L's Academy: Change the WorLd

"Ok." She said to Just as she heard the bell ring for class. "Well see ya later." Koian said getting up and throwing away her trash. She walked down the hall to her first class. The day went by the same as all the other days. When the final bell rang she walked down to her dorm. Koian opened it and shut it. She didnt need to lock it because she was leaving soon. Koian changed clothing and got the disk into her bag.

 

"Ok, see ya." Just said as Koi left. If this information is deep enough, I could be rid of Snake for good. But I have to be careful, Diary would instantly become more suspicious of me if he died now...

The day progressed predictably. Nothing out of the ordinary happened so it was pretty boring. As the final bell rang Just casually walked towards his room. Well, I guess we'll see how good a job she did.

Just headed to his room.

As Destiny... no, Diary told Siddoh that she couldn't give back the notebook, Siddoh let out a frustrated whine. Siddoh listened as Diary continued talking. How did she know so much about shinigami? And the eye deal?

"Oh, that's right," Siddoh said in a sulk, "Looks like you're genius enough to not need me to explain anything. If you already know about the eye deal and stuff, then you'd probably know how to find another notebook user yourself."

Siddoh turned around in a huff. There was a pause.

"Alright, I don't know, what do you want from me? I'm not a detective, I just work here!" Siddoh said. He looked at Diary. Suddenly, a thought struck him.

"Actually," Siddoh began, "I can see any other shinigami in the human world without touching their notebook. If I saw the other shinigami, then I could see who he or she is following."

There was another, longer pause, "Can I have some chocolate?"

OoC: It would be hilarious if Koi took the disc back and the only thing on it was the message, "You underestimate L." In my opinion, the most likely thing for L to do would to have the only copy of those files in a USB that hangs around his neck or something. Just getting that out there.

 

Ryuk was sitting in Just's room as usual, bored out of his mind, almost out of apples. All of a sudden he heard a moan. One that was very familiar to him. "No way..." he said quietly. Ryuk quickly popped out and took a quick peek into the room he heard the noise come from, Siddoh... There's only one reason that annoying nerd would come to the human world.

He quickly returned to Just's room. Hehehe... Just is gonna be so pissed.

 

OOC: lol, That's a good idea. and funny xD

IC: "Sure, you can have some chocolate. After all, you did seem pretty disappointed when I said I couldn't give you your notebook back right away." she responded, tossing him a bar of chocolate from what seemed to be a stash under her bed.
"So, what is it going to take to get you to help me?"

 

As Just walked down the hall he heard someone talking as if they were in a conversation, but there wasn't anyone responding to her. Was that Diary? It's probably nothing. Stop being paranoid, she would never pick up a death note.

Just arrived at his room and was greeted by a grinning Ryuk, "Wassup?" Just whispered, ensuring the door was closed. "Oh nothing." he laughed, "Ok, something."

"Then spit it out already." he said calmly.

Ryuk laughed again, "One of my... acquaintances from the Shinigami Realm is here. In that girl's room. And she's asking about how she could find out if someone has a death note." Just's heart rate soared, No way... I thought she was against Kira... maybe she's using this just as a way to draw me out... to expose me. But Just quickly calmed down. It's no big deal. Ryuk and I just can't be in the same place. Or if we are, we have to be in a crowded place and you can't be particularly close to me. As long as that happens, that shinigami of hers won't be able to link us together. Although there is that eye deal trick... But she wouldn't.

Just sat down and wrote something on a piece of paper. He folded it and put it on his desk. He made eye movements at Ryuk to pick it up. Ryuk got the hint after a minute, There's a huge reward of reds for you if you leave now and stay in the room on the floor below this one, across the hall and three doors to the left. Do not return until I tell you to. This is a strange request, but you have to hold on to this piece of paper until you can destroy it in a fire.

He continued to sit and wait for Koi as Ryuk flew out the window and tried to think of a way get back to the bottom floor without Snake seeing.

 

OoC: What is Just up to... >_>

IC:
Siddoh caught the chocolate and began to munch on it thoughtfully.

"Hmmm," Siddoh thought, "Technically, I'm just supposed to be an observer, but there's nothing in the rules against helping a human, unless you..." No, Siddoh caught himself in time, I am NOT telling her that.

"You don't seem that bad a human to have picked up my Death Note," Siddoh continued, "At least you're better than that other guy. What was his name? Blonde, scary.... Mihael something...? Anyway, the only good thing about him was that he had a lot of chocolate."

"Anyway, I'd watch out if I were you. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but it's most likely Ryuk that dropped the Death Note here. He doesn't like me. He stole my notebook and said it was his. Once I found him I had to bug him the whole day to get it back," Siddoh trailed off from his little complaining session into silence.

Sorry Ryuk. You'll have to hold out for a little while until I can eliminate some of my opposition...

IC:"Wait a minute. Could you have been talking about Mello?" she asked the shinigami.

 

OoC: Lol, it's pretty obvious.

IC: Siddoh shrugged, "Maybe. The rest of the gang kept calling someone Mello."

Koian walked out of her dorm and locked it. Walkign to Just's room she made sure she had the disk and such. When she got there she knocked on the door and waited. Koian had also brought a few apples for Ryuk.

 

"On a different subject," she said, "I already have a pretty good idea of who has the notebook. Would you be willing to help me confirm it?" Diary hed up three chocolate bars from under her bed as she said this.

 

OoC: Omg, I single-handedly blew our chronology to kingdom come. Siddoh complained about Mello's gang, which is set after L and Watari die.

IC: Siddoh eyed the bars greedily. The shinigami realm may have apples - tasteless as they were - but chocolate was a human invention. In that instant, Desti- Diary had Siddoh hooked.

"So, what's your plan?" Siddoh asked.

 

Just heard a knock on the door. He wrote something down on a piece of paper before getting the door. He answered the door, and before Koi could say anything, he handed her the piece of paper and signaled to her to be quiet. The paper read: We might be under watch. Don't talk about the notebook. Just hand me the disc and refer to it as a music CD.

 

Koian glanced up from the note when she was done readying it. She gave him a look saying like 'Ok' or something. Koian walked in silently and placed the apple basket on the table. She toke out the disk and gave it to him. "Heres your Music i downloaded for you." SHe said not really loud but not suspicious.

 

Just took the disc and signaled to Koi to keep the note, "Thanks." he said non-suspiciously in a friendly way, "Did you get all the songs I asked for?"

 

"Yeah! And i even downloaded some extra songs for you." She said non-suspisiously also. Koian stuck the note into her pocket and sat down. "Wheres your room mate?" She asked looking around.

 

"Oh him? He's actually avoiding suspicion from the cops since last night he got drunk and ran away from being pulled over for a DUI. I swear he doesn't belong at this academy." Hehe, this is working out rather well...
