She was doing, then she woke up, due to being ill.

 

She's sick? I hope she gets better.

 

What's happened to Kelly? What did I miss?!?! Curse this two month long absence!

 

Her mother found out that me and her were dating, raged, and then took all forms of communication away from her indefinitely. We don't know if/when she'll be able to come back.

 

You were dating? That's wonderful!!! Still though, overbearing mother much? Well, as long as she's not ill and dying, I suppose my worries can cease. Can she get to a library computer?

We were/possibly still are, yeah. And well, there is a 5-year age difference, so I guess I can get why she was worried, but that doesn't really excuse the way she went about it, even threatening to put her in care because of how "stupid" she is.
She occasionally manages to get on at school, but contacting me is too risky for us both, so... yeah. :/

Well I hope this resolves itself soon for ya.

 

5 years is nothing. My grandma is only a decade older than my mom (her biological mom died, so her dad remarried. At least ten years there.) Very stable family, five kids and we get together every 2 years for Christmas. Besides, I know you two live two hours away from each other (pretty sure anyways...), so it's not like you could have much of a relationship beyond semi-long-distance.

While that's true, remember she's 15, so it seems like a bigger deal right now. Not to me or her, but still.
Yeah, it's two hours, but that's a trip I'd have been willing to take quite often. Hell, Bushy just got back from Midnight's, which was 9 hour coach journey, so... yeah.

 

15... Yeah, that'd be a bit iffy. In Canada, we have a thing that's basically "three year age difference until they hit 18. Then whatever."
Wow, 9 hours. My brother has a girl he would like to be with, but he can't drive and Alberta has no decent travel system netween cities. We're in Edmonton, she's somewhere near Calgary, which is at least two hours away.

 

Yeah. Though remember that 16 is the legal age over here, and she turns that in only a few months. Hopefully I'll be able to get her out of there when she does.
Two hours isn't too bad a time, depending on how long you stay.
