Went out for a meal with the family at around half six,did not get home until three in the morning. Then watched the Muppets for three hours or so,until it was time to get ready for school.

Seriously though, this Kony 2012 thing is scetchy as all hell! Pretty much the only rhetorical tool they used throughout their video was phatos. Nothing else. It's basically just propaganda. And they want miliatary action against Kony, how many children do you think that's going to kill? Kony 2012 is proof that the majority of people should never be involved in anything political, since they are just sheep who only base their opinions on feelings.

You hear that, world?! YOU'RE A SHEEP!

It's one out of three rhetoric therms, ethos, logos and phatos. Ethos is credibility, Logos is reason and logic and Pathos is feelings. When making pretty much anything to be presented for the masses, a speech, an advertisement, etc. they use all three tools if they want it to be a serious text. Kony 2012 is played almost entirely on Phatos (like when he uses his son in the video), because they know that it is the best way to get the attention of all the sheep out there.

 

I was thinking a hybrid breed of potato, but that works too.

Hello everyone! I got some results back today from my January exams. Everyone today was either really happy or really upset, thankfully I was happy with my results so I was the former but a lot of the people who I spent my day with weren't so fortunate ;-;

i got 2 c's in my gcse exams so far, next i'm gonna be entered into higher for final exam so i can get higher than a C and my course work should make me an approximate B minimal a high C :'D I'M SOO HAPPY and i've been playing a lot of red dead redemption...so how is everybody?

Thank you, did you get results as well? ;-; I think our toilets around school were full of GCSE and A level students. Also, our exams office ran out of resit forms by break time which I found quite amusing.

@Ienzo - I did! But apparently, my results don't count since I was out of school for so long, haha. xD Apparently moving to my current schools science exams or something.

 

it's an epic game, storyline is brilliant and so is the online mode, best game i've played so far, even with all the new games out, this is the best open world game..this or skyrim
