Legend of Dragoon: Advent of the Sindori

Lana held her toy close and laid against her mother.

 

Ghaleon slowly woke up and smiled. He soon fell back asleep.

 

Maya and Lana stayed asleep, Kyo returned and placed blankets on everyone.

 

Lita stirred a little, but stayed asleep.

 

Kyo smiled and quietly left the family. Maya and Lana remained asleep.

 

Ghaleon pulled Maya closer as he slept.

 

Maya softly sighed and slept.

 

Ghaleon woke up the next morning and stretched.

 

Maya woke up and rubbed her eyes.

 

"Morning." He said before he kissed her.

 

"Morning....." She kissed him back.

 

"I didn't think we'd all fall asleep like this." He said, looking at the twins.

 

"I think it's kinda cute."

 

"Yeah, me too." He said, smiling a little.

 

Maya smiled and looked at the castle.

 

"Looks like the castle finished."

 

Maya gently held Lana in her arms and went to the castle. She noticed a special grave, decorated for the king.

 

Ghaleon shed a few tears as he looked at the grave.

 

Maya knelt down and saw something on the grave. She read what it said: To our beloved king. We will never forget the joy of your reign.

 

Ghaleon said a short prayer and walked to the castle. Lita followed him.
