a thorn on the rose stopping at the point. When you grab a rose all you see is its beauty, that is till you reach in the bush to grab its stem and get pricked by one of the thorns. Karina slowly lifted her finger off the thorn as a small drop of blood began to form on her figure. Perhaps most people where like that, they my look white and innocent on the outside, or even black and dark but if you don't pay attention you wouldn't know the thorns that lie behind it. Everyone had them, some more then others, and some let them affect them differently but they where all there. Karina was one that was quick to judge, but now she wondered if she needed to get to know someone better instead of immediately deciding. Karina looked back at Ananta in silence, she had a good reason for not liking her earlier but it seemed that Ananta wasn't being herself since later she came and was actually very nice to her. The whole thing confused Karina a lot. She was never a peoples person, so to sit there and analyze them and her own reaction to them was slightly uncomfortable to her. Karina wiped the drop of blood on her finger onto one of the rose petals, almost as a warning of what was behind the beauty.

Karina then set the flower down on the floor in front of her. watching Ananta do her hair made Karina thing it was time she did something with hers, at least give it a good brush out. Karina slowly removed the hair elastics that held her two little pig tales up and let the hair fall forward draping over her shoulder. Karina then grabbed a brush out of her bag and slowly began to try to brush all the knots out of her hair. It was a slow process seeing how tangled her hair had actually gotten. Her hair looked far more messy now that it wasn't put up, at a few spots you could see how knotted parts of her hair where, but Karina was determined to get all the knots out no matter how painful it was. It wasn't like she had anything better to do with her time and she figured she should look slightly presentable. Perhaps if she got it done she wouldn't even put her hair up for the next mission, leave it down and long, maybe.

Ananta finished tying her hair and sat there a moment before she dared to look over at Karina. Watching her untie her hair and try to brush the tangled strands, she chuckled and scooted to her knees. "Would you like me to help you?" she asked her. Not knowing what else to say, she then remembered something. "I could tell you a story while doing it, to keep your mind off of the nasty tangles and such." she smiled at Karina. The only problem, was what story would she tell? "How about a story of how my home world came to be?" she suggested.

Beuce, having nothing to do since...like forever ago, decided it'd be a good idea to take a leisurely stroll through the main hall and possibly interrupt the moment Ananta was trying to have with Karina. He walked up behind the two girls. They were trying to be friends so they were doing their hair...huh. Not stereotypical girl time at all. But this is interesting, Ananta is offering to tell a story about her home world! Neato. The white hair man walked up behind them and knelt down. "Wait wait wait. Let me try this. You all have these crystal things which are your lifeline and have craploads of magical power and stuff. But your dad, being the leader of said world, sought to use them as weapons. There was this big huge disaster and your mother sacrificed herself, merging with the really big crystal that powers all the others to stop it. Right?"

Katrina took out her music to listen to what Ananta had to say. She offered to help her with her hair but Karina decline. "I can do my own hair just fine." after that came an offer to tell her a story to help pass time. "It better not be some sob story of you looking for pity, I don't pity people nor do I expect them to pity me." Karina explained rather harshly. Then came Beuce what was worse then a sob story? A person mocking said story. As much as she hated them she would not mock them, chances were she wouldn't say anything, just leave it be. "Don't you have better things to do? Screw off." Karina said to Beuce with a glare.

In his room, Etrius had somehow stopped breathing entirely while asleep. He was still alive, but somehow, there would be no waking up. Dark energy surrounded Etrius like a bubble. Though the trace was weak, it was coming deep from his heart. Not only it was evil, and can be felt from anyone within radius of his room, but Etrius was heading straight into the problem.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Etrius could see only darkness. He felt like he was falling slowly, like a feather. But instead of feeling well, he felt like a shell. Empty. He felt his feet let out a slight tingle of sensation as he landed on something. He balanced himself, and looked around. He was standing on a pillar-like object, with painted glass. The painted glass formed into a picture of Etrius himself. But he wasn't holding a Keyblade. Instead, he was holding a large, dark, cruel-looking blade, that did not look like any blade he ever saw. For some reason, the blade made Etrius shudder. Something caught his eye. The painted eye on the glass, which was closed when Etrius landed, was now opened and staring at Etrius with a large red eye, which made Etrius uneasy.
He moved a little to the left. The eye followed him.
    "The Hell?" Etrius exclaimed.
A dark black pool formed suddenly formed around the painted face of the glass pillar. A shape began to form out of that pool. It took a more humanoid shape, only it's physical features looking like Etrius, but two red eyes, like pale glowing red orbs, stared at Etrius directly.
Etrius took a battle stance. He didn't have his cloak, nor his Armor piece, but he knew that this would come down to a fight.
The creature must've sensed the change too, as it too took a battle stance as it's features began look more defined. Purple streaks shown in the hairs of the phony. It's skin brightened, but it still had a dark-bluish tint. It's eyes shrunk to Etrius' own size, but as it formed eyebrows, the eyes narrowed into a hard glare. A cruel smile formed on the copycat's face, as he let out a short laugh that sent shivers down Etrius' spine.
"Like with what I've done with the place?" The copycat asked. His voice was an octave deeper than Etrius' own voice.
Even though Etrius figured that he knew that this being was the source of is power, He still asked, "Who are you?"
    The phony figure laughed again,
"Are you a dunce? I'm the true you!"
"Untrue." Etrius countered, "From what I can tell, you only affect my darkness. You don't look strong enough to handle a Fire spell, but you have enough power to corrupt a Poison Edge attack."
The Dark Etrius stood normally, frowning at Etrius' counter. He then closed his eyes, and let out a smile.
"Your point?" The Dark Etrius asked.
"You're the one absorbing negativity and poisoning my darkness!"
The Dark Etrius clapped his hands in mock applause.
"Give this boy 500,000 munny. You're right. I can't affect your other spells, but only because a huge chunk of the power you were given from the Keyblade remains unchanged. Remember Luna? I nearly helped you kill her for betraying us."

As Etrius crashed into Luna, her comment only made him feel worse. He stood over her, breathing angrily under his mask, making him sound inhuman. He suddenly got a strange impulse.

    "Kill her."
    Etrius hesitated, and instantly strained.
"Do it! You know you want to!" The thought urged.
    "I can't..." Etrius thought back.
"Then I'll do it myself." Came the answer.
Etrius felt his Keyblade arm raise by itself. He instantly strained to keep it from moving, but it was futile. It stood raised, ready to strike Luna down. Then, the arm poised to strike down.
    "GRRRRAAAAAAGGGH!" Etrius cried.
A hard clank was heard. Etrius retracted his arm from his Keyblade, and took a strained step back. His Keyblade was about an inch away from Luna's face.
Etrius lowered his head. His armor cracked, and it shattered off of him, revealing him with his hood raised and his eyes hidden. His skin wasn't tinted, nor was there any darkness erupting from his shoulders. He turned and looked at the sky.

    "I still stopped you."
Etrius replied, getting more annoyed. "What's your point?"
Dark Etrius' smirk grew wider. "It'll only be a matter of time before you succumb to your true nature. And after that, I'll be in control."
"You're nothing more than a shade." Etrius said. "You can't do anything. I won't let you."
The Dark Etrius let out a 'tsk-tsk' and waved a finger at Etrius, angering the boy.

"The joke's on you." The Dark Etrius replied. "I'm the one who brought here because you wanted to see me. I'm the one holding all the cards. You're in no position to make threats."
"You wanna bet?" Etrius asked, as he summoned the Bond of Flame. He held it threateningly at Dark Etrius.
Dark Etrius let out a mock gasp and put a hand to his chest. "Oh my! I'm quaking with fear!" The phony recomposed himself and he said, "Didn't you hear one word I said?? I'm holding all the cards! You don't even have the strength to beat me!
"PROVE IT THEN! I'M GOING TO TEAR YOU APART FOR DEFILING MY BODY WITH YOUR EVIL AND CONTROLLING ME!!!" The real Etrius shrieked. He knew losing his cool wasn't wise, but he was sick of too many unanswered question. He lost his world, gained a bad reputation from others, and played as a mind puppet for this.....this....
Dark Etrius lowered his head and raised his arm, opening his palm. Darkness began to burn from his shoulders.

"C'mere then, let your fate be sealed." He said, and too summoned a Keyblade, though it was too dark to define it. He slammed it down into the glass, causing a large dark cloud to emerge. As the smoke cleared. Etrius blinked his eyes and looked in dread. Surrounding his clone were 7 figures.

All of them were kneeling, heads lowered, like puppets.
The first four looked like quadruplets, each the same size in build; and they held both a dark demeanor and a fiery attitude.
The 5th was by far the eldest of all the others, wearing a rose and a cross, and crisp, clean black suit. Etrius felt much more unnerved by this figure more than he felt of everyone else combined, including Dark Etrius in general.
The 6th being had an empty aura, as if he was emotionally broken. He held a variety of tools on his body, and he carried the largest sword.
Those first 6 wore smiling masks and were holding different blades of different kinds, but none of them were Keyblades.
The seventh also had Etrius' spitting image, but he looked more like a normal kid than a fighter at all.

All of them were 7 different people (excluding the first four) but they had one thing in common. They had given up. And now, they were under Dark Etrius's control
Etrius took two steps back in fear, while Dark Etrius said,
"After I'm finished with you, you won't have to worry about your friends again!"

Cat followed Luna up to her room, but as they passed Ananta and Karina she began to feel uneasy. She'd seemed fine in the last world but now she was acting like an entirely different person. As much as she wanted to talk about it, she still knew that it wouldn't be best. When Luna gave her a white rose, she looked at it and smiled at the girl. She explained that it was from the world she'd just left. "That's really sweet. Thanks." She put it in the front pocket of her jacket, keeping the flower totally visible. As they began to walk to her room, she felt something... dark. She had no idea if Luna felt it too, but there was no way she could leave it be. It seemed to be emanating from a room across the hall and as she ran she could feel it getting more potent. "There's something back here. Do you feel it?" She approached the door and immediately she felt her stomach churn. This wasn't natural. This wasn't human. "Go get someone, Luna. I'll check it out. Whatever this thing is, I can tell it won't go down easy." She turned back to the door and tried to twist the knob. No luck, it was locked. As much as she wanted to avoid it, she knew it had to be opened. She summoned her Llama Head keyblade and took a few steps back. Raising her arm, the tip of the key glowed before shooting a beam towards the door. She heard the click and it opened all on its own.
"The hell?" She looked on in horror. Etrius was inside, asleep on his bed, but the whole room was cloaked in darkness. Everything had been tinted in shades of black and purple. "Etrius? Wake up!" She clung to her Keyblade, using her free hand to try and wake the boy. He wouldn't budge, no matter how hard she tried. Her Keyblade seemed to be glowing, almost moving on its own. Dark tentacles rose up from the ground and tried to grab her, but she swung at them before they could. "I swear, if you don't wake up, I'm gonna turn you into a llama."

Ananta stopped smiling when Beuce intervened. His jokes were unneeded, she thought, and uncalled for. But she wasn't going to say it. "Beuce I don't think you understand me or my world at all. In fact, just stay quiet until I can finish my story." she sighed, sitting down and placing one leg on the other. Scratching her chin, she decided on where to start. "For one, my world isn't ran by one person. At least, not now. Ages ago, it was indeed ran by one man. He governed each nation with an iron fist. Which means, the world was terrible. Nobody wanted to stop him since he had the Mother Crystal on his side. Mother Crystal protected him not through her own means, but his own. He forced the Mother Crystal to pump power into the crystals of his army." Ananta sighed for a moment to rest her voice before she continued. "Of course, unbeknownst to him, each of the seven nations had begun to gather leaders of their own to fight him. One night, when he decided that the mother crystal needed a rest, he removed his army from her power. This caused her to finally be able to keep power to herself. It was in that moment that the seven leaders attacked. He tried to call upon power, but it wouldn't come seeing as he had returned the Mother Crystal with what she wanted. Her power. So after that, he was defeated and the seven leaders became the Seven Sages. And for awhile, they protected the world until they died and then somebody else took over afterwards. This continued until the day the world ended when I was sent off to this saving the world mission." she stretched in her seat. "And that's that. Any questions?"

Outside his own body, Etrius didn't stir an inch. He was still detached from his body as he was fighting the evil from within. But it seemed that that evil might be winning, as his room reacted to Cat, trying to trap her. Cat also made another mistake by opening the door to Etrius's room, as it let all the evil emotions he'd absorbed. Dark ambition, lies and hatred, and jealousy began to flow out of the room. If Etrius couldn't stop his own darker half, not only would his friends get hurt, but he would be consumed.
    ><-------------------><

Dark Etrius snapped his fingers as one of the "puppets" stood. It was one of the quadruplets. He wore a simple black T-shirt and deep blue jeans, and carried a simple curved blade, sort of like a scimitar. Etrius felt a strong power from within the person.
"Since you won't be too much trouble," Dark Etrius smirked, "It won't hurt to send 5 after you. 5 attack!"
5's eyes flashed an orange color and began to run at Etrius. Etrius took off to, preparing a Fire spell. Just as 5 closed the distance gap, Etrius jumped over the boy and shouted "Ignus!"
The little ball of fiery light flew from the tip of his Keyblade and hit 5 straight in the back, leaving a burn mark. Instead of looking hurt though, 5 turned back at Etrius, spun his blade, and called out an attack of his own. A light green, sapping energy powered from 5's blade as he said, "Radio Flare!"
Etrius dodged just in time to see a large green energy ball fly straight out of 5's blade and exploding after flying off the pillar. The energy that the Radio Flare released was staggering, but if Etrius had taken a full dose, he would've been down.

Suddenly, 5 kneeled, and the orange light died within his eyes, kneeling on his blade. The Fire spell that he got hit with began to smoke.

"5 redirects spells." Dark Etrius said, matter-of-factly, "Any spell that hits him gets absorbed for him to use radioactive attacks. One hit from that ball, and you would've been dead."
"No dip, Sherlock, what was your first clue?" Etrius shot back. He turned back to his darker self and charged at him. Etrius' blade clashed metal with metal, but not with Dark Etrius.

Instead, there, in between Dark Etrius and the real Etrius, was the male in the black suit. He was holding a blade up to shield Dark Etrius from his attack. With a brute amount of strength, the "puppet" pushed Etrius away, making Etrius stumble. Etrius fell on his back, dropping his Keyblade and heard a sharp sound. He looked up and saw the same well-dressed male standing over him, holding the blade point at him. A motion of surrendering.
Dark Etrius strolled over, and said,
"If you surrender, I might keep you around if you behave."
Etrius let out a growl. "Fat chance. My friends will defeat you."
Suddenly, it was Dark Etrius who lost his cool.

"I'M GIVING YOU A CHANCE TO STOP THOSE WHO OPPOSE YOU!" He screamed, getting close to the real Etrius' face. His skin darkened a little more, making him inhuman. "YOU CAN'T TRUST ANYONE! THE ONLY PERSON THAT YOU CAN TRUST IS YOURSELF, AND YOU KNOW THAT! LUNA NEARLY LEFT YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS, AND SHE KEEPS SECRETS FROM YOU!"
Etrius was appalled by his darker self's willingness to help him, but Etrius couldn't accept that notion because it was for the wrong reasons, not to mention that his darker self was trying to force his power.
"I also know that you are your own worst enemy. So my answer is still no. I know in my heart that whatever secrets anyone has, they can tell me in time. I trust them, and I know they'll trust me."

    "Bullroar."
"Like you have any friends?!" It was Etrius's turn to scream back. "All you seem to do is manipulate others, you fake!"
Dark Etrius now looked very aggravated. He waved a hand telling the puppet holding Etrius down to kill Etrius. The puppet poised to strike, but that was enough time for Etrius to resummon his Keyblade. He shouted,
"Tempus!", and back flipping from under his assailant's legs. He had gotten a few feet away, when the Time Field spell suddenly exploded. Etrius turned back and saw his darker self unharmed, but he had cast a spell to implode Etrius's own magic. Standing next to Dark Etrius was the masked gentleman who held him down.

From what Etrius could tell from the aura's from the other "puppets", the masked gentleman was by far the weakest link of the bunch. It was probably because his demeanor was by far the most unsettling. Etrius also had a strange feeling that this man had only but one thing to lose. The question was, what was that weakness?
Etrius's eyes suddenly fell on the man's left ring finger. It held a simple iron ring, but it wasn't hard to tell that the one loss that man would have would be the woman of his dreams. With that knowledge, Etrius formulated a quick plan.
He stared at the man, and called out, "You look like you have nothing to lose. Why are you being controlled by this guy? You're better than him!"

"Shut up!" Dark Etrius said to his normal self, then he turned to his
    protector, saying
    "Kill him now-"
"Did my darker self threaten you for her?" Etrius interrupted, "Do you think that she would be happy knowing you've become nothing more than and empty shell?"
By now, the figure had lowered his blade and his head, as if thinking about it. Dark Etrius knew that he would soon lose control, and began rebuking his mind puppet.

"She doesn't trust you, Operator, you have nothing left to lose." Dark Etrius said angrily, "Why worry about her?"
"Because he made a promise to her." Etrius said, again countering his darker form, "That ring on finger is a promise to be at her side. He's married." Etrius then turned back to the figure, who was steadily gaining his own bearings. "It's his choice to uphold that promise."

As commanded, Beuce stayed quiet until her story was finished. Even he wasn't stupid enough to interrupt with both Ananta and Karina there. Once she finished, he lined up the similarities, which were quite frequent honestly. After she was done, Beuce opened his mouth once more "I just have one question. Isn't that like...almost the same backstory as Atlantis?" Well, that was out there. He likely wouldn't be living long after that comment.

Steel stared out at the area surrounding the castle. His eyes were cold; if anyone else had been crazy enough to climb to the highest and most dangerous point of the roof (Which he had no doubt at least one of his allies was), they would have seen nothing in them. No motive, no intent, ... No emotion. As he was finishing his analysis of the dark orb from Ananta, he did something strange, and what would generally be thought of as gross. He leaned back his head, held up his clawed gauntlet, opened his mouth, and reached into his throat. It wasn't quite so gross; there were no convulsions or any other form of protest from the body. One had to wonder how far down he was reaching; it took him a while. Finally, he pulled out the swirling dark orb he had placed in his chest about half an hour ago. He dropped his hands to his side and sighed. He took a quick moment to re-familiarize himself with what the others were doing. Upon Beuce's comment, he reflected. After a few brief moments of that, he sighed again. "Just a buncha' kids with their Darkness and angst messin' up the the atmosphere, that's what this is." He stood silently for a moment before he tossed the orb aimlessly over his shoulder and into the air with a perfectly straight face. He began to fade into shadowy smoke from his legs up. "That'll just find it's way back..." He said casually. "...Eventually."

Kross's head snapped up, immediately snapped away from his muse, it wasn't any ESP or anything like that but he had the distinct impression that something was definitely wrong. The air was thicker, filled with more malice than he could breath. he immediately got up and went forward towards the great hall, going down the steps quickly and went to the entrance, pausing at the door before pulling the two open, revealing the Forecourt. He quickly went down the flight of steps and went to a corner, leaning back and letting his back slap the wall, breathing in and exhaling, closing his eyes and biting his lower lip. He couldn't sense where the threat came from but a darkness that thick would not allow him to breathe. He closed his eyes, trying to resolve the pulsing headache that wracked his brain.

"But who would... how... If he was the leader where there not others around to prevent those seven from attacking? Guards? The army? Something like that? Why would he be so stupid to let his guard completely down?" Karina slowed down and took a deep breath. Her father did everything in his power to protect the leader of their country. There where always him or high ranking guards around him. It would not be easy to kill there leader. Besides everyone was raised to respect the leader and not question his actions. But then again that was what all girls where taught when it came to the men around them. It was a stupid rule but if followed save a lot of pain. "Actually never mind. Doesn't matter..." Karina decided not to question it. It would make things easier if she just didn't bother, save a lot of time and energy. There was a lot of stuff she didn't understand about other worlds and people in other worlds but she didn't have time to worry about them, she would figure it out as she went. Meanwhile Beuce was still sitting there being annoying as ever. As Karina stroked her hair with her brush once more she flicked it out of her hand and let it fly, hitting Beuce. "Oopsies, it slips." She said with a small smile.

Ananta sighed. "I thought I explained it well enough." she responded to Karina. Her hand gave Beuce a rather firm punch to his leg. She continued. "His army was without power. They were doomed as soon as he removed the ties from him and his army with the Mother Crystal. Of course, she also cut ties with the leader and thus he was doomed. You see, if my people do not receive power continually...well, at least to replace what we use, we cannot regain it. Naturally, our crystals will weaken to a state where they shatter, but that can take quite awhile. I cannot say how long it will take, but I can assure you that my people are forbidden from marrying those who are not crystalbound. That hasn't stopped anyone from doing so, however. They paid the price eventually, however. Again, I cannot say exactly how, but they pay the price in due time." Ananta had witnessed Karina's slip and chuckled partly through her explanation. "It's been about...900 years since the Mother Crystal was freed. My mother was the end of the 8th generation of those who are chosen to watch over the Mother Crystal. "Any more questions...? I can tell that you have some Karina, just by the look on your face. You have doubts or perhaps misconceptions? If anything, you could try and make your own simple version of what I just said. I don't mind, I like hearing people make the story out in words and concepts that they can understand and remember easily. It's fun." she smiled.

Krowley was stumped. To his knowledge, they were protecting princesses, but on the other hand, they could never be sure where or when the others would strike. Wherever they were, they must have been close enough to continue to find them. Mere coincidence was not enough to satisfy the logic that they were that lucky. No. It had to be a common variable, in this case, the princesses. And although he didn't know much about the princesses of heart, he knew enough to know they could mostly be found in castles.

Stepping back into the Holo-Almanac, he narrowed his search to Kingdom based worlds. Anything with a large castle or vast kingdom. Anything to get closer to stepping them and protecting the princesses. A loading symbol looped, with Krowley standing on the edge of his toes. Thankfully, it finished quicker than anticipated and found 3 nearby worlds, matching his search. Funny how they always ended up in groups of three...

Beast's Castle, Camelot, and Corona came up with Beast's castle being the closest, and Camelot being the furthest away in terms of distance. With all the current help, he had a suitable brigade to take on whatever was in those worlds. Loading up the co-ordinates for all to see, he turned to juet off, when Yen Sid towered over him, stopping him in his tracks.

"Off again so soon?" he asked. He raised an eyebrow, meaning he would most likely lecture or give him a reason to act against his initial plan.
"Sooner rather than later... right?" Krowley hoped he would understand, They had no clue to go on, and if this was wrong, it was best that they get it over with quickly so that more worlds could be explored.

"A sad, but rightful truth," he replied. "I understand that we may not always be on the same scheme of things. While I wish to wait and see what comes this way, it is most likely the best course of action to explore the worlds and risk the meddling." This didn't sound like the wizard he met earlier, but he didn't dare question it.
"After all... we are just a part of something much greater."

"To you and the rest of the allies that have come to pass, I offer you a small token of defense."

    All players obtained Mine Square!

"An advanced little piece of Earth Magic I picked up in my early travels... Let those who try confrontation feel it's explosive charge."
Krowley didn't quite understand it, but it was a great gesture. He bowed to him and replied; "Thank you master Yen Sid."

Glen had been doing nothing whilst some of the others had had their conversations, he had simply been wondering what exactly it was that he would be able to do should he obtain the power of time travel, the power Blaze had had. His attention was brought to the screen as new worlds appeared on it. The first thought was to choose the first one he saw, Corona. It looked far too bright and happy to have crossdressing in it.

As he was given the power of mine square, Glen couldn't help but chuckle a little. Explosive power was something that sounded fun, a lot of fun. It also sounded extremely useful, so he made a mental note to practice it and get the hang of it. "Thank you!" he called out to the old wizard. Turning his attention to the worlds again, he took one last look at the screen before racing outside. "Last one there's a crippled heartless!" he shouted, eager to raise a little competitive spirit in the hopes he could try out the new magic before he got too far into the world. He then tossed his keyblade glider into the sky, leaped onto it, and took off into the lanes between with haste.

Kross breathed out and stood up, walking over to the main entrance, but not before he stopped by the screen. He blinked, Corona, Camelot or Beast's castle. He scratched his chin and nodded once, then looked to the sde, Glen seemed eager. He grinned smally before turning to the elder wizard, taking the shining sphere in his hand, it seemed to be some sort of defense magic. Something called a Mine Square. He didn't understand it well, but he wouldn't question it, the magic would prove to be useful. He glanced to the screen before racing out after Glen.

"Wait for me!" He called out, lightly chuckling. He stopped and threw his keyblade into the sky, the blade flashing before his faithful glider came to him. He bounded, straddling it and gripped the handle, zooming off to the Lanes Between after Glen, he chose his world, so he couldn't wait to go there.
