Figuring out Nomura is like trying to figure out Heith Ledger's Joker. I still think it's the Data org. 13

 

Xemnas is dead. from what it appears it looks like Roxas

 

Xemnas is dead but this game takes place after the events of KH2, and in it are recollections of old bosses.

I still stick with my earlier accusations.

 

A bug version of Xehanort makes the most sense.
An Organization member makes some sense, considering the game refers to a "them".
But the cloak doesn't necessarily mean it's from the Organization. (i.e. Riku and Mickey)
We also don't know if the Cloaked guy is an antagonist for sure.

Since we're a data Sora, it makes the most sense that it'd be a data enemy.
If I'm right, one of the plotlines in Coded is that the virtual Sora starts to develop a heart.
Maybe he fights Mickey for the right to exist?
That seems unlikely, though.

 

My vote goes for an unstable data version of XH. His appearance would be one close to The Guardian.

Well, I thought about it, and I don't even think there will be a final boss. Maybe like a huge battle, but not with one single enemy. You know, the data gets messed up and Nobodies start appearing?

 

Maybe it's Xehanort's Heartless's giant boat of doom thing.

 

I have the feeling that the final boss is going to be data of Xion.

She was supposed to merge and become Sora if his memories didn't take. The journal said, "We must return to free them from their torment." It's probably referring to the lingering torment inside of Sora that's being caused by Xion. He has to go in there and see that Xion existed and defeat her to put her at ease.

And then there'll be some super awesome connective line to Kingdom Hearts III: The Keyblade Wars.

 

Maybe the end boss will be a powerful or giant bug that caused all of the bugs to apper in the first place.

 

In BBS, You will probably be fighting the real xehanort. Not his heartless. In KH1 you fought the fake Ansem (Riku), and in KH2 you fought his Xehanort's heartless. So, when you fight him it will probably be very different. Something to look forward to :). Hope this answers your question. In Days, I'm not sure.

 

In kh1 you fought Xeanorts heartless as the final boss not riku and in kh2 you fought Xemnas Xeanorts nobody and have you forgot about chain of memories the end boss was Marluxia and days I wont spoil it but no Xeanort

 

Xeharnort has alot of forms at the end of the game

Xeanorts heartless you have to do alot of thing in order to get donald and goofy on your team

 

From what we know, we know that the man in the coat is not an antagonist. I can't be sure if he is or not. But I'm not gonna spoil anything.

Certainly hope that any incarnation of Xehanort isn't included. That routine has been done to death.

A friend told me (wich means I don't have any proof other that his word) that the final boss of KH:Coded was actually

You have to fight him in Castle Oblivion, I dunno why cuz I don't have the game lol

And another thing, Riku data, after we save him from the bugs and all that stuff created from malificent and the program, sore thanks him and says that if he didn't talk to him nothing of this would've happened, then Riku data says that he never talked to Sora in Destati, so, the hooded man in awakening was actually Roxas' Data
