"Not much. Cyrus is still researching, but hasn't come across anything."

Ghaleon went to train.

 

"Just what is so special about Maya?"

 

"I can't tell. Judging from what I've seen so far, she's actually a child of a goddess. Which one that is though, I don't know." Cyrus said.

 

"The child of a goddess?! You are serious?!"

"It's just like me, the daughter of the goddess of music."

 

"And like me, being the son of the former goddess of life. Judging by how skilled Maya is at thievery, she must be the daughter of the goddess of wealth."

 

Miko tried to take in what she heard, she remembered hearing when Maya was a thief, that she was the only person who never caught from her thefts. "But why leave her alone with no memory of her past?"

"Who knows?"

 

"It's to protect them and keep them from abusing their godly power. Think about it, if you knew you were the child of a god and knew how to use the power within you, you would use it to your advantage, regardless of the consequences."

 

"Your parents left you when you were little, and look you two turned out."

"But that was only because we didn't know of our godly powers. Everyone simply thought my voice was blessed by the gods."

 

"It was the same case with my healing magic when I was a priest. I always was able to heal someone fully, no mattered how injured they were."

 

Maya sighed and looked at Maya, who couldn't sit still. She had felt she really needed to steal something. "Anyway we can reunite them?"

 

"The goddess likes to go steal things as well, so send Maya to the same place on a heist."

 

"I'd like to know where the goddess is going to steal, so the plan can work."

 

"Looks like that jewelery shop that Ghaleon and Maya were at earlier today."

 

Maya heard there were a robbery at the jewelery store and ran there, she gasped at who she saw.

 

The goddess Elinia looked up and gasped when she saw Maya.

 

Taking out her daggers, Maya couldn't shake the familiar feeling she felt around her. "I don't know who you are nor do I want to hurt you, so just put back that stuff nicely. 'Kay?"

 

Elinia took out her own set of daggers.

"You're going to have to make me put this stuff back, Maya."

 

Maya was shocked at how she knew her name, but attacked her.

 

Elinia fended her off and smiled.

"You've grown up quite a bit, Maya."

 

"Just who are you?!" Maya attacked her again.
