Koian put her Kira Cases book back into her bag. She nodded and stood up and turned to Diary. "Hey there!" She said even if she never met her before. She sat down in a empty chair right by Snake and Just's table.

"Hello," she said to the three students who had greeted her a second before. She went to sit down in her usual way, with one foot up on the bench. She didn't have any food with her, but her white backpack was on. Although she didn't have many classes, and the ones she did have didn't start for another hour, she seemed ready for class.
She looked in Just and Snake's direction.
"So, what were you guys talking about before we got here?" she asked, even though she already knew. She expected a lie, after all, they were talking about the deadliest weapon ever created... they wouldn't want to seem suspicious. But then again, what's the harm in just talking about it...
She was thinking too much about it. 'Just let them answer the question...' she thought, 'and see where it goes.'

 

OoC: It's ok, I know what it's like to have no ideas *pats shoulder*

By the way, about Advent's idea. I think second Death Note could drop, but more would just be silly. The shinigami must be Sidoh! He was epic win XD

I swear, Snake thought, either I've cracked and become paranoid or everyone in this school has. Why is Diary asking about the notebook? Does she know about it?

"I lost something," Snake replied, "And I was asking Just if he'd seen it around."

Snake glanced sideways at Just. In his minds eye, everything froze. Just's hair and eyes turned blood red, while Snake's turned deep blue and Diary's purple.

Three people asking about the same thing, Snake thought, This'll be interesting.

 

Koian sat there looking at Diary then at Snake then finally at Just. She could almost see sparks for a strange reason. She didnt wanna get asked alot of questions so she stayed quiet. I dont know anyone of them real good so ill stay out of this... She thought as she watched them.

IC:

Just stared at Snake. In his mind, his hair and eyes turned a deep red while Snake's became a moderate blue. He knows more than I'd like him to... He responded to Diary's question, "Yea, he thinks he saw something of his in my room. My stupid roommate probably took it while he was hammered. Unfortunately I don't know his name. It might be Keg, but I have no idea." He turned to Snake, "You're free to look around my room later if you'd like. It wasn't there this morning though, I only saw it briefly last night. Who knows where that guy put it."

 

Koian blinked at what she heard. She remembered last night's event that happened before she went to bed.Sounds like it was doing with that. Koian closed her eyes. She could almost picture the Death Note in her head. Black note book with plain big letters on it: Death Note. She nodded to herself and wispered, "Yeah." She opened her eyes and watched them again.

 

ooc So..one question...The Wammy People should know about the Death Note, yes or no?"

 

OOC- Idk really....

 

OOC: L, Mello, and Near know about the notebook. I dunno if Matt does, and I'm pretty sure Light doesn't.\

IC: "Do you mind if I ask what it is? I might be able to help you find it." she said. The entire conversation was a lie. How funny.

 

Koian takes out her Kira Cases book Volume 1. She starts to read it but listens carefully to what they say.

Jensis walked around when she saw some people gathered, shatting away. Of course nothing intersted her and she doubt that would change so she just kept her distence and waited for something intersting to happen

 

Koian looks away form her book for a second. She sees Jensis then looks back at her book. Continues her reading but listens.

 

OoC: Heh, all three of them are total liars.

IC:
He's offering to let me look? Snake thought, This has to be a trap. If I refuse, it'll make me seem suspicious, but if I accept he'll have hidden it somewhere and he'll be cleared of suspicion.

Snake glanced at Diary, Who's side is she on? Snake made up his mind.

"Thank's I'd like to take a look for it," Snake replied to Just. He turned to Diary, "It's this black notebook I bought from a joke shop but lost yesterday. You can't miss it, it's jet-black with a white title."

No need to tell her it's a Death Note or that it has instructions... Snake thought.

 

Just noticed that quite a few people were drawing towards what was a private conversation. Crap, I don't want this many people here. More importantly, I don't want this many people knowing about the notebook. At least he didn't say it was called "death note", otherwise we'd be in trouble. Anyway, all I gotta do is hide the notebook, let this guy search my room and I'll be that much closer to being completely clear of suspicion.

"Ok, cool." Just said, "How's 5:00 tonight?"

 

OOC: Well, I'm sorry to say that I am really busy, and I can't keep track of all the rps I am in. I'm sorry to say I will be abandoning Flare. Someone can take her as a character, but otherwise you can discard her from the story. Why not kill her with the death note >:D Thanks again​

Why wait for so long? Snake thought, If he does have it then he'd have let me go look for it now. 5:00 leaves him plenty of time to hide it, if he does actually have it.

"Sure, that's fine," Snake said. The bell rang, signifying the approach of class time.

"I'll see you guys around," Snake said, standing up and grabbing his bag. As other students hurried off, Snake joined the crowd.

Unknown to any human present, there was a being watching them. A stocky figure, its head wrapped in bandages. Surruptitiously, it snagged a piece of chocolate from the pocket of a student and ate it.

"Where did I leave my notebook?" Sidoh asked himself, "I bet Ryuk stole it again. That would be so like him."

Sidoh looked around. Hundreds of names and lifespans hovered in the room. The shinigami flew slowly through the air. He checked his robes for his Death Note.

"Aha!" Sidoh exclaimed as he found his Death Note tangled in his robe. He pulled it out, but fumbled it. The notebook slipped from his hands.

It landed in someone's bag. Sidoh let out a frustrated whine. The Death Note was part of the human world now. He would have to follow the girl until she picked up the notebook and ask her for it back. Still grumbling, Sidoh read the name above her head.

"Destiny Hazard..." Sidoh read aloud.

As Diary left the hall with most of the other students (it seemed only a few had a strange schedule like hers), she felt something slip into her bag.

'Huh? Oh, I left it open again,' she thought.'I'll see what fell into it when I get back to my dorm.'
She closed her backpack and left for said dorm, hoping she might be able to find out whoever owned whatever fell into it.

She got to her dorm room and locked the door, she didn't have a room mate to worry about, so it didn't matter. Sitting on her bed, she opened her backpack and took the item that fell into it out. It was a black notebook. On the front cover read, "Death Note", and inside were fifty-nine (OOC: Yes, there are FIFTY-NINE.) pages of rules. The rest was notebook paper, with what seemed like thousands of names written down (OOC: After all, it WAS Siddoh's notebook that Light used).

As she looked through the pages, she found one with the name "Lind L. Tailor" written messily across the whole page.

'This... this must be the Death Note that the actual Kira used... when he killed all of those people.' Although L's "publicity stunt" as many called it, was only broadcast in Japan, one could bet there were dozens of videos of it on the web. Diary had seen quite a few of them. The man in the video was Lind L. Tailor, and he was killed, on live TV, with this notebook.

She never was that much of a Kira supporter, and although she had to admit it was nice to be able to walk to her friend's houses a half a mile or so away without her parents worrying like crazy, she didn't like how he killed all of those people for that. So... What was she supposed to do with this notebook? Burn it? Asking L about it didn't seem out of the question... it wasn't like she used the notebook.

She decided against both of those options, and lied down on her bed. She needed to think about this carefully, and only had around a half an hour until her first class of the day.

 

Just said goodbye to his classmates and began to walk out of the room. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Diary flinch momentarily and quickly check her bag. Well that was weird... wonder what got her attention in her bag all of a sudden... it's probably nothing. Ryuk was right though, I'm definitely getting a lot more paranoid.

He headed off to his first period orchestra class, but then he began to think.

That Snake guy looked like he suspected me quite a bit. I better find a good place to hide this thing...

Just continued walking, content that over the course of the day the scum of the world would be slowly eliminated, and that he had thought of a near perfect hiding place.
