Steel acknowledged the beings presence, and although the mouse's way of talking was somewhat confusing, he understood him perfectly. He turned to the others after it left. "Seems as though he's going to fetch help." he said to them.

 

"That's good news for us. Now we don't have to do anything risky." Kel said. He wasn't too shocked by the mouse, especially after his trip to Nottingham, instead he was more curious about how this 'Cinderelly' person would react when they saw them.

 

"Hmmmmmm....." Etrius sat down next to Luna and gave her a hard stare. She was going to have a lot to talk about when this is over.

 

Luna walked around the cage for a bit. She stopped for a second as she felt an aura of light nearby. "This aura, could it be?" Luna whispered to herself. Another princess of heart? Maybe just maybe. I'll just have to wait and see. Luna continued to walk around the cage until the talking mouse came back with help.

 

Steel had sensed her the moment he entered the world. he just didn't really think about it. He hadn't considered even for a moment that she might be so near. "A princess of heart...." he thought. To protect. That was but a small part of his long-term goal...

 

Etrius felt something. Not darkness, but light. Stranger still, it felt........pure. One of the seven princesses of heart!
It must be that 'Cinderlly' that that rat Jaq was talking about. But soon he felt something else...jealousy.
"Somethings off here guys." He said to the others, "Have any of you notice a twinge of jealousy, or is it just me?"

 

While Kel had felt the aura of light, the jealousy thing was a another story. He shook his head at Etrius. "I don't feel anything."

 

"Oh... There is? Try as he might Steel couldn't think of what Etrius was talking about, and then it hit him. "Oh that! what was the word you used Gel-O-C? I never eat that, it taste horrible. Only realizing the confusion it may cause after he said it.

 

"Well I do." Etrius' eye started to twitch. "And its driving me crazy." Etrius may have been used to darkness, but corruption was something else. He started getting the chills. "I don't like this room." He said, disturbingly edgey, " I hope that mouse comes back."

 

"I was wondering someone would pick up on that aura of jealously." Luna crossed her arms and her wound started to sting once more. These wounds really hurt but I've got to live with it for now. Luna looked at the ground and towards her satchel. I've got to make sure that Dad's box never leaves my side. The contents in that box are to important to lose.

 

Steel held his breath. Etrius and Luna hadn't seemed to notice what he said. But kel always seemed to catch on to the little things. He was still contemplating wheather or not kel had been aware of the time loop, but this was something else entirely. Kel could have easily avoided noticing a time loop, but something like this... he might demand an explanation...

 

Luna sat down and yawned a little bit. "I wonder what's taking that mouse so long. More importantly, why did we get shrunk to size of a mouse? I figured it was Master Yen-Sid's doing but for what purpose?" Including that aura that had arrived in the Land of Departure. I'd better be on the lookout for Nequa, Aux, and Vanitas. Speaking of Aux, what connection does he have with Krowley? By the way they were speaking to each other in the Dwarf Woodlands, they must've been friends before. I should probably not worry about it right now and worry about the trio's next target. Luna sighed as she looked at the ground.

 

"If that mouse doesn't return in five minutes, we go with my plan." Suddenly, one of Etrius eyes turned red, then reverted to its orginal color. "I want to get out of this room right now." He looked at Luna and Kel, who looked just fine. An image intruded in is head. The very same image of the masked boy. Etrius put his hands to his head, is head starting to throb with pain.

 

Steel noticed that Etrius head seemed to hurt. It was apparently because of that awful appetizer that Steel wouldn't have been seen eating if he were dead. "Wait, Never mind." He decided to approach the situation in a calm way. He walked up to Etrius, and slapped him in the face. "Feeling better now?" He asked.

 

Etrius was shocked when Steel's hand collided with his face, but as soon as he did that, the pain in his head died away, but the image was still in his head. Soon, more images flooded into his head, one of a masked woman in purple, and a masked man in black. The three, including the masked boy, were standing together. Etrius' head reeled, and he decided to ask the group what was going on.
"Since that none of us are going anywhere," Etrius started, "Can someone please tell me what happened before I arrived, because I have a personal vendetta as of late, and the more this corruption seizes my mind, the more I get images of 3 masked people. One of you tell me what is going on....right now." Etrius demanded.

 

Luna fell to the back of the trap.She hit her right shoulder and tugged her satchel to her chest. She grabbed her shoulder and stood up seeing the young woman holding the trap. "Hello miss. My name is Luna and we're not mice. Might I ask for your name?" Luna smiled through the pain as she introduced herself.

 

"My name is Etrius." Etrius said, and motioned to Steel and Kel, "This is Steel and Kel, and not to be rude, but we aren't mice." He said, giving a friendly smile. Master Yen Sid must have shrunk the group to mouse size....but why?
