"is the castle under attack?" Ryo said as he held Lucrecia

 

"I hope not. I don't want to see you get hurt."

Lily went to see what the commotion was.

 

Kuro was standing where the explosion was "well if it isnt my great granddaughter" Kuro said with a smile

 

"What are you doing here?" Lily said, her hand on her sword.

 

"Im looking for somebody" Kuro said crossing his arms

 

"You're looking for my son, I bet."

 

Kuro smirked "and why would you say that" Kuro said

 

"Because he's the only one that could possibly stand up to you."

 

"of course that was what he was born to do" Kuro said

 

"I won't let you lay a hand on him."

 

"lets see you try" Kuro said taking out his sword

Ryo suddenly let go of Lucrecia "Im gonig to see whats wrong" Ryo said

 

"Be careful, Ryo."

Lily drew her sword and glared at Kuro defiantly.

 

Ryo ran forwards and drew his sword

"oh? look who showed up" Kuro said

 

"Stay back, Ryo. You aren't ready to fight him yet."

 

"but mom I don't want you to get hurt" Ryo said

 

"I'll be fine, don't worry about me. Just promise me that if I die, you'll take care of Sakura for me."

 

"no your not going to die" Ryo said

Kuro suddenly appeared infront of Lily "yes she will" Kuro said slashing her but not deeply

 

Lily grinned sadistically at Kuro and ran her sword through his shoulder.

"You're gonna have to do a lot better than that to make me cry out in pain."

 

Kuro began laugheing even though his shoulder was stabbed "you should know by now that I don't try to kill my opponent right away. I always make them suffer before they die" Kuro said as he rapidly slashed Lily. Each slash was not deep but they hurt alot

 

"You've obviously never seen a berserker then." Lily said as she got cut. Her arm opened up at the wrist and fired a large blast at his right side, taking his arm off.

"No matter how much pain you inflict on me, it won't faze me. The only way I'll ever yield in battle is if you kill me."
