Glen began running forward, preparing to attack the guards, as Flynn then called out naming Glen and his allies Flynn's 'accomplices'. Had it been someone else that had been framed, perhaps Glen may have simply laughed it off, but as the realization set in, it slowly pushed out any laughter that may have been inside of the keyblade wielder. "Hey, come back here you traitor!" he shouted.

A second thought came in at that point; "well, at least he ran like we told him to". While this thought did calm Glen down a little, he still felt a great deal of anger at being set up. Summoning his keyblade, Glen hurled his weapon with as much force as he could muster, taking out three guards as the key went straight through them and after Flynn. However, it stopped short just a short distance away from the thief, and began spinning back to Glen, finishing off the guards as it returned.

Cat kept bashing the thugs who came at her. She guarded against an oncoming attack, parried the next and proceeded to perform a combo on two of them at once. The next guy looked like he was afraid, but he charged at her anyway. "What's the matter?" She rolled out of the way of his attack and positioned herself behind him. "Afraid of a teenage girl?" She hit him a few times, knocking him down. One of them came from behind and hit her, but she quickly turned around and threw her Keyblade, almost as if it were a boomerang, knocking him to the ground.

As the five exited LondonTown, the group began to question the dog knight's current situation. He was from another world, but what could he be doing here?
"Hey Goofy, who's this King your trying to protect?" Kel asked. "I'm also curious about that. You said something about a King?" Ananta Added.
Goofy walked joyously, prepared to casually answer. "Well uhh, that's the thing. Merlin said I would protect a King one day, but I got no idea who he'll be. Merlin knows a lot about the future, but he only reveals enough so it won't be changed 'er something. I like to think maybe it'll be whoever pulls out that there sword in the square."
That was one question down. Goofy was never shy to share, so he was glad to be talking to some new friends, and hoped maybe Merlin could help them on whatever quest they were on.
"Also, since being here will help you become a knight to your King, what're you supposed to be doing here that'll help you become said knight?" Stratos asked.
"Trainin', mostly. Right now I'm a squire; kinda like a knight's apprentice. But with enough hard work an' perseverance, I'll become a knight in no time!

Etrius did the smarter choice and instead of wasting his energy, he let Cat smack around a couple of the guards before resuming. He knew by Cat's initial reaction to Flynn made her get infatuated, so Etrius knew that if she wasted her energy, she wouldn't be so hard on the guy. On the flipside, Etrius had a strange twitch in his gut that suggested that Flynn wasn't a man to trust, so in case Cat were to drop Flynn like a teabag, Etrius would be there to pick up the scraps.
Etrius side-stepped as two guards came at him, waving swords. They fell, tripping on their own weight.
"Brandishing sharp objects can cause death, ninnywits." Etrius grunted, resummoning his Keyblade quick enough to parry and backhand another guard before continuing, "Didn't your mother ever teach you not to run with knives?"
He then dodge rolled in between two guards who began to rush at Cat, parrying two blows, receiving a hip wound, then disarming them of both of their weapons.
"Honestly Cat," Etrius said, turning his head, almost boredly, "I doubt any of these chumps can make my day, much less your own, I would imagine. Flynn really did dupe us."

Luna ran toward the noise. She saw the others run up ahead and she stopped in her tracks for a brief moment. Luna looked toward her right shoulder as the bandages were coming out of her right sleeve. She pulled out the bandages around her shoulder. Luna grabbed the bandages and casted Fire on it, burning it to ashes and ashes. She felt the blood from her shoulder flow out of her body running down her back.
Luna started to run toward the noise, making up the time she spent burning her bandages. Catching up to the 4 other guys, she picked up some speed and ran past them. "I'm going on ahead!" With that said, she continued to run toward the ferocious noise that echoed in the castle.

"I see." Kel said. So he didn't know who the king he was to be protecting was. It wasn't uncommon for a situation like that to occur, but generally they have some idea on who the king will be. Going off of whoever pulls a sword out of a stone is pretty vague. At least the sword can only be pulled by the rightful heir, that way the king wouldn't be a total tyrant. With a quick stretch, he noticed that Ananta was holding Beuce's hand. "Well, that's not the oddest couple that I've seen."

Etrius' comments made Cat grin, apart from the last one. She jumped and smacked another guard around with a combo. Once she landed, she sighed and swung her Keyblade onto her shoulder, holding it so that the blade hung behind her back. "Duped or not, I'm not letting him get away that easily. He's got plenty to answer for, and even more to pay." She turned around, seeing a group of the guards stand there shuddering. They were afraid, probably confused, but they looked pathetic. "Some guards you are. You'd let a bunch of kids beat you so easily?" They looked to each other and seemed to find some semblance of courage. They charged once more and Cat just smiled, swinging her blade in front of her. She stood her ground as they came at her. She cast fire on the first guy, causing him to fall back and knock them all down like dominoes. Before the other three could get back on their feet, she got the tip of her key into the ground and began to run, using the momentum to slide towards the guards and knock them all down again.

Steel floated aimlessly down the hall chuckling to himself. He caught up with Base and D'daear, switched to running, and jumped into the conversation. "Indeed Base; For example, if the residents were all chinaware, we could assume the master might very well be a plate. On the other hand, if all the inhabitants are otherwise all some form of inanimate object, he could also very well be a China cabinet, or chandelier." He chuckled; very aware of what he was reffering to when he spoke of the master, and enjoying his little game. As he mused about this Luna soon ran by leaving a trail of blood behind her. "So Impatient. I'll go on ahead to I suppose." With that he ran faster.

Beuce wasn't at all surprised that Ananta began holding his hand. As far as he was concerned, it was just the inevitable coming to pass. And he didn't even know what inevitable meant. He simply walked along with her, tightening his grip on her hand. So apparently this Merlin could predict the future and knew everything huh? Beuce immediately began thinking of questions to trip him up. He turned his head to Kel when he said something about them being an odd couple. "Aw come on she's not that weird." He said before mumbling something underneath his breath. "Although it wouldn't hurt if she were a red-head..."

Her hand slipped from Beuce's grip just as immediately as it grabbed it. They're so mean, she thought, frowning to herself. Listening to Goofy, she crossed her arms as they walked. "So Merlin can predict the future? That sounds like a horrible ability to have..." she said. Her face contorted into disgust as she made an audible "Blech" to the thought of it. "Seeing things into the future is a horrible thing. Unless you have the mental capacity to process such information and come to terms with seeing you and your own loved ones' deaths then you will suffer. But if you do have such a capacity, then you are the wisest being. Not many can come to terms with their own death." she mumbled on and on about the subject. Suffice to say, Ananta was intrigued.

Glen paid no attention to his comrades' conversation, he had more pressing matters at hand. With one swing of his keyblade, the guard in front was struck down immediately. Another guard coming at him on the right, another strike and he, too, fell. A third guard now, rushing towards him. Nothing to worry about, Glen thought as he swung his keyblade once more and came down with a vertical slash towards the guard.

Glen waited for the familiar cry of pain, the light thud of a body on the ground, but it did not come. The guard, against all odds, had blocked his strike. "Well aren't you a tough one?" Glen taunted, as he took a step back. Lunging forward, a quick jab with the weapon was once again blocked. A short sigh came from the young keyblade wielder. "Now look, I didn't want to have to do this, but i'm going to have to actually put effort into it. You have no idea how much I hate trying for anything" he added. With one swift movement, Glen whirled around in a circle, raised his keyblade, and then swung it in a wide arc, hitting the side of the guard and finishing it. "They always have to resist, nobody ever just says 'okay just ko me and be done with it'", bloody wannabe heroes" the boy said, shaking his head in disbelief.

Etrius just shrugged to Cat's reply before saying, "Ok, milady, but I will be picking up the scraps."
He spun his blade and suddenly began swinging his Keyblade with his left, something he was never able to master as an amateur. Whether he was conscious of it was unknown, but he was fighting even better than before. He jumped in the air and preformed an odd-maneuvered Poison Edge. His skin never tinted, nor did darkness burn off his back as it usually did. The only thing different this time, was Etrius' eyes were the only thing that was red, and he was swinging his own Keyblade left-handed, which was very odd.
Though unlike him, Etrius managed to dispatch 5 more guards in total. He spun just in time to see a guard run and freeze before Etrius. The guard let out a short shudder as he locked on Etrius's eyes.
Etrius couldn't help but let out a short laugh before saying to calling to his comrades, "Hey guys, check this out!"
He looked back at the guard with a sinister smile, and motioned his chin to the blubbering guard to look at his own feet. Unfortunately, the guard did so, just in time to see Etrius move quickly and stomp on the guard's own foot. The guard let out a hard scream of pain as he held his foot up, and hunched over. Big mistake.
"This funeral ain't gonna be open casket!" Etrius yelled spinning and connecting his Keyblade with the guard's chin. The guard went flying high in the air. It was almost comical.
Etrius jumped high and fast until he was at the guard's level, did a backflip, and smacked the guard hard to the ground. Etrius landed in a break-roll, letting out a whoop.

Suddenly, Etrius right cheek gets cut by one of the swordsman. His cocky grin turn to a furious frown. He switched to backhand, and began giving off dark smoke.
"Now not one of you is going to survive this." He said quietly.

Glen glanced to the side slightly as Etrius called out. He couldn't help but wince a little as the guard was knocked sky high and back onto the ground. He had to admit, Etrius himself was slightly annoying, but the way that he fought was something that was somewhat impressive to look at. Glen couldn't help but whistle, impressed, at the sheer speed and skill his comrade had shown. "Nice job, that guard was-" his sentence was cut off by a guard trying to avenge his fallen friends. Glen swiftly blocked the attack with his own keyblade. "Excuse me? Do you mind? I'm trying to have a conversation here" he said in an annoyed tone as he cut down the guard where he stood.

Glen then dusted himself off slightly. "That guard wasn't expecting that" he said, finishing his sentence. He turned and then parried another strike from a second guard, before tripping the soldier over with a low sweep and then slamming his keyblade on the guard, finishing him, and glanced at Etrius again. "Can you do it without the darkness though?" it wasn't a taunt, it was a genuine question.

At first Etrius froze and looked at Glen in spite of his question. He was a little annoyed that one of these puny guards managed to hit him (Again), but Glen's question set off the same chain statement that Etrius heard after he gained the Oathkeeper.
"Trust in your friends, no matter the cost, that guys had said to me." Etrius thought. His body relented, as the darkness blew off his shoulders, and his skin returned to normal, just in time to parry a guard. Though he felt a little vulnerable in doing so, Etrius returned using a left hand for his Keyblade. He kept blocking as he walked over to Glen.
"I still think I could take them." Etrius said stubbornly, but he looked a little more tired than he should. At most, Etrius' own darkness eats away at him more than it would take for hundreds of attack blows. Though he was a little more powerful, he was still 12.
Etrius soon noticed a couple of the guards standing in the sidelines. They looked a little braver, as if some of them were using these lesser soldiers as pawns. Etrius gave a disgusted glare.
"If their is anything I hate more in this universe, it's cowards using others as pawns." Etrius said pointing it out to Glen, "We're going to need to take them out as well. These lesser fools are weaker, but those guys need to go as well."
Etrius than took off, zipping in and out of the guards to get to the stronger guys. But that didn't mean he didn't have to make 4 more heads roll.

Stratos had his and the other had had their questions answered by the man dog. Apparently he was just sort of training, here and that he had no real idea who is king actually was. Apparently this Merlin fellow was horrendously ambiguous when it came to being able to see the future. It was then that Kel had commented on the fact that Ana and Beuce were holding hands, and that it was a strange thing to see. Really? Stratos had just assumed that they were already a thing based on how they acted towards each other. That sort of weird love hate thing that people were into now a days.

Ana then removed her hand from Beuce and proceeded to something pseudo-prophetic about seeing the future and its effect on the psyche or whatever. Based on what Goofy had said, the whole thing about him only giving glimpses of the future to others, Stratos assumed this Merlin fellow was more likely then not senile and/or spouted out riddles about prophecies. "Future telling aside, I'm still curious about yourself Goofy. What made you want to become a king's guard if you have no idea what this king is like?"

Cat saw Etrius and Glen talking, and Etrius was shrouded in his usual dark aura for a bit. He was using his left hand to fight, which made her a bit jealous. She moved toward them, having to knock down another guard or two on the way. "Hey, what's going on? I hope you two aren't leaving me out of it." Etrius looked toward a group of guards who certainly looked tougher. They must've been the captains of this lot, and one of them even seemed to smile at the sight of all these injured men. Etrius stated his hate of guys like that, and she just nodded. He took the words right out of her mouth. He rushed towards them, knocking down four more guys in his path, and she sighed. "We'd better back him up. Rushing in alone like that is how you get beaten up. Or worse..." Another two guards came at her. She parried their blows and struck them down. She stood far enough from the big guys that they would be focused on Etrius and threw her Keyblade, smacking one of them right in the face. They all looked toward her, very clearly pissed off, and she just smiled. "I thought you all should know..." She held her arm out and willed her blade to reappear in her hand. "Anyone who lets lackeys take the fall for them might as well be criminals." That seemed to get their attention, but the one who'd been hit held the others back, almost insisting that he go at her one on one. That meant there'd probably be one big guy for each of the wielders -- which meant the other two boneheads should be fine. She grinned and charged at him.

It appeared the boy had overslept. He awoke to see the castle completely empty other than the usual few that lived on the world. Thankfully, there was still a scroll set up giving the details of the worlds that were in deed of the others. Beasts Castle sounded like the kind of place he could be needed. He ran out to the entrance and activated his keyglider, disembarking to the world that needed him.

He came soaring in, landing behind a group of buildings that would allow him to go unnoticed. The world itself appeared to not be far advanced in its technological fields. Coming in with something like a keyglider may cause an uproar, something that was unneeded. He looked around the corner to notice Kross and Karina were together with a strange, fat, old man. He appeared to be in some sort of distraught. Eon had clearly missed what had happened. and needed to be brought up to speed.

Eon made his way out to the others with a guilty smile on his face. "Sorry I'm late... ehehe... What did I miss?" he asked towards the man, Karina, and Kross. Something was clearly wrong. What could it have been.

Another guard down. Things were going somewhat smoothly for Glen now. However, at the mention of the 'lackeys', Glen couldn't help but realize how little he had actually been paying attention. There really did seem to be a few guards in charge of the others; three to be exact. A small, sly grin appeared on the wielder's face as he faced the one nearest to him. "So you're one of the big guys in charge, huh? I hope you're more difficult than the other small fry" he said, a little too cocky in the way he spoke. Without another word, Glen dashed forward and engaged the guard in combat.

Steel sped on ahead of the rest of the group, with the rest of the party trailing behind him. Past the stone walls of the underground dungeon, they had entered into the West hall of the estate, which featured a lovely red carpet that followed the hall, along with numerous suits of armor. The halls were wide enough to fit their entire brigade of wielders, and tall enough to glide around without fear of breaking anything. This castle was indeed old and massive, much to the admirer's knowledge. But there was little time to admire, as there was still the matter of the monstrous noise to attend to.

The journey wasn't long, for the group managed to reach the entrance hall within a matter of minutes. And no heartless distractions!
The Entrance hall, was grande as well, but the it was still dark and somber like the rest of the castle. They had just emerged from the western hall, and across from them was an staircase leasing to the Eastern one. Down below, a foyer with the exit, and next to it; a dimly lit room. Easily spotted as it was the only place in the castle where light resonated from.

They arrived just in time to see a young woman leave the room in teary eyes. Like something had upset the long haired brunette.
"DON'T YOU WALK AWAY WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU!" a voice followed as she stormed out of the room. Her face was in her hands, and she zoomed right past the party, and up the eastern staircase.
"I SAID GET BACK HERE!" the voice roared. From out of the room, a monstrous beast appeared. With horns, fangs, rigid fur; the whole package. He spoke in a gurff voice to boot. It was unfortunate that the first thing he spotted when exiting the room, were those five.

"What... are you doing... in my castle?"
    His castle? Krowley thought.
"You shouldn't be here! Now get out!"
Upon his four legged charge, Krowley summoned his keyblade and took a defensive stance.
"We're not going anywhere!" He yelled back.
The Beast's head lifted up in shock. "Rrrrr, if you won't leave... THEN I'll MAKE YOU!" The ticked off monster stood on his hind legs and rose tall above them. Nearly 7 or 8 feet from his toes to his horns. He was definitely intimidating, but there was no way he was going after that poor woman.
"Maybe you didn't hear me... I said stand ASIDE!" He let loose another roar to see if they would flee.

    GROUP B

The keybladers fled the tavern, leaving the drunks to their beer, and Gaston to his ego. What they did not know is that a hooded woman in a black dress was sitting on the far end, eavesdropping.
"Looks like the hunt is on," she said in a calm, lucid manner.

"Th-the beast," he repeated. "I was on my way to the inventor's carnival when I got lost. I took shelter in his castle and was tended to by enchanted household items. There was a candlestick, and a teapot, and what I believe to be a small grandfather clock." His story was so far proving to be unconvincing. "And then- and then, HE found me. His servants tried to keep him calm but he wouldn't listen. He didn't want anyone in his castle or to even look at him! He kept me in the dungeon as punishment for days. My daughter had somehow found me and told the beast that she would stay in my place. I begged her not to, but that girl is as stubborn as I am... And now, HE has her! On the other end of the forest. I'd go back if I could, but the wolves would eat me alive!" Maurice was practically in tears. He had lost his daughter, and was too frail to get her.

"Because as long as I'm protectin' him, I know I'll be doing the right thing. Sure, I may not know a lot about him now, but if he's a king, he can't be all that bad. Guess you could say I just trust that things'll work out okay. I know that ain't much to believe, but it's just who I am. "There it is. The Castle of the Forest Suave!" Goofy paused for effect at the stone castle before them. "This here isn't Merlin's home, but he's staying in the tower so he can teach Arthur some uh... Acaduh..." Goofy thought about it for a few seconds before dismissing it. "Well, here's here to teach my buddy Arthur! He should be up in that tower up there! He pointed towards the rickety, crumbling tower. "Watch yer step now. It's kinda dangerous climbing up," He lead the cast through the light snow and towards the eastern tower. " Merlin will probably be expectin' you guys. He knows when a lotta different stuff is gonna happen. He knew when he'd meet me, and that I wasn't even from here!"

Ananta could appreciate a knight in training that was determined and knew he'd be great help to a King someday. "That's admirable, Goofy." she said, smiling as they approached the tower. Stopping in her tracks once they reached it, she finally noticed how cold it was right now. "Oh, it's cold isn't it? I hadn't noticed at all." she laughed. "And here I am, wearing the littlest of clothing, I'm so dumb!" she chuckled again. "Of course, the cold doesn't bother me all too much anyway. So, you say Merlin is expecting us? I'd like to meet his Merlin, from what you've said he sounds like a swell guy." she commented. The steps weren't that difficult, albeit, a little slippery because of a few ice patches. If the cold didn't nearly kill you, a slip on some ice probably would.
