Dexen stopped struggling, the rain stopped, and the ice melted.

 

"What the?"Valerie as confused as the rain stopped.

Sora lightened his grip but was still on the defensive.

 

"She must of stopped," Jeffrey said. "But why?"

 

"I don't know."Valerie said.

 

"At least we can look for them now," Jeffrey said.

 

"Uh-huh."Valerie said.

Dexen didn't make any sudden move. "You know.... Somebody told me... When I was born on The World That Never Was.... That I had to have one purpose... I just followed the person... Never objecting. He was a good guy... but then someone revealed o me why I was born... She gave me a weapon... An old cleaning stick... and then I chased after you... But... happened to that boy, I wonder... I can feel that he's near..." She turned her head around and looked at Sora. "You both have the same eyes..."

 

"Well then, let's go!" Jeffrey said, getting out of the Gummi Ship.

 

Valerie immediantly followed Jeffrey.

"Now do you see why I like rainy days?" Jeffrey asked as the looked for Sora and Riku. "Cause it's so nice afterwords."

 

"True,but whil its raining you can't go outside or nothing."Valerie sighed.

 

" Yeah... but that women..." Dexen started to growl in anger. " She and her lackeys are the worst!"

 

"They should be around here somewhere," Jeffrey said.

 

"Who?"Sora asked. "I don't think we've heard of her."Riku said.

Valerie couldn't help but chuckle. "I wonder if those 2 know about Xikari."she said.

 

" Xikari..." Dexen mumbled.

 

Sora and Riku both looked at Dexen confused. "Sora-chan!"Valerie ran up to Sora and latched onto his arm. "Val! hey!"Sora said.

 

"You guys!" Jeffrey yelled.

 

"Hey Jeffrey."Riku said. Valerie looked at Dexen. "Its okay, she's fine now."Sora said.

 

"So that's Dexen, huh?" Jeffrey asked. "Eden-chan's pretty cute as a blond."

 

"Jeffrey, you little Romeo."Valerie joked, chuckling.
