A brown colored mouse with black back and a white belly came scurrying up to the two girls."Karina! Man, am I glad to see my allies!"The mouse said, jumping for joy."It's me, Kross"He said, smiling brightly."I'm more than wondering why the Land of Departure isn't safe."He said, trotting up to them. He looked at the other female, tilting his head."New friend?"He asked Karina.

 

Yana nodded at the other girl's reply, finding it good enough. And then chuckled lightly at her last sentence, finding it amusing. Of course she wouldn't trust her, that would have been stupid. In fact if anyone trusted Yana at this point she would call them a fool. "Wise..." before being able to say choice another mouse ran up to them and by the sound of it he knew Karina. And so there were there.

She wishes to comment on the lack of friendship she and the other had, but wasn't exactly addressed. In fact he spoke of her as if she was not standing right there, which was rather rude. Though at least it spared her from addressing the rat.

 

Kross turned to Yana and bowed his head, greeting her."Nice to meet you, I think we'll get along fine.."He said, brown eyes wide and his smile bright. He then looked at Karina and nodded twice."Yeah, That would be nice but I have no idea where we are or how we came to be here..but if we seal the key hole here, we can get home."He said to them, walking up to Karina."I'll follow your lead, you have a good head on your shoulders it seems."

 

Steel followed Jaq through the mouse hole and through the inside of the wall. He carefully listened to all that their host was saying. He didn't at all mind the confusing way he talked. After all there were people with worse speech impairments, and it didn't take Steel a large amount of imagination to understand what Jaq was saying.

 

She gave a nod to Kross upon hearing his name as her way of saying hello before blinking. The mission objective seemed to be a Keyhole, probably just like the one from the last world she was on. Was easy enough to close but was hidden, so this one was likely out of sight as well. But... "What is so important about these Keyholes?" Feeling like such a novice was one of the worst feelings, but even if she had a Keyblade back home no one knew what it was for. No one even knew she had it.

 

Shapur got out of the way as quickly as he could. When Krowley spoke, Shapur shook his head. "I don't know. Should we... ask them?" He asked, keeping his eyes on the talking elephants. He wasn't really sure why this was surprising to him, considering all the things he has seen since he left his world. He turned to Krowley, curious about his thoughts.

 

Etrius smiled at that last comment. That sounded a lot like his mother. Aside from being the 2nd in command in the Dark Keyblade Army, she was a mother of four kids, Etrius being the youngest. Etrius was lonely, because he was never allowed to leave the palace, but his mother gave him unconditional love whenever she wasn't dealing with personal matters. She was a warrior, like Etrius' father, and she loved each and every one of her children, and protected each and every one with her last breath. In the end, sadly, she was slain along with Etrius' father by the boy in the mask, slashed in front of a hidden Etrius, seeing the entire thing. The thought saddened him, to know that he will probably never see his mother again. He shook his head. "So Jaq, what is Cinderella's big dream?" He asked.

 

While awaiting an answer Yana's ears perked up at the sound of oncoming footsteps and incoherent ramblings. Soon after she spotted the source, it being an odd type of hopping mouse. These animals, this hopping and normal mice, were not too unlike ones from her home but they seemed much smaller and less dangerous, so she felt relatively safe. Not to mention he spoke and showed signs of being of assistance. That was something they needed. "We don't need much, just enough to assist in whatever it is that needs to be done here," yes. That sounded good enough and to the point.

 

Luna walked along with Jaq and the others. "Hey Jaq, do you keep bandages in Cinderella's room or your room?" She grabbed her shoulder as she grabbed her satchel with her right hand.

 

Etrius looked back at Luna. She was definitly in no condition to be here, and moreover, why was she walking around the Land of Departure, and what was in that satchel? Etrius couldn't tell because they went through another hole in the wall. Etrius felt nothing but peace in here. "Ahhhhh...." He said, relaxing, "Now this place feels much better."

 

Kel was looking around at everything as Jaq lead them to Cinderella's room. It was amazing just how much stuff they managed to fit inside the wall, then again the house was pretty big, so it was possible. Hearing what Luna had asked, he figured that she was talking about her injuries form earlier.

 

Steel was quite happy as they got closer to Cinderella's room. "Thank goodness!" Steel thought. "The smorgasbord of Purity is Tuning out that awful Jello-C!" He decided he had better stock up on food, so he quietly sneaked off to where the others wouldn't see him.

 

Kross was just about to answer when another came up, addressing the women but not him. He tilted his head at this, was he the same color as the background and the other male didn't see him? He looked at Karina and winced a bit when she answered the mouse."..."He sighed."Master Yen Sid said not to do that.."He turned to the male."What these two are asking..um..would you mind showing us around? We're kind of new here."He said."To Australia. It seems like a nice place."

 

Steel didn't want to give his allies reason to be suspicious of him, so he quickly gathered some of the numerous S.E.E.D.s that crystallized in his presence. When he figured he had about 15, he stuffed them into the pockets of his jeans and hoodie and went back to the others, who seemed to have not noticed his brief disappearance. "That should hold off that dreadful feeling" he thought.

 

Etrius ran up to Jaq, and just when it looked like the two would collide, Etrius jumped up and did a frontflip. he landed quietly in front of Jaq. "Zugk-zugk, Jaq," Etrius said with a slight smirk, "Zugk-zugk." He stood up, and walked into the room.

 

Shapur was listening to the elephants when a circus mouse spoke from behind them. He turned around. "The little guy?" He crossed his arms. "And who exactly is the little guy?" Shapur asked. He figured that "the little guy" was the one the elephants were talking about.
