"Sure mom, I'd like that."

 

"Wonderful!" Lana smiled and grabbed a spare staff.

 

Serah held the staff in her hands.

 

Lana cast Fire, creating a small flame.

 

Serah tried to do the same. She eventually cast the spell and smiled.

 

Lana smiled at her and cast Blizzard.

 

Serah did the same. She was slowly getting the grasp of magic.

 

Back at the castle a letter was sent to invite Ghaleon, Maya, Vincent, Miko and Kyo to a different kingdom to speak of matters. Lita and her family were also invited

 

Ghaleon looked at the letter.


"I guess we should ask the girls if they want to go."

 

Maya nodded and found the girls. "Yes, mom?"

"We got a letter, saying that we were invited to another kingdom to speak some matters. Do you three want to come along?"

 

"I guess so." Lita said.

 

Maya nodded and went back to Ghaleon. "Well, the girls want to come along. Shall we get going?"

 

"Let's get going, then."

 

Maya nodded and left, Lana had Serah on her back and followed her mother. Miko and Kyo followed them.

 

Vincent walked boredly

 

Lana tightly held Lita's hand as they walked. Maya gripped Ghaleon's hand.

 

Serah sat on Lana's shoulders and smiled.

 

Miko wondered what this was all about. Kyo kept her calm as they walked.

 

Ghaleon was wondering the same thing.

 

"I don't like this. I don't like it at all." Miko said, Kyo nodded. "Lets be calm and patient and just see it through."

Maya gripped her dragoon spirit, Lana also gripped her spirit.
