Tete sniffed the air, smelling injuries and blood. "Eden..."

 

"Afira, you b*tch," Jeffrey growled.

 

Valerie watched the scene, worried sick.

Meanwhile Riku was fighting with Xirane. Xirane wasn't attacking, she just dodged Rikus attacks. "C'mon, hit me already!"Riku snapped. Xirane launched her sword but missed. Riku jumped away from Xirane. "I don't get it. Why aren't you attacking me?"he asked. "I know all about your condition, Riku."Xirane said. Riku was confused.

"Wait... If you knew than why didn't you try to attack me in the stomach?"he asked. "You haven't realized it yet?"Xirane asked. "Xirane, what are you doing?!"Xikari asked, watching Xirane. Kareno growled and his eyes turned a yellow orange. "Ack!"Riku gasped as his shoulder started burning.

"Riku!"Sora gasped.

 

Eden clutched her chest. She wobbled, and fell flat to the floor, unable to fight.
" Sora, Eden... She's hurt..." Tete pleased.

 

Sora, Jeffrey said. Come over hear fast. Eden's collapsed.

 

"Eden!"Valerie tried to run to Eden but got sent back by the barrier.

Xirane frowned and went over to Riku. "Go on and finish him off, Xirane! Think of it as a mothers final act of love."she smirked. Rikus eyes widened. "W-what?!"

Sora rushed off to get to Eden and the others.

 

" Mother? Motherly... love..." Memories of the past with Tete's given love. "Killing isn't love."

 

Riku looked up at Xirane, shocked. "You always were getting yourself in trouble."Xirane sighed, smiling. Riku looked at Xirane, his eyes filling with tears. "M-mom?"he asked, his voice barely a whisper. Xirane smiled and hugged Riku tight. "Its okay, sweety."Xirane said as Riku started crying.

Tete looked to the top of Memory Skyscraper, then started to run forward to the entrance doors.

 

Xikari gasped and quickly teleported to the top. Wolf was alone with Destiny. "Give me the brat."Xikari said. "Why? Don't tell me they've defeated everybody already."Wolf said. "Just give me the brat!"Xikari snapped.

Sora was running towards Eden when Xidanne appeared in front of him. "Get out of my way!"Sora snapped. "Now now, is that anyway to talk to anyone? You never do use your manners, Sora-Bora."Xidanne pulled down her hood to reveal brown hair and chocolate brown eyes.

Sora's eyes widened.

Tete was inside Memory Skyscraper, looking around.
Afira was walking up to Eden, spitting out the bones from her arm. "Now to eat the rest.

 

Jeffrey grabbed a kunai out of Val's pouch and threw it at Afira in rage.

 

"Don't you even dare!!"Valerie snapped.

"Xirane!!!!"Kareno appeared in the barrier. "Kill him!"he snapped. "I won't!"Xirane snapped. She handed Riku a small necklace with a feather charm. "You may need this."She whispered. Riku was still speechless.

Tete was advancing his way up to the top of Memory Skyscraper.

"Which to eat first?" Afira looked over at her meal.

 

Xikari growled. "Lets go."She and Wolf dissapeared in a dark portal.

Kareno growled and the barrier dissapeared. "Xirane! You're not following orders!"he snapped. Xirane helped Riku up. Riku looked over at Kareno and growled. "Get out of here. I'll handle him."he said. Xirane nodded and dissapeared. "Hmph. You really are a goody two shoes. That makes you a weakling."Kareno said, getting in a fighting position.

Riku kept Way to Dawn while Kareno summoned Oblivion.

"Xidanne!"Xikari and Wolf appeared in front of Sora and Xidanne. "Destiny!"Sora gasped. "Ooh, looks like we're just in time."Xikari smirked. Xidanne gasped and jabbed Wolf in the stomach, grabbing Destiny and running off. Sora watched her, confused.

"Take care of him."Xikari dissapeared. Wolf smirked and summoned a black version of Ultima. Sora summoned Oathkeeper.

 

I need help... Eden was drifting away....

 

"EDEN!!!"Valerie broke through the barrier and shielded Eden, crying.

 

Jeffrey ran over to Eden and kneeled next to Val. "How can we help her?" he asked. "Magic can't heal that."
