Tai quietly went around the corner. She was far from the others now, wondering as she always did. "No really needs my help," she said quietly. "It's okay... that's the way it's always been... so, why am I bothered with it now?"

 

"We could use some help right now..." said a voice near Tai

 

Xentus laughed.
"You? Powerful enough to beat her? Ha! We once had an army of warriors attack her many years ago. Each ended up dead. That's part of why we stopped trying. What makes you think you are stronger than an army of trained fighters? Impossible. You shall need assistance from your friends and others who are willing to help."

 

Sora held up his keyblade for Xentus to examine it "besides being chosen, I have had previous experience with fighting Maleficent... even though she's stronger now... I'm sure she still uses the same old bag of tricks..."

 

The hair on her neck stood on end and she whirled around. "Who's there?!" She got into a fighting stance, just in case. She was afraid it could be somebody on Maleficent's side.

Kairi sighed out quietly, and looked over to Riku and Alex. Not much had been said between the two.

 

"Don't be frietened... I come here on good means..." said Scar as he came out of a dark corner

 

Xentus took a quick glance at it and smirked at Sora.
"I think you're in way over your head, kid." he said. "But, for now I will reluctantly follow your amusing orders. So, what do you wish for me to do?"

 

Tai looked over at the... lion? She rubbed her eyes. Was she seeing things right? There was a talking lion standing in front of her. "Um... okay?" She didn't really know what else to say.

 

"Nothing for now... and your not my servent, y'know... do what you want to... your free." said Sora

"Don't be fooled by my appearence I am a very intellegent creature..." said Scar "perphaps as intellegent as you..."

 

"My life. My world. I went back to the ast to get the futrue the it was supose to be. I lived in this world for 16 years and every minute is my death. My family, my father almost killed me when i was born. My mother killed herself. She didn't want to be in the postion like me." Alex said. "Sora, Kairi, Riku, THIS IS YOUR FUTURE! If Maleficent is who you want, look in the world that never was. She took over the castle when Sora beat Xemnas."

 

OOC: no... sorry Luna... but The World That Never Was is where we are... and it is under control by the nobody Xert...

 

"Free?" Xentus said with a small chuckle. "I've always been free. I only followed Maleficent's orders to gain her trust. I never considered myself to be her servant, and I don't plan to be a teenage boy's servant either."
He took out his sword and ran to the castle gates. There, he saw what had to have been possibly thousands of heartless eagerly trying to enter the castle.
"Yup." he said, getting in a fighting position as he slowly began to open the gate. "She always has something up her sleeve."

 

Kairi looked over to Alex. She actually told where she was at.

Tai shook her head. "I know that..." she said quietly. She didn't trust him in the least bit. "He could be with Maleficent," she thought. Tai stood there, not sure what to do.
OCC: Dive into the Hears-Destatai is playing over here.... to me the first part of the song goes with what Tai is feeling right now... lol

 

Sora shook his head in disapproval "Boy, he sure is alot like me... he rush's off into battles... without thinking about a decent stratigy..."

"you seem a bit nervous... why is that?" asked Scar

ooc: Like that?

ooc: LOL, sorry...

bic: "Alex, what's been going on with you for the past 70 years?" asked Sora

 

OCC: Yeah, like that. It was just for a little bit.

Tai took a step back. "You could be working with Maleficent," she stated flatly. Her heart was racing, but she willed herself to stay calm.

 

Xentus pushed the gate open and waited for the heartless to come rushing in, but they didn't. Instead, sme of them ran around in circles while others simply stood there. He walked down toward them and reached his hand out to touch one. Immediately, his hand went right through the heartless' head and he felt a bit of static electricity go through his hand.
"They're just...data?" Xentus said. "Why would she use data heartless?"
He walked through the large crowd of data heartless until they were finally all behind him.

 

"I am..." Scar said to her "But, I mean you no harm... In fact... what do you think of Maleficent? I'm only curious..."

 

"My death every single day. Maleficent never really cared what happends to me. All she wanted was me to finich the job i was given. not once had she at least helped me wounds if i got any. but all she would say is 'your wounds mean nothing to me. heal them yourself.' but most of the time i couldn't." alex said. "i made a time stone so that i can change my life, my future but it all failed. i just want forgiveness. i never wanted to hurt anyone. you three, i didn't want to hurt you at all. I hate to kill people. it doesn't matter anymore. My death will be here soon."
